I tried the Chirro Dipped Cone. I didn't like it. It's too sweet for me. The cinnamon is overpowering. The service was good. I used the drive thru. The food at this location has always been good. 4/11/23 Had to get another dollar cone and of course it isTaco Tuesday! 3 for 5. HOWEVER please address the HORRIBLE odor at the drive thru. It truly smells so bad you cannot look at the menu with the window down.

Drive through - line was long and was quite busy, but moved quickly. They got my order correct - I did make some changes to the basic order. The food was fresh and hot, and the cashier polite. This was the Phelan location. Very good experience, especially for a fast food drive through! Recommended.

This Dairy Queen is probably one of the busier locations for the franchise. They consistently have a line at drive thru. They are fast to take your order and keep the line moving. That said though when waiting in drive thru yoy can smell the dumpster. It's dirty and stinks. It needs to be picked up and a cleaned one bought back. There also needs to be some pressure washing around that area by the dumpster and drive thru. It would be nice if yall built Three walls with a gate to keep that dumpster in so you didn't have to look at it overall DQ has great food but even BETTER DQ TREATS.

Went here for ice cream. They don’t have chocolate ice cream here. Just a $.50 increase for chocolate syrup. I think their prices are a bit high. It was $11 for two quite small blizzards. This may not be in their control. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and service was good.

My wife was hungry for a banana split, and I can always go for a special blizzard I get them to make. Remodeled since the last time here, and it’s looking much better. Crowds of people attested to the popularity of this location. Saw 4 people working in the kitchen, with 2 on the registers and another on drive through. Customers never stopped coming. Our relatively simple order was brought to our table quickly and correctly. I think they gave me extra-extra peanuts, as there were at least 15 in every bite! Could have used more fudge, but maybe they were running low, who knows? Prices have gone up here, like everywhere making this a once in a while event. Which is a shame because everything seemed just right.

The lady (Emily) who took our order was nice. The manager was rude acting like she didn’t want to be bothered when called and complained about the order being wrong. Ordered burger only mustard cheese and meat only got mayo cheese meat only instead, was really disgusted because I can’t stand that for the money I paid they couldn’t get my food right. Also the workers there are so disorganized and slow.

Evening shift (crew) has problems getting "to go" orders right. Last several times to visit have shorted me on items that I was charged for. If no change in training and attitude then they need to be standing in unimployment line next to Popeye's people. They had same probs which led to stores closing. Do better, d.q.

Ordered food and dessert to go. Handed us our ice creams long before our food was ready. It was awesome watching it melt while we waited. Had to put it in the car with the ac blasting. Heaven forbid they put it in the mini freezer behind the counter. None of the staff were wearing any type of hairnet. The cooks had hair to the small of their backs. At that point it's not even a food code issue. It's a safety issue, they are operating in areas with open flames. Her red hair looked nice, but it won't if it catches on fire. Place is not as good as it was, still better than some of the other DQs.

I went through the drive thru on 12/21/25. The employee who took the order and the cashier was very rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, if you didn't want to come to work you should have not came to work. Some things need yo be changed within that environment at this location on Phelan. Veru bad service from those two ladies. However, the young lady who cooked in the back was lovely.

We ordered a #1 meal and a fish sandwich. They prepared the fish sandwich and had me pull around for the order. When we got our food the #1 neither were the French fries fresh after 10 minutes of waiting! Why the hell wasn't the WHOLE order fresh after that time?? I swear people these days are just simply stupid. How hard is it to exercise just regular common sense? I hadn't been to a Dairy Queen in ages and I won't be visiting again because now I remember why I didn't patronage them. This mess is despicable. You should take pride in your work and quit short changing people just because you CHOSE to accept a minimum wage paying job! I wouldn't give them any stars if that were an option more like the (middle) finger. So sad...

This is no longer the place it used to be. Service is horrible just like the food. That's why DQ is closing everywhere. The female that took my order was rude and not helpful at all.

Twice I've ordered on UberEats a bacon ranch Hunger Buster and both times they put mustard on my burger and made it disgustingly sloppy with the mustard and ranch vegetables to the point of me not even being able to eat it. I love Dairy Queen and the Quality of the food isn't the problem it's a very lazy and careless staff member just wasting product and not making the burger correctly. It's bad management not to pay attention to how the staff is making the orders to send out that catastrophe on two separate occasions 🤬🖕
