The wonderful experience began with Aaron when we checked in for our reservation. Very friendly, definitely knew what he was doing. Our server, Nicole went out of herway to ensure we had everything we wanted and needed with our meal. She did an amazing job, especially considering the restraunt was close to being the only restraunt open on Christmas afternoon and was extremely busy and full.

We were at Saltgrass to celebrate some friends anniversary. There were about 20 in our group. They put us in a back room which was perfect. It wasn’t loud like the other part of the restaurant. Our server did an excellent job. Our food came out hot and he didn’t make one mistake!

I had server Noelle, she was beyond amazing. Her attentiveness was superb, this was my first time at salt grass and her ability to be both polite, respectful, and quickness to help whenever we needed a refill or anything was a breathe of fresh air. As a long time server and bartender it was such a pleasure to see. I had a rib eye and it was deliciouso. Keep popping off as I'll come back to salt grass as long as you guys continue to keep up this kind of quality.

Our waitress was Jackie and she was PHENOMENAL!! She is very sweet, friendly, inviting and attentive! She made sure we were satisfied and her energy was top tier!! Wow! Our stakes were absolutely delicious. If you have some extra money this is a great place to get a stake. I ordered a side of sweet potato fries, they were cut like little shoe string size, they were so good. We got a slice of cheese cake to,it was so good with the strawberry sauce on top! Outstanding Service from Clay Hicks at Saltgrass in Beaumont! I had an amazing dining experience at Saltgrass in Beaumont, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Clay. From the moment we were seated, Clay was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive without being overbearing. He made excellent recommendations from the menu, kept our drinks full, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It’s clear Clay takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. His timing was perfect, his attitude was upbeat, and he handled everything with ease—even during a busy dinner rush. If you're heading to Saltgrass in Beaumont, definitely ask for Clay—you won’t be disappointed. Five stars all the way!

Clay and Eric killed it! Their service was off the charts. Our dance company has our annual spring banquet at SG Beaumont every year, and it's almost like the service just gets better and better. We thoroughly enjoyed the banquet room experience, it's always a nice touch of intimacy for our group and their guests. We will most certainly be back, soon!

We had a great dining experience. We were with a group of 12 and had fantastic service. The beverages and appetizers came out quickly. Our entrees were all cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the quail, shrimp jalapeno poppers, & fried pickles. The ribeye is my top choice on the steaks. Hard to not have an outstanding meal here.

I was very lucky to get Stacey as my waitress. She had excellent customer service from making sure everything I was served was up to my standards to telling me about places in the area since I had just moved here. She even used HER free food she gets with HER points to give me a free slice of cake for my birthday. (Which by the way was delightful) Literally made my day since this is my first birthday I’ve ever spent alone and was a bit sad about that. The workers made me feel at home and comfortable. (I have bad anxiety) I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The food alone was wonderful! I tried quail eggs for my first time ever. Soo good! It came with brussel sprouts and I hate brussel sprouts! But I could not stop eating them! The rage rattlers are delicious! I also got the ribeye which was also of course amazing! The only thing I would’ve preferred was my mushrooms to be sliced instead but no biggie. They have a little “game” the employees play together there. They hide these little teeny tiny baby dolls all around the place, so keep an eye out for them!

The hostess was very nice & greeted us automatically. The manager was the first to greet us at the table and took our drink & appetizer order. The young man, Eric, was excellent at his service! I ordered the peach tea with the County Fried Steak & green beans. The breading had a nice sweetness to it & paired nicely with the green beans. The green beans were nice & crunchy. My mom ordered the sweet tea, center cut sirloin, & mashed potatoes. The steak was juicy, the masked potatoes tasted really good & creamy. Our appetizer was the cheese fries. The potatoes were nice and crispy! The bathroom was clean & smelled nice. Definitely would recommend and will come back!

The service and atmosphere was great just not my steak. Steak was cook to perfection but no favor. Hopefully they see this and add more seasoning onto their steak. The side were delicious highly recommended the Brussels sprouts.

I went for dinner, I was wpproach by hostess and she asked how many. I told her table for 3. The restaurant was not full and she told me it was a 15 minute wait. There was at least 10 empty tables and I still have to wait. Unbelievable. I believe they dont care or they move at turtle speed. We had to wait at least 5 minutes for our server to come to the table.. Our appetizer came first than our drinks. Very poor service.

OMG this was the absolute WORST dinner experience I have ever had at a Salt Grass Steakhouse! We came in at about 5pm as a party of four. We were entertaining family from up north and wanted to get them a good steak dinner. The restaurant was nearly empty but we still had to wait. After we were seated we ordered drinks and the Fondeaux appetizer. The appetizer was excellent but it took forever to get drinks. We finished our appetizers and our bread. Our. Waitress was very slow and inattentive. We finally had to ask her to take the empty plates away. After another long wait a runner finally brought our food - ICE COLD. Everyone was so hungry they started eating. I took two bites of cold brussel sprouts and waved somebody down to ask for the manager. She took my dinner back to the kitchen. She came back and brought my friend another Mac And cheese and said they were working on mine. I sat there while everyone else ate most of their dinner and then we waited some more. One of the ladies went to the ladies room and surprise - no toilet paper. I finally flagged down the hostess and asked for a to go box. We left. I went through Whataburger and got a burger for supper. Thanks a lot Salt Grass!!

Had the prime rib medium rare with the bake potato and potato soap. Fiancee had steak and fried shrimp medium rare with broccoli and cheese. Tried the order appetizer and they didn't tell us that didn't have what we wanted after waiting about 20 minutes. We got our food and my prime rib was cooked about a medium to medium well. Worst prime rib I've ever had. Tasted and smelled like dog food. The bake potato had hardly any cheese. Potato soup was ok. Her steak was rare. Could barely cut it and it was so chewy that she almost choked from the fat and meat like it was stringy. Her fried shrimp was cold and seemed to be left out for a little bit. Our server Brianna was very good. Told her about our experience and how the steak and prime rib wasn't good. She said she would get the manager but we were in a hurry to leave. First time eating at this location. Bill was over 80 dollars and we got home and ate sandwiches Need better cook.

Order catering to go for pick up at 11:30 AM arrive around 11:15 AM and they mentioned that they were working on my order. Wait until 12:30 to receive my order, on my way out I asked for the bread and they told me that they will give it to me right away. Once I was placing the order in my car one of the staff member came out and mentioned that they were running out of bread and the bread will not be ready for another 30 minutes. I could not wait for the bread so I have to leave without the bread. The catering was for 30 people for an office with staff and doctors. Nobody contacted me after I left without bread. Nobody offered me any type of refund any type of extra food or any other type of solution because they could not have bread for my catering order. It’s not the first time I have ordered from this location and the order is always late when I’m arrived to pick up, the food also it’s always an issue with the bread. They always forget to put the bread inside the bags or give it to me at all. I will definitely not come back to this location to order catering food for my offices. It seems like they either don’t have enough staff members when they open the restaurant or management doesn’t know what they are doing.
