Hands down the best KFC I've ever been to. Great staff and our food was delicious and fresh.

The BEST pot pie!

Chicken was very good and I like the option to get two different types of coating in one bucket, also you get a complete meal for a very reasonable price. Very good meal without having to cook when time is short.

Great original wings and drumsticks! Granddaughter loves this chicken and she hates most food . Good Pepsi !

Door Dasher....half of the time orders are ready. The first order was handled by a very rude employee at the drive thru. Others were nicer. Don't they realize that our service is making their store money?

Delicious fried chicken. Really hit the spot. Special with 3 pieces fried chicken, 2 sides and biscuit and drink was $11. Fairly clean.

I have pretty small hands ... so seeing this so called drum stick makes it even sadder. The sizes of the chicken that we got were pitiful.

I come here often, and the food is great, and low on cost. The employees are typically very friendly, good service. You do have to wait sometimes for your food; anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. It depends on the time of day. The food is worth waiting for though. It's actually one of the most budget friendly places in town.

Chicken was fresh even though it was later than normal dinner. Biscuits looked like just out of oven. No wait time. Fresh hot food that was delicious. May have cheaper options but hard to beat Fresh fried chicken! Definitely worth it and will revisit

It's a fast food chicken place so atmosphere wise, all you ask for is not to have people fighting inside. Food was good, made fast and everything we ordered was there. Staff was friendly enough. Didn't get sick afterwards. About all you can ask for.

Ordered 2 pc meal $5 both pieces of chicken were very small. It seems more fast food places are down sizing meals. The table or seats I sat at had not been wiped clean. Table was very wobblely needs to be replaced. The place was very busy. Seems to me they needed more help. Only 3 people working kitchen preparing meals, working register, and register.

Employee and manager smarted off to my friend in the car that had placed an order. So he cancelled his order.

Didn't taste like the old original fried chicken. But it was cooked good and hot.

I’m not a real big fan of KFC, calories are off the chart. Some of the food such as the pot pie doesn’t taste homemade as mentioned, to me the crust taste buttery but processed. The wings are pretty good. The prices are good, for a decent occasional meal it’s ok.

Inconsistent. Love the original recipe chicken but at this Garth location you may not get what you ordered, or it may be under cooked, or it might be extra crispy only available. Roll of the dice, very frustrating.

Food was good but customer service sucks...they handed our food out to the wrong car, then told us to pull forward. My husband had to go in to find out they handed our food out to the wrong car and then they had to give us a refund and our food!!!

Super friendly employees but the chicken was grease soaked this last time for some reason and the strips are not what they look like on the sign. For $12 you would think they would be decent size and not toddler sized. I was shocked when I opened the box and seen how tiny they were. They tasted good but you should get more for your buck in my opinion. Otherwise everything is good

The front cashier wasn't too friendly at all soon as I was asking about that we have original or crispy she said we don't have any Krispy instead of give me a chance to ask when will the Krispy be already she said just gave me that that answer right then and now song and then when I sit down in the lobby she just kept looking at me like she was disgusted that I was sitting there like I'm a mess her Lobby up

Drove thru at 10pm there were 5 cars including myself. Ordered a bucket of chicken and was told they only have tenders and bowls at this time. I ordered tenders and they forgot my fries. They close at 10:30pm but stop their menu. Why? This is not the first time it has happened.

Order the 3 piece chicken box combo that comes with coleslaw and a side of your choosing(I picked mash potatos)....told the girl it came with coleslaw...she tried to charge me for an extra coleslaw I told her I didnt want the extra just the one that came with the meal....got home and sure enough no coleslaw...I really wanted that coleslaw you guys need to get your house in order. Best value box Ha! Not without the coleslaw!

Of course the food is great it's KFC. The only reason I still eat here is it's close to the house. However service is very very very slow they rush you to order which I guess is fine but If you slow down and listen to my order maybe you guys can give me what I ordered . This has happen every time I've gone. I decided I would get off to order my food same results. Please step it up.

Fries were so crispy and dry it was like eating tree bark. The crispy was ok and the thigh was ok but the wing was so dried out I couldn't swallow it. I love KFC but if this is how this location cooks, I will go to Churches instead. At least tgeir specials are real.

Fast, cheap. Drinks are horrible. Tea has VERY little tea...just lightly colored water. Dr Pepper tasted watered down. Popcorn nuggets were too hard to eat.

I got the #9 with 5 pieces of chicken and a chicken sandwich it was supposed to be spicy and my bf got a number 7 with 5 chicken tenders we ordered it was 25$ which I think the price wasn’t that bad but when we pulled through the drive through they made us park and kept taking orders we got the food and it was decently warm but not hot I ate the chicken nuggets which was fine with the kfc sauce then I got to the sandwich I couldn’t even take 2 bites into it because it wasn’t spicy and they only put the sauce in the middle like very little sauce with a big piece of chicken the fried parts of the chicken were cooked good but there wasn’t enough seasoning the macaroni was terrible in my opinion I wouldn’t go back there again because it makes my stomach sick.

Biscuits were rock hard like they were old. The chicken that they said I had to wait 10 minutes for wasn't cooked all the way and the Mac n cheese was old as hell. The girl that took my order was very sweet though.

I ordered fresh chicken and got the oldest chicken they had literally! A chicken thigh looked liked a chicken wing. Like make that old ass chicken some pot pies but don't give it to a hard-working customer. Then I call and complain and whoever answers acts like it's no big deal. Smdh. Last time I go there thanks to their employees!

The only redeeming factor this place has for me is that the food is always great. Out of the many times I've been, the customer service was under-par and I never felt welcome coming through the drive-thru. Now, I haven't been inside to give that a review but I'm sure it's usually dirty based on their treatment of customers.

To say that the employees lack enthusiasm & a deeper appreciation to work at KFC is an understatement. If that wasn't bad enough; the food orders at the drivethrough window takes absolutely forever to get. Granted, the chicken sandwiches i ordered were good but not great! Personally, it is an arduous task i get it (Lunchtime & Evening crowds rushing in, supply & demand, etc.) but a lack of expediting orders in a timely manner claiming that any mistake they make is your mistake. As Heath Ledger's Joker in the movie The Dark Knight famously stated "Even to a guy like me that's just plain cold!"🧊 Explain to me realistically how does a fast-food chain thrive on giving the consumers subpar customer service, abysmal waiting times on food orders & blame-deflecting help your cause as a reputable business establishment?🤔

I should listen to the reviews! Its like they dont know their menu, I didnt get the gravy for my mash potatoes, I asked for extra honey for FAMILY MEAL! only got 6 packets....... guy at the window needs to lighten up 😒.

I got the $5 fill up bowl. The chicken bites were very hard and the mashed potatoes weren't mixed all the way, there was potatoe flakes all throughout the bowl.

My chicken had hair in it. So I will not be going back

I went around 5pm and they said would be about a 30 minute wait on all chicken.

Service is bad here. No respect. Very Rude!Plus, every time we go in (No matter what time a day it is) there is NO extra crispy chicken and we have to wait 25 to 45 minutes for our order.

Asked for crispy got soggy original. Wing seems it’s from quail I stead of chicken. And lady in the kitchen was screaming the whole time like a crazy person. Not coming back ever.

Been to this location twice had a bad experience on both occasions the baked pieces of chicken are little & almost nothing the wait time at the point of order in the drive thru was 2-5 mins to place my order management did attempt to give more pieces of chicken due to my complaints but i will not be spending my money at this location again

I don't think the chicken in my bowl was even chicken. It was mushy and made me sick afterwards. Only the Mac n cheese is good.

Picked up 8 piece meal got home only 7 pieces of chicken, 1 thigh 1 breast the rest legs and wings. Won't answer phone so I can tell what happened. Terrible service. Snotty and rude.

I come to this location at least once or twice a year and never fails in disappointing...but today is my last time : After telling the drive thru I am willing to wait for order I just really wanted my chicken strips fresh b/c every time they either old or cold...she told me that it will be 25min with an attitude...which I ignored still determine to be hopeful for fresh chicken that I really had my mouth cut out for I decided to wait...well after 20min here comes my chicken strip box luke warm no evaporation from chicken like the chicken had already been sitting out for at least 30 or 40min...Ridiculous

Customer service..They close at 10 pm..but it is 9pm but only have one type of chicken and only mixed..but if you want dark or anything else it's gonna be 8 freaking minutes....can somebody hire more people to fry chicken at night because right now the line is wrapped around the building...SMH...and yes there are customers eating inside ride now but the lobby is closed ..

Service was horrible, when my food came up it wasnt announced at all the so called manager just sat my food on the counter and walked away. So o decided to just leave with my food instead of dining in. When I got home and looked at my food chicken looked recooked or look like it was heated in a microwave. Bacon was uncooked and still white. On top of that one of my sandwhich was ripped and it seemed they added the cheese then forgot the bacon so the ripped the bun from the cheese and basically put my bacon in the bread LITERALLY. When I returned with my fiance for a refund the manager was laughing as if the situation was funny. Smelled like a zoo and cow manure in here. Never had bad service here but I usually come there later in the day. Seems their day shift doesnt understand customer service at all employees seem like they were barely trained.

Afternoon staff is nice and gets my order right. Night shift never has anything ready and is rude. One time I waited 30 minutes for my order to come out. I Will never go here at night again.

Their customer service is God awful. The employees sound unenthused to be there, the food takes absolutely forever to get, they'll argue with you claiming that any mistake they make is your mistake, they don't tell you the total at the drive thru, even if you ask, and that's not even half the issues at this location. Very very rude management on Fri. Feb. 5 th at 6:00 p.m. from an Individual that proclaimed to be an Athiest . I ordered a 30 dollar fill up all original . When I got home I had half crispy chicken and no chicken tenders at all , and if that wasn't enough my fries were half filled on an large order. So when I drove back up there, the manager on shift was the most unprofessional I've ever experienced. I believe his or should I say her name was Alajandro proclaimed to be Athiest because I said please God forgive me for acting out of text as a Christian . I'm sorry she was born out of her sexual preference but that's between her and God. I will pray for her, and never eat at that location agin. God Bless

In the pro of ordering my food the two girls up front couldn't make it any more awkward by making fun of some customers hair and laughing every 2 seconds it's a job not a roast fest

So i was with my mom and after she told her the tea was nasty the employee reached through the drive through window and snatxhed it from my mom , then returned with a cup which i told her not to drink, and the chicken was tough and been sitting oit tough. Will not go back here.

They kept taking orders and making people park, making us wait over 30min on the side. Instead of fulfilling the orders as they came, they were letting cars who had maybe waited 5min get out first. When I asked one of the employees bringing orders out about my order he very curtly replied that the orders were coming out according to what you ordered.

So I placed a big door dash order at 10:05pm. It was a 16 piece meal. I got the confirmation from the doordasher that he was on the way. At 10:20pm. 10 min before closing the Dasher sends me a message that someone stole my order. That the manager refused to remake because according to her..4 dashers showed up to pick up the order (this makes no sense because once the Dasher is picking up, he confirms and has it assigned) manager said the Dasher said order for my name and they gave him the food. I asked, so how did 4 dashers know my name when it was assigned, she said I don't know and is not our fault he didn't confirm. Nothing this lady said made sense, I honestly think they didn't even make the order and claimed it was stolen. I'm familiar with how DD works and there is no way they would release the food without them confirming they completed the order. NOTHING BUT LAZY and I'm sure is not the first time. Or did someone there took my food? Too many questions and no answers..smh

It was awful. The girl at the counter and when I say girl I mean kid under 20 probably. Pushed use threw while they were slow. Noone behind us. They was not busy. I asked what something had in it she had no answer and didn't even try to hear what I was saying. Paid way to much for what we got in size and amount. And it was really kind of yucky. I know where not to stop on a cold day and get a bite while I run errands.

Either not prepared for dinner rush or just doesn't care. Had to wait for biscuits ( no problem) but when I finally left with my order..I ate the biscuit ..they were raw still. Chicken was room temp and some pieces were cold. 🙄 its 630 pm. Should have been ready for the rush. Over all feeling that the staff just didnt care. The poor cashier had to ask the manager to come over to her like 10 times. He just ignored her.

Would rate 0 if I could. They closed the lobby doors on me, my wife and my kids right before 8:00am when lobby closes at 9. Then they tape a piece of paper “Drive Thru Only!!!!!!!!” On the door and point at it. I asked an employee for the manager through the glass and a dude who I’m assuming is the manager poked his head around the corner and made the “No” motion with his hands and mouth. The service is absolutely terrible, nothing but problems from lazy workers and lazier management. As a manager myself it’s sickening to see this behavior towards the public your supposed to service.

Worst chicken in Baytown always messing up orders I give this ppl a chance over and over the restaurant manager Olivia feels like 20 orders is to much to handle so refuse to pay attention. And when I asked for my refund she said she can’t do that since I already paid. The one star is already way to much for this. They say there is no corporation office for them so maybe who ever is in change can choose their staff that can handle the job they need to get done because all their management does is blame the staff and not fix anything for you

Very short older lady messed up our order and when we went inside with proof and our receipt she got very offended and defensive. I don’t understand why she would be openly rude and embarrass us in public. Should be fired. Short older woman with short black and gray hair. Smoking cigarettes with the front door wide open (standing in threshold). She is wider set and seems to be ethnic looking. Avoid this store if you want a comfortable family friendly environment.

For my First time Ever of going into KFC to order I was Extremely disappointed i Spend over $45 on a family 16 piece fried chicken and they gave me a bucket that had probably been there for a while . The fried chicken was really soft and fried skin was falling moist of the chicken. Owner and General Manager this is the first and last time i go to this place what a deception for this company.

This is the worst KFC I have ever seen. First I was given the bowl instead of the pot pie. When I got back to the plant to eat is when I saw the mistake. The potatoes were cold, the chicken like little pieces of rubber and the corn was also cold. I call KFC complaint line 3 times. Each time was told they would get in touch with me. Told the ladies that i was not looking for free food, just wanted to tell them how bad the food was. Never heard a word from them. Don’t go there and eat at any time!!

Ordered inside wait extremely long, some workers sitting around. The manager was only concerned about the drive through considering I was the only one inside. Kept saying be right with you. Considering I am an essential worker, trying to grab something quick, I was even more upset driving back to Houston to find there was something red on chicken breast, it was ketchup on several area off the chicken. How gross. I need to get with a regional manager.

I asked for a plain chicken sandwich, it had pickles on it and was so wet that the chicken crust was a different color! Gross! Also ordered a chicken pot pie, it was ONE small bite of chewy chicken in it!! Please, do better! I went last week and the chicken was stale! I don’t have any money money for this location, until I see a new crew!

Rude and food wasn't fresh had to go back and its 12 min from my home. That was the first thing I asked please can you make sure my food is fresh the lady said yes we dont have baked doughnuts everything is fresh. I hadn't even finish paying and they call my number I asked again are you sure everything is fresh she said yeah. When I got home I was missing my mash and the doughnuts were rubbery like if they had been there all day. When I called back they were like ok well I guess you can come back and we will replace your order. We hadn't eaten all day my husband ate 2 strips and they were arguing about that and I told them to just give me what I had taken back I just wanted to leave with my fresh food I was so hungry and tired to be doing all this. Have ordered delivery 3 times from this location, every time the order has something missing or incorrect.

I’ve always gone to KFC through their drive thru and never had any problems with the customer service. My husband, 3 year old and I walked inside for the first time to dine in and instead of a friendly greeting we got a dirty look like “what do you want”. We just walked out! I understand they had like 2 hours left to close but if you don’t like your job and aren’t a people’s person. Than a restaurant is not the job for you! Literally had to back up, go forward and again because the guy had no idea what we were talking about. Then we ask for the specials and he says 2,4,6,8 piece. We tell him 6 piece 3 times no answer. We were there at 425/430 and its 445 and still no service. Look at your cameras ridiculous. Even churches treats you better....

Everything here is terrible,,today I when to get the 4 peace meal and they give me 4 pieces of chicken 2 in extra miniature side ,and the other 2 pieces nothing big just small regular side is not the first time I know they give you very tiny pieces of chicken,,but today this was worse the cold slaw was not fresh ,and the chicken taste HORRIBLE,,this chicken was cook in OLD oil,,they not cleaning the containet where they cook ,and the oil is old, taste like an oil that they use over and over and over ,I feel nausea,I call and like always not a manager available but anyway is not like a manager care they don't care about costumer ,,this place is horrible and them the guy that answer phone call hang up the phone to me ,,ok ,I will call corporate,, but think twice before you go to this place.nusty food.

The only thing KFC does right is the pot pie. Out of the 11 herbs and spices, 4 must be salt. The 8pc bucket is "free" because it was terrible. So soggy. Sides were mashed potatoes /gravy.....gross, the buttered corn was cold and flavorless and the coleslaw was only edible. The service was good, I ordered on the app and did drive through pickup. KFC won't get my $$$ anymore. Just the pot pie for me. Again it was very good. Harlan Sanders is rolling in his grave.

Order was said in app that was done at 8:15pm. I arrived at 8:23 to give them a break. I go in, ask for my order, response? "Not done yet." Long story short, my Order was given to me at 8:49pm. This was ALSO after two customers drop in, order, and they give the orders to them. When they gave the 2nd customer his order, I was like, "Where the hell is my order?" The reply," I'm sorry, 7 more minutes, that was at 8:30pm. Also, when I got home, of the 16 pieces, 5 were the freaking tiniest wings and drumsticks ever. I should've gone back, left all the food, and asked for a full refund. I'm so done with this place. Only bad experiences here.

None of the employees had on gloves, are hairnet. The cashier wasn't at all friendly. The food wasn't fresh. There was to much horse playing going on n the back. The cooks was playing rap music loud. This is a place of business not a club. I fill everyone of they employees need to be removed and replaced including all the store managers and leads. This is horrible. The only thing that was n my order was fresh was the coleslaw. And spending the amount of money I spent everything should have been hot!
