Was Kunden über Panda Express sagen
Panda Express in Baytown receives mixed reviews. Many appreciate the friendly staff, reasonable prices, and family-friendly atmosphere. However, issues with order accuracy, food quality (cold items, lack of meat, dry noodles), and slow service, especially at the drive-thru, are recurring complaints.

Honey walnut shrimp is sooooo good
We love how convenient the family deal is! Today we were especially pleased with the service Ashley in the night shift gave us! Thank you Ashley
Rushed Forgot my Mixed greens on both of my Orders I Had 2-Big Plates was waiting on The mixed they said that was it. My order was Finished I get home No Mixed greens that I was waiting on.!!!Pissed, To Far to Go, To much in Gas to go Back From Highlands with Traffic. At this Time in the Evening.
We went to the Panda Express near Garth Rd & I-10 on east side of Houston. I had the mushroom chicken & broccoli beef. The broccoli was large & sort of on the tough side, which vegetables are usually on the tough side in Chinese food. The flavor was very good on everything. The amount of food that I got in a 'plate' was more than enough for me. I will go back to Panda Express in the future.
Wow, a great place. Eager workers behind the tray line; Mostly college and high school students. Very helpful as I wasn't in line and just checking out the menu and how the panda Express system works. Seemed difficult but the workers are very eager to help. Readily explained the different entrees( the meats) and sides(veggies etc). When I was just checking out the menu and giving the entrees a look, I don't know how she did it but as I was scanning all the wonderfully and tantalizing meats she gave me a sample of one of the entrees I was really considering. She must be psychic because I was really scanning and didn't focus on any one entree. She did it 2 more times. Wierd but very helpful. Now for the entrees, you woucould think that under those big and hot lights that the meats would be sticky and mushy. BUT, I chose the orange chicken. AND OMG, it was not only tongue tantalizingly scrumptious; it was crispy as If it came right out the kitchen. FOR REAL my friends. The fried rice was good. Now the chow mein noodles(which I didn't get and regret) must have been extra delicious because as I looked around, customers were practically inhaling them as if it was their last gulp of air and drowning. Well they were drowning... in chow mein noodles. Gotta try them next time. In fact, I think I'll go right back now. Oh, they give Good portions. I picked the bowl which is one side and one entree. And I was full and satisfied! Last but not least, BE SURE and get A OMG eggroll. For real my peeps. Gotta try it.
Great food and service here. I accidentally left w/o getting a drink I paid for and they got it for me on my next trip. You never have to wait long in line, they're very efficient. Highly recommend this location!
Fast & speedy service. Excellent chef in cooking the food. I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp in a large "a la carte" box. Taste was so delicious and I could taste the Honey flavor. Highly recommend this Panda Express because the chef knows how to cook food for deliciousness.
The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful. They work as hard as they can to achieve perfection to the best of their ability for the customers, whom they make feel more like guests or family that they are happy and want to see. Now people say nothing in life is perfect, but I have never really had any problems at all with anything. AND THE FOOD IS SO GOOD!! When I go on a trip past this location, it is now a place for my family that is Not an option to stop at. WE WILL EAT HERE EVERY TIME we come NEAR this OUTSTANDING restaurant!!!
The employees were smiling and very happy to help us. It feels good when people can smile at job that normally doesn't get appreciated as much as needed. The food was great and the new selections were creative. I will definitely be a regular.
Stopped in to get food at the drive-through for my family as we were driving across the country. Fried rice, grilled chicken teriyaki, and walnut shrimp for the win! Food hit the spot, reasonabley priced for the quality/quantity of food, and the drive-through staff were friendly and on point.
This is an edit...second review. They have apparently changed management...and it had made a WORLD of difference!! They get people through the drive thru quickly, and orders have been accurate (as far as I have seen). No more 20 minute waits to get through the line, then another 20 waiting for chicken to cook!! Awesomeness!!
Food was good as always. But costumer service?? Even better!! The front end staff (about 5) were all very kind and attentive. When it slowed down, 3 of them cleaned the tables and asked every costumer dining in if the food was good. Later on they cleaned the parking lot and even thanked us for going in. Great experience for a "fast food" restaurant.
We stop here every trip through Baytown. Good food. Good options. Clean, quick, and delicious. Convenient location
I will definitely return because the food was delicious, and the manager, Krystal, was very helpful and patient. She is friendly, always so sweet, and I would come back just because of her kindness and the food.
Went through drive thru had wonderful & friendly service. It was fast and reasonably priced. Got to hotel room there were no soy sauce packets unfortunately which was ok with the entrees but the side of fried rice didn't seemed fried. It was quite dry with no sign of soy sauce or whatever the sauce they use in fried rice it was more like it was a mixture added to rice then actually fried rice. I had the 3 entree plate with the original orange chicken, walnut shrimp, and black pepper Angus steak. All three were delicious. Other than the fried rice and lack of soy sauce which wasn't offered and I guess I should of asked about all was great. I would definitely recommend Panda Express to my friends and family. It was a very good first experience for me. My sister had been before she had the orange chicken with noodles bowl that she also enjoyed! Thanks again for the wonderful experience and food.
I enjoy going here more than any other Asian food location in the area. Sometimes during the lunch rush they run out of ready made food, and you may have to wait for an item to be cooked, which can be 10mins or so, but the food I've had here is always great. I definitely recommend their famous orange chicken. Everyone on the staff has always been friendly here as well.
Most dishes are available. Sometimes they run out of few dishes and have to wait. Love Panda Express
I like Panda Express and this one's no different. The food is served hot and ready. It tastes good and is priced fair. Download the app to earn points for discounts on food. Also the chili sauce is pretty good when added to the rice.
The food had a different taste and like what I'm used to but quiet edible I'd go again
We arrived 20 minutes before closing time so the food choices were limited. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to order without looking at the food they were offering and had to eat outside at tables with no chairs. The food was good as usual. All of this was understandable due to Covid-19. I can't wait until life returns to some semblance of normalcy.
The staff was excellent and very friendly. Great customer service. The food is a bit on the pricey side, but you get big portions. The meals do not come with a drink. You have to buy one separate. The drive-thru was very speedy. Will more than likely be back.
The food is very good but on this occasion the service was lacking. The person who prepared the food forgot to put the sauces in my bag. But I guess that happens from time to time.
Good place to eat at every now and then. I usually get orange chicken, and during peak hours there may be a wait for a new batch to come out since it’s a popular choice. On my recent visit, I had to wait for orange chicken in the drive thru so they had me park and they would bring it out to me. They may have forgotten I was there, so I went in and they apologized for the wait and offered me a spring roll or chicken egg roll. Usually quick service and consistent food.
I really want to like this place, but to be honest, it's no Lee Palace. There are a few times I go, and the food is just delicious, but a few days later, the rice is plain, or the chicken is squishy. I know it sits in sauce but sometimes it's a little... You can tell it's been sitting a bit long. I think I've found out the foods better with the dayshift. Maybe just because they cook to order more? Idk. Haven't quite pegged it yet. Flavor of food is decent - noodles are hit or miss, and rice too. It's almost like no one knows exactly how much seasoning/sauce to put in them, and it varies wildly. I only just started getting it regularly, because when they first opened, I went, and got really sick twice. Hasn't happened since tho, but it took over a year for me to go back.
After witnessing an employee put noodles off a plate back into a nearly empty bowl of noodles only cabbage left. I asked to wait on fresh bowl. She refused to take my order and suggested waiting until fresh bowl was out. I said I'll go somewhere else, then floor manager stopped me and said they could take my order. Then him and the employee started talking Spanish to each other, I made the call to leave. This Panda express has lost my business forever. Good luck.
Went to get the family feast ordered threw the drive thru. I absolutely love the food ,only problem is when I ordered the honey walnut shrimp (at premium price for a family feast ) when I got home and dished it put the shrimp was filled to half sadly a few went without the shrimp. But other than that great food .
Yolanda messed up the order as she rushed to get the next guest behind me...as she knew them. Food always good, but needs better service.
Great place for chinese. Good prices for the amount of food and quality. Staff was wonderful. Will go again
Its a good place for what they serve. I stick to the usual of Orange Chicken and Chow mein. Egg rolls are not the best there. Its little on the pricey side which makes coming here a once in a while trip. I do not like them asking to donate your change or rounding up to the nearest dollar but i get it, its for a cause.
Long wait sometimes when it’s not very busy, but overall good place to stop by. Edit: I had given 4 stars before but I recently went in with my mother. The lady who works there is beyond rude. I’ve never had a problem being a native English speaker but I went with my mom and she speaks an understandable form of English. The server refused to even listen to my mom mid way through her order and shuffled her off (to a very kind man who works there, Edward you’re great!) saying “I don’t understand her I don’t understand her.”
The food is really good but 14.00 for 1 scoop of meat in each side compartment is absurd. I also hate the fact Honey walnut shrimp is $1 more and you still only get 5 shrimp 😠😠
Maria was so rude for NO REASON! The rest of the team were great.
The food is less than average. Although I did like their egg rolls and Rangoons, everything was edible but not palatable. Just save your money and try another place. This location sits on a corner of a very congested intersection. Getting into the location is challenging to get in and out of. Easier to exit on i10 feeder side to prevent hitting Garth rd. traffic.
Came in at 11am the food was hot but tasted like it was old especially the egg rolls tasted like grease… is this food from last night… 🤮
Did a pick up order. The order was correct except didn't include sauces (no biggie) why I gave less stars is the broccoli and beef bowl (substituted noodles for rice) should have just ordered rhe noodles. There were 2 big heads of broccoli and 3 small pieces of meat. I spent $9 on noodles. I could have just made the noodles at home.
We found ourselves disappointed the last few times we have been here. Food was just not that good for what you are paying.
Placed my order through the app then went thru the drive thru to pick it up. I was asked to park and told they were packing it up then. After being parked for over 10 minutes I walked inside to find out that my food was packaged and set on the shelf. Got home and there was hardly any chicken in my bowl it was basically all rice.
Decent food. Hot and freshly made for the most part depending on time of day. Just quick and hot meal. Prices seem almost fair for the most part. Drive thru is fast.
Rice was hard and maybe old. Meat was definitely cooked the day before. The eggrolls were ok but overall the food was really bad. Some days they do ok but today they did horrible.
There is almost always a wait for at least one of the entrees I order, so I usually expect a wait when I come here. Today was more of the same waiting like any other visit, but today they made me wait almost 10 minutes for rice that was extremely under cooked. Super disappointed today.
Do yourself a favor and go to famous Asian grill in the mall instead. Food is excellent. However the service is extremely slow. I have been there over 15 times because I love the food. Just prepare to wait for 10+ minutes in the drive through line even if there are only 2 cars in front of you. I thought the service would get better since the store opened. It hasn't. Also expect them to be out of 2 items minimum, regardless of the time of day.
If you go here I'd advise you do it early afternoon great service and lot's of fresh food. Late evening well that's a different story now. Employees seem to be in a rush and you don't get as much of the entrees but you'll get plenty of rice. Had a double order of the pepper chicken and only got like 4 pieces of chicken and a lot of onions..
I should not be paying. $6 for such little containers. We got 3 meats and tiny little to go boxes. We paid almost $60 on Uber eats
Young female employee only gave me half a scoop of each meat. I've never left panda express hungry before today. Saw the serving size for other guests to confirm, I got skimped on my meats.
Panda express is a whole lot of okay. The best thing here is the Chow Mein, that you get when you order a plate. All the meats are pretty much the same, either bland or way too sweet, so it's best to just combine them. Otherwise it's all just an aggressively average place to come and get something quick and easy. Any time they tell me there is going to be a wait on my food, I just go ahead and wait, and I switch all of my meats to that item, because it usually means it will taste at least a little bit better.
Was so disappointing!. Purchased 2 bowls and 1 plate and we threw it all away. The orange chicken was so spicy we could not eat it, the rice was sticking together and the lo mein was dry. The manager in the black shirt was complaining about an employee to other employees that she was going to get rid of a male worker so unpleasant to listen to and we were sitting by the back door. First and last time I will ever eat here. Oh, the fortune cookie was great.
Honestly really do enjoy eating panda. However it just seems like every time we've been coming back to eat here. At this particular location there always seems to be some excuse from the younger employees. For example: one shows up to this establishment. the posting says that they will close at 9:30 Pm. When we arrived we intended eating in the lobby. Also posted a said time the lobby will close. This was closed a lot sooner. So we ended up taking the drive-through. When in the drive-through still at about 8:18ish, we ask for a particular a particular entrée. The employee on the headset explained that they no longer were serving that entree and that they were not cooking any more fresh dishes at this time. That they were sorry for the inconvenience. What was weird about this encounter still was asking the employee why?! When they close at 930? No response to the question, just proceeded to order what 'was left.' When we reached the window to pay they completely forgot what one had ordered and did not charge correctly. The food was cold and very bland. Now today's encounter, 2.22.22. We were able to eat in the lobby early this time lol. The rice was not fully cooked it was soggy. Bland with no flavor. The meat was overcooked (Angus steak) The only real safe thing to eat was the Orange chicken. ******************************* However, There is a manager who's food tastes amazing and the establishment is clean. She is actually the one that's pictured on the television. Not sure when she's working, but I'm going to try and avoid eating here unless I know it's safe to eat when she's is working. If you are willing to have an upset stomach, come on in to Panda....if not, again just enter at your own risk. 😷
A few minutes ago I ordered 2 plates. And little food in my dish and my son wants soy sauce and they're forget to add. Bad service.
Made an online order for pickup, drove 15 mnts to get there and after an hour of waiting in the loby for my order I finally received it , what's the point to make an on-line order if by arrival they haven't even started your order and barely have put the chicken on the grill for the teriyaki chicken (smh) it's going from bad to worst !!
Came during new Covid-19 business hours which is closing at 9pm and I was informed they actually close an additional 10 min early so at 8:50pm. So if your in line and order at 8:50 but been in line before you can’t be served. I was informed that there was no manager on duty or PIC who was ServSafe who I may talk to by a woman and man employee. As they laughed on the speaker for me to hear.
Would be less than one if I could. So this is one of the few PEs that hasn't opened fully. We dont eat here often. I figured I would call in an order so my husband could pick it up and I was rudely told they only do pick up orders for things like grub hub, door dash etc. Otherwise download an app for something that's a one time deal.plus put my card number in. So we will not be going to this location again.
This is by far the dirtiest panda express we've ever visited, and the staff showed absolutely no initiative to keep their establishment up to standards. Half of the food option pans were empty, there was trash all over the restaurant. We observed staff members walking right over trash on the floor. The trash cans were full and overflowing. The sweet tea container was empty and never refilled the entire time we dined in. The drink counter was gross with spilled drinks, and the lid containers had gunk built up inside. There were empty pizza boxes on one table. There was a wet floor sign on top of a booth table. A staff member walked out of the women's bathroom, and we walked in after her, and there was two empty toilet paper rolls, and no refills available. The only reason this gets a star at all is the food was good (what little was available) as we expect for panda express restaurants .
The day I visited the service was slow. Food wasn't seasoned properly. Orange chicken with no sauce. Just the bread. Waited 45 minutes for my order through the drive thru. May be different moving forward.
I got Beef with broccoli and there were a pieces of beef and all the rest broccoli. I also for Beijing Beef and it was way too breaded. My side was the rice. NOTHING had any flavor!! I am so disappointed in them and wish I could get my money back!! Lesson learned and I will not go back!!!
The cashier was rude and forgot to give me utensils and sauce. I'm glad the food was okay. It wasn't as good as the daytime.
How many times have you shown up to a national restaurant chain during normal business hours and there was less than 25% of the menu available? 4 times in my life this has happened to me... all at the Baytown Panda Express. If want to eat here, call ahead and make sure they have food. Otherwise, you’ll drive across town to find out that they’re out of entrees. I love Panda Express, but this place is a prime example of how one bad location can drag the good reputation of a company down.
Really poor service. Did not receive a portion that was part of a meal. Called, spoke with a manager. The manager stated he would refund. $1.25 from a $10.00 plate. It's just the simple things that can destroy a restaurant's reputation.
Super terrible. We were the only ones in the drive thru line and we asked to do separate orders. They refused. Fine, we ordered all together and my nephew last minute asked for a egg role. Before paying, we asked the young lady if we could add an egg role to our order and they refused they said we would have to pay for it separately. Fine i asked if we could make another order they refused and said we would have to go all the way back around through the drive thru and ask for it again. For one egg role. No one was behind us at all. They were being so sassy and rude about adding one egg role to our order. They just kept saying “we can’t, it’ll hold up the line” THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US.
This store is ALWAYS out of stuff. CONSTANTLY. There is one younger man who works at this location that is super nice, everyone else isn’t very friendly. I swear they will stop making fresh food by 7:30
This place disappoints me every time I go there. This trip was the third time and the last. The menu tells you what you can order, the rude employee behind the counter tells you that three of the listed entrees are available for only 2 dollars more. WTH, Why not a specials board so you know they will cost more. They have a standard menu on the wall that list them, why hide the fact that they cost more to order? Now onto my three trips, the first time was disappointing because they were busy and could not keep up cooking the food (forgivable). The second time I went, they ran out of food and there were 6 people in the place, when I asked for something that was out, they told me it will be a "few" minutes. 20 minutes later, of me staring at the cook, no food was being made! I walked out! Now, 6 months later I have a lap's in judgment and go back. Man was I wrong! I had the aforementioned problems with the pricing and the product was hot and delivered promptly. The problem that I had was when eating the fried rice, I kept thinking that there were a lot of uncooked rice kernels in it, not so, as one such "kernel" got stuck between my teeth, I dug it out and it was a piece of plastic! I showed it to the employee behind the counter and he asked if I would like another portion of fried rice! Save yourselves people, this location is clueless! As I left, the cook was loading 4 boxes that read "keep frozen" into his car parked right in front. He even said "excuse me" because he was blocking the sidewalk!
Great food and clean atmosphere but can get some better workers , the last 3 times I have gone something missing or getting back the wrong change and then they take forever to fix the mistake when I look in the window all I see is giggling going on !
I was not impressed with the food at all. I went inside and ordered. The food was apparently "fresh". However, when I sat down, the noodles were dry and stale. The Orange Chicken was drinched in sauce. I didn't enjoy it. The eggroll was the only good thing about the meal. I was not impressed.
I ordered from the their app by delivery (not 3rd party) and received the completely wrong food. I called the store a few times so they could have a chance to correct it, but they never answered. I had to make the trip up to the restaurant which defeated the whole purpose of having it delivered. I would recommend going up to the restaurant to avoid the headache but of the times that I've gone through the drive thru, many items on the menu are unavailable and will take ages to get through. This establishment is honestly good at nothing.
I ordered the bowl. I got to work and it was half full the noodles were all broken up. The sesame chicken on top ,which was only like 5 pieces was old and soggy. Even hungry I couldn't eat this. I guess thats what i get for having a 130pm lunch. PLEASE KEEP YOUR FOOD FRESH!
Every time I go to this location they only are “limited” on their entrees. It was 8 something and their closing time is 10... I’d understand if it was last few minutes before closing. So I tell the lady what I wanted 3 times and she STILL got my order wrong. How in the hell do you do that? I got noodles instead of rice. And I told her I wanted RICE 3 times! And then I waited for the sides that I wanted which I’m not complaining about having to wait. But they gave me SO little food. The Chinese food at the mall serves better.
Joselyn was very rude and I felt pressured to hurry up and order because she kept looking at me like I was bothering her. I had only asked if I could have a sample of a new dish to which she responded "we don't do that here". Off the back she had a bad attitude and spoke in a belittling manner.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Drove through, ordered TWO meals. Was told "would be a few minutes" for an item, to just put up a little ways and they'd bring it out. There was another car waiting already. 47 MINUTES GO BY-- no one answering the phone (at this point I just wanted a refund), no one came out to give an update or explanation, the doors are now locked (and people with online orders standing outside). There is a LINE of drive-thru customers that have paid and have no food. COMPLETE INSANITY! My infant is screaming and I finally had to pull him out, into the front seat and feed him. It was nearly an HOUR before someone came out and handed me the food without any apology or explanation whatsoever. I can empathize-- I'm sure somethings went wrong and staff was short? But I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life! And... get home, and the chicken we waited so long for-- was not even in the bag! No joke. Terrible, terrible all around.
Im a frequent customer of this location and on Christmas eve me and my husband stopped for Some food and the next day we realized the drive thru cashier didn’t give us our card. We came today for the card and the manager made us wait a while and finally decided to go look for our card and instead of her giving it back too us and apologize for the cashier not giving it back, instead she send someone else. That was really rude also considering that same day the cashier forgot to give us the egg rolls we ordered and paid for.
I was on my way home from work. ( working with animals all day and didn't want to cook so I seen panda express drive through. I usually go in but I was full of animal hair and wanted to be respectful. I ordered beef and broccoli. Got home and there was 2 tiny pieces of meat. I called and talked to Mia ( The manager). I told what had happened and I took pictures. I told her I was just there 5 min ago and ordered through drive through and did not get a receipt. She could look on the cameras. She said there is nothing she could do about it. I told her I will bring the food back down and show her and she said there wasn't anything she could about it. I called the next day and was told the Managers ( Guy) was busy interviewing that he would give me a call back. This happened 4 days ago and still Manager. Wow.
Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order would ask questions but not listen to the answers. She seemed to be very distracted and seemed confused by taking our order. Part of order was for the honey walnut shrimp. She told us there would be a wait for that and ask if we were willing to wait. We said yes and then she asked the same question again. We waited 20 full minutes for the food. When we get home there was NO honey walnut shrimp. So why did we wait??? Very disappointed!!
Health. Violation. Sick lady served foods She was having. Fever. Runny nose COVID-19 suspected Manager fault not returning her home, or not serve work Spreading deases
Waited for over 10 minutes to just pay after ordering. Cashier attended someone else before me who had just placed an order, by the time I got to eat the food was already cold. Very disrespectful
Very dirty. Horrible service. No greeting. Food is average. The guy serving on the steam table was doing take out orders & made us wait to serve us. Then he had to go cook, becuz they had no beef & broccoli, which is what my husband wanted. Then Jocelyn took over. No greeting, no smile, no sorry about the wait. She had on nighttime eyelashes, looked like two upside down mustaches. Please, if you're looking for old school PE, move on. I made a mistake, I thought it was Pei Wei, which 100x better. Keep your expectations LOW!
I’m a delivery driver. First of all, I *never* write reviews to places I pick up from and I’ve been doing this as a side gig for a long time. Second, I usually purposely AVOID going to THIS restaurant for deliveries for like the past year. 9/10 times that I arrive at this restaurant to pick up a delivery order, they make me wait 10+ minutes. On the off chance I do decide to accept a delivery from this restaurant, every time I show up… an employee asks me for the name for the order, and each one asks me what the name is again RIGHT after I just spoke the name *clear as day* in front of their face AFTER they ASKED. It’s careless, and rude! I make a point not to mutter so I don’t have to keep repeating myself lol! 9/10 times that I arrive at this restaurant to pick up a delivery order, they make me wait 10+ minutes: This last time, I marked in my app I had arrived, waited several minutes in my car, and then still had to wait 10 minutes inside for the order. It was not busy, they rung up 3 ppl inside while I waited. They were not short staffed for Monday evening. STILL, they found some time to laugh hard enough about something, you can practically hear tears of joy falling. Whenever I have a question, most employees literally avoid looking at me to avoid answering me. I guess if they all treat it so carelessly, what does that say about the manager? They might be a joke for all I know! Deliveries are at the bottom of the barrel to this place, apparently And if you’re wondering if you read this right, yes, I waited a YEAR for the service to improve before writing a review, and it still sucks - so here’s your reward! A 1-STAR REVIEW! CONGRATS 🎉 You earned it.
The orange chicken and the fried rice is absolutely nothing compared to pineapple express. It was sooo bad. They accidentally ordered us panda express instead of pineapple express and what a mistake that was. Please change everything!
Good, friendly, fast server. Extremely old food was cold to touch..only thing hot were the Rangoons asked for fresh. 3 people had $40 worth of diarrhea hemorrhaging reheated old food for dinner.
Gave me the wrong food. Lady was rude and impatient.
completely disappointed it was our first time visiting panda express. The noodles were dry and unflavored. The only thing good about panda express is their fortune cookies. I will never go back again. They ruined my panda express experience
Went thru the drive thru and the girl taking the order kept interrupting while I was trying to order. We order a plate and a bowl. The bowl barely had any food in it, when usually it's filled up. Definitely didn't get our money's worth.
My experience with this Panda location #2382 save your money and enjoy the food from another restaurant. The food here has a nasty taste when you order a meal you get a huge portion of rice and the side meat choice would be either all vegetables in one small piece of chicken or maybe no chicken and a lot of vegetables for example, I ordered a bowl of lo mein with mushroom chicken. The portion of mushroom chicken was all mushroom and no chicken after I tried calling back the site every complain is through the website that never gets answered. The trick behind serving this way is to avoid expenses pasta is cheap rice is cheap and vegetables is cheap. If they have to put any meats, they reduce it by a lot so they can earn more with less expenses this is basically cheating the customer and by the way that simple plates cost me $15.
It's ridiculous trying to pick up your own mobile order I told the lady my name she wouldn't give me my order I already paid for she was acting like I was trying to steal my order that I had already paid for on the app she made me go get my phone to show her my confirmation never have issues anywhere else picking up orders
Smells good when u go inside but the food was horrible I haven’t came to panda in forever and I was craving it and I was very disappointed even my toddler who likes everything wasn’t eating so for 29 dollars I will never come back again everything didn’t have good tastes and was way over cooked
Being the first time ever to be there, The lady on the drive-thru not only was rude, she was not helpful and did not understand the menu herself. I asked her a simple question, what was the difference between a bowl and a plate and she told me to look at the menu as she rushed me along to make up my mind. And then when I ordered my fried rice, she told me it was going to take over 5 minutes and if I wanted to wait. And then I ordered egg rolls and she told me there were no egg rolls. And because of my food was already supposedly made it wasn't as good I'm sure as if I would have gone in or if I would have had a man waiter. If going to Panda Express on Garth road, I advise you not to, if it's your first time.
Literally just came there and the drive thru employee sat there and handing me this shit and i was already in the area and made it home when i had opened it up to no meat but just cho mein in here, you telling me you sat there and thought okay let’s bag this up without meat and just hand it out, just plain bs.
Where's the Meat??? Should be called Fried Orange Flour instead of Orange Chicken. Excellent service but 1 star for false advertising...theres zero chicken in "Orange Chicken" and its not a Garth Rd problem its across the chain of stores that no longer serve meat.
TRASH. I go through drive through to get my food &’ usually there’s a wait on the chicken. Whatever, I pull to the side &’ wait 20 minutes before I went inside MYSELF to get my drive thru order. Then they want to argue and give me excuses. There’s no excuses for that when if I never went it I’d probably still be sitting there!!
I stopped by this Panda Express on my lunch break and was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a meal and was told they didn’t have any fried rice ready, and that I would need to wait about 7 minutes for fresh rice. I understand that food needs to be cooked fresh, but this was inconvenient because I’m limited on time during my break. I politely asked Edgar G. if they could offer a small courtesy item, like a drink or a spring roll, for the delay, and was told I would still have to pay for everything and that nothing would be complimentary. For a fast food restaurant, I expected quicker service and a little more consideration for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this visit did not feel like good customer service, and I left not feeling appreciated as a guest.
I had the worst night ever! The broccoli was spoiled , the chow mein was gross! Everything was gross. Dont spend your money here and save your stomachs 0/10
