We ordered the 3lb crawfish special for 19.99 it came with 2 potatoes, 1 corn and a hard boiled egg. Great flavor seem like it was more than 3lbs and they were big Also ordered 1lb boiled shrimp w/shell. Came with a boiled egg, 2 potatoes and 1 corn, it was excellent w/ great flavor We also ordered the kids chicken strips and fries Their food looked great, there were no complaints My only complaint 🤷‍♂️, I ordered a frozen hurricane, it was more syrup than anything but we still give Boil City ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you want boil fast this is it, no wait time to be seated, food came out within 5 minutes or less. I got Cajun flavor and mild it had a slight kick to it. Shrimp peeled effortlessly and the crab meat popped right out. I plan on trying all the different flavors here. Free refills on fountain drinks and a good size wash station. That second picture was my Togo order which also came out under 5 minutes 🫡

They make you pay extra for the shells to be removed and they only did maybe a quarter of the shrimp. Chicken wings were dry. 11/21/25 revised.. The chicken wings was the same as last time, dry. The shrimp was the same also. Pay extra to her the shells removed and they weren't. The one leg wonder traveled a long distance to eat here. I'm sad.. I was asked to replace them, but I didn't feel comfortable sending it back and have retaliation. The cashier was very helpful and polite. The manager was professional but very strict about the rules.

This is a nice, quiet place to enjoy a casual seafood meal. The televisions are a good touch so you can watch the games on the weekends. The extra spicy boil is truly nose running spicy.

Staff was very helpful. Place is spacious and clean. I had the 1fish, 4 shrimp with fried rice. Overall I was pleased. I do prefer my fish with a little more crisp bit will definitely be back to try other items.

Friendly staff. Good food just barely touched the surface on the menu. I had shrimp tacos that were great wife had crawfish she said they were spicy but good son had fish .. was all good .. slightly confusing at first but u have to walk all the way in to the register order pay then they will call your number located on the receipt

Food was ok nothing special. I was skeptical walking in and those suspicions were confirmed. Cajun fries tasted like regular fries. Wings were not sauced appropriately. I skills have gotten a City box by I feel it would have been disappointing as well. Everybody I dined with said the seafood was not seasoned

I would have given zero stars if that were an option. This isn’t about the price — it’s about the quality. We spent $100 for two people, and the food had zero flavor. If anything, the only flavor it had tasted like dirty mop water. Most places around here offer some kind of 5-pound discount during crawfish season; they don’t — but that wouldn’t have mattered if the food had been good. The crawfish, shrimp, and crab legs all tasted like they were boiled in plain water. There was oily seasoning on the outside of the crawfish, but none of it soaked in. The crab legs were hard to open, and the meat disintegrated when we pulled it out. We ate about half of it and dipped everything in the pink sauce just to give it some flavor, but it was hard to justify wasting that much money. We even brought the rest home for our kids, and they didn’t want it either. If you prefer your seafood actually boiled in seasoned water and flavored all the way through, this is not the place for you.

Food was nasty. Got the chicken tenders and they were so hard I sent them back and they sent more hard ones out. Also bought 4 seafood bowls and they also tasted cold . Spent over 120 dollars and most food wasn't even edible. Won't be back

Mom wanted lunch, so we decided to try Boil City in Beaumont on Skaggs Drive. We arrived at 11:20 a.m., and although they told us they didn’t open for another 10 minutes, we waited patiently. I ordered crab legs, lobster tails, and an order of boudin balls. My total was $83.04. I requested garlic butter lobster, but what came out was extremely spicy—so spicy that neither of us could eat it. When we mentioned the issue, the manager attempted to “fix” it by simply rinsing the lobster in water and putting it back in the same bowl that still had spices in it. The lobster was also overcooked to the point that we couldn’t even cut it with a fork. Lobster is supposed to be delicate, and this was the complete opposite. Unfortunately, this ended up being one of the most disappointing $80 meals I’ve ever purchased. We ended up stopping at Raising Cane’s on the way home just to actually eat. Very frustrating experience, especially for the price. ⸻

Being from Louisiana, seafood is a part of everyday life for me, so I was looking forward to trying this place. I ordered the three-piece catfish with fries, but unfortunately the fish was hard and lacked flavor, and the fries were also disappointing. Overall, the meal did not meet my expectations. I decided to visit based on the positive reviews, but I was genuinely disappointed in the quality of the food I received.

I called to make an online order. I was placed on hold for 15 minutes! No one checked back with me while waiting. After speaking to the manager Tiffany, she said when you call in sometimes they are taking other orders. I walk in 30 seconds later and there were working standing waiting to have something to do. My point is one of the many that was standing around could have taken my order. I was down the street I would have gone somewhere else.

We eat seafood up and down the coast, this was by far our worse stop. The food tasted old. The potatoes, the corn, the shrimp, even the boiled eggs, and unfortunately the lobster tail we ordered. The best thing this place has going is their sauces. The sauces were great! You have to pay before eating, at that point, motivation for serving decent food is lost.
