I recently had the pleasure of dining here with a friend. It was late and close to closing time, and I must say that the experience was truly outstanding, all thanks to Benita! From the moment we walked in, Benita's attentiveness and warm demeanor were evident. She made our dining experience exceptional with her top-notch service. Her attention to detail and friendly approach created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our meal. Benita was not only efficient but also took the time to ensure our needs were met. Good overall experience, especially being a chain restaurant. Steak and cheese dip appetizer was fantastic, salad fresh, chili was spot on. My wife's filet mignon was perfect. My Pittsburg rare steak was overcooked but the waitresses, Debbie, and the manager both offered to get another one cooked but I declined due to time constraints. Debbie was a fantastic waitress, couldn't ask for better. We'll be back!

Lunch again at Outback Steakhouse in Beaumont. Why? Service is impeccable. Food is delicious and they accommodate. They offer specials that catch my attention and the prices are affordable. She was friendly and patient with my inability to make up my mind and I changed my order three times and finally ordered what I originally wanted. Go figure. 🙄 Tiffani Brown the proprietor came by our table and other tables checking on customers satisfaction. That is always a plus. I ordered one of their specials and my friend ordered the Toowoomba Salmon. My order which is one of three that they are offering which is the 6 or 8 oz center cut sirloin with the Nashville Hot Wings. You get five wings, (I asked for flats) fried and coated with their spicy Nashville- style rub. If you can’t take the heat this is not for you, but I loved it. My 6 oz steak was seared and cooked medium to perfection. They always cook my broccoli to my request and I ordered the loaded mash potatoes which completed my symphony of flavors. My lunch was saturated with deliciousness that was completely satisfying and filling. It was a lot of food for under $20. This deal comes highly recommended and is always Best Bites approved.

A fantasic experience! Was greeted right away by the hostess and sat immediately. There were large parties and 2, 4 tops full all around. Our server, Drew, was top notch. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Gave great app, drink and food recommendations. We started off with a gin & tonic and volcano shrimp. Didn't get a picture because we were hungry and honestly didn't think about it. The bartender made the drinks perfect. My wife got the prime rib and broccoli & cheese. She absolutely loved it. I don't have pictures of her food but she will post her own review with them. I got the Great Sea Barrier & 12oz ribeye. The grilled shrimp, crab cakes and lobster tail were all cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. My ribeye was supposed to be cooked med-rare and guess what. It was med-rare and delicious! The loaded mashed potates were delicious as well. The GM made a table visit to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The floor manager did a table visit with us as well. Drew, our waiter, was doing a phenomenal job. Not only was he watching our drinks making sure to never get below half, keeping up with his other 2 tables (large parties), he was running food for his co-workers and pre bussing. It was an overall great experience and we will be back!

We went for my daughter's birthday. There were 7 of us and we all had a good experience. Our server, Maranda, was very attentive and friendly. All of our orders were correct and done perfectly. Also, the strawberry salad was a nice, fresh addition to the sided menu.

Debbie was great! Food was good and service was amazing. My BF ordered the pork chops and they were amazing!!! My steak came out good but was super hard to chew. The flavor was great and I didn’t complain to wait staff as they had a full house. Will be coming again and loved Debbie as our server but all of the servers were so kind ☺️

It was my first time eating at Outback. It started out rough when we got here. Confusion. One of the ladies comp us with an appetizer 🤗. But it worked out once our server took care of us. The food surpassed my expectations. The steak was cooked rarer than most restaurants and was very juicy. The salmon was juicy too! Benita provided excellent customer service! :)

Great dining experiences are becoming increasingly rare these days due to the pandemic but Outback hit this one out of the park! My family and I chose Outback to celebrate Mother’s Day so we were prepared for a waiting list, long food times and a bit of chaos. We were pleasantly surprised! We were seated shortly and all of the staff were very friendly. Our food arrived promptly and tasted AMAZING! Miss Debbie was our waitress and provided impeccable service. The manager stopped by and introduced herself as Susan and asked if we needed anything. All around the best dining experience we have ever had on a holiday. Thank you Outback!

I go to Outback occasionally, and this location is doing a great job. Friendly staff and reliable quality with big portions. I tried the spicy meatloaf for the first time and had to get half to go after sharing an appetizer. They have some new items on the menu that look great, like french onion sirloin. This location is well maintained, clean, and professional. You can't go wrong going with good Outback location.

Regardless of what kind of day it (may have) been behind the scenes , they were so polite and it came off as genuine-and being there truly brightened my day. We were frequently checked with about our order and greeted with smiles by both of them. The restaurant was very clean. The first item ordered (strawberry salad)came out in less than 5 minutes. What an amazing restaurant. From walking in, the hostess was really friendly to sitting down in our both, which was clean and tidy. We were there at 1115, but it was really clean. Our waitress Peyton was extremely friendly, attentive, interactive, and caring. From constantly checking up on us and yes when we didn't have food in our mouth, to making the Aussie Jawes come to life. Finally we had the manager walking around checking on the customers, seeing if everything was to their satisfaction as a manager should. Highly recommend Outback here in SETX on the feeder road before Washington St. If we weren't moving we'd definitely be back.

Service was ok, food fresh and savory! I absolutely adore Raven. Lindsey was good. I’m not sure if she was new but a little constructive criticism: watch your tables drinks, if you’re busy write down what is needed so you don’t forget and slow down and take a breath. Always impeccable service by Paige, she is the best waitress, and the food is always hot, and fresh. We rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes, depending on what we order. We have not had the opportunity to have a manager stop by our table and ask us if everything is ok but Paige always makes up for it by greeting us with a smile and making us feel welcomed. Outback is my husband and I go to at least 3 times per month!

Everything came out correct. Jamie brought the meal out and was very friendly as well. Food was great temp and cooked to my order. Congrats to Tiffany and her staff on delivering a consistent product. I was in and out within 1 hour.

My husband and I had dinner at The Outback Steakhouse in Beaumont, Texas. We were warmly welcomed into the restaurant and seated immediately. Our server, Maria, was amazing! She took very good care of us, knowing just when to check on us. She also served our drinks and appetizers before she took our entree orders which is exactly how we like it. We had the Blooming Shrimp for an appetizer, at the suggestion of Maria. It was delicious! We both had the Filet, Grilled Veggies, Baked Potato and House Salad. All of the food was delicious. They have a new topping for your steak, Espresso Butter. It is amazing! They also have a great bar menu. We chose a nice Cabernet. While we were there, Austin Williams came by to check on us and to introduce himself. He also described how they cook their steaks and suggested next time we get a bone-in steak with the espresso butter. I highly recommend The Outback Steakhouse. I give them 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. And ask for Maria, she’s a great server!

Prime rib wasn't as good as last time but decent overall. Drinks were okay. Waitress was good. Hit and miss on food here. Edit: returned to this Outback last night. Prime Rib isn't served on Thursday nights so I got the ribeye, which was cooked correctly. Seasoning was on the salty side but good overall. Mushrooms were a bit bland. Our server was great, though! Also, tried one of the new drinks and it was decent. It had more of a melon taste. 2nd Edit: went back for the Prime Rib. It was very bland. Old Fashioned and Martini were good. Service was okay. Never got my water and had to ask someone else for utensils. Waitress was nice, though. Overall, it wasn't worth the price but I'll come back eventually for another try.

The 3 cheese steak appetizer was a little bland and had some gristle. The bloomin' fried chicken was amazing! Pierre was an awesome server.

Outback is one of my most favorite go-to restaurants. This particular outback was iffy to say the least. My wife ordered her steak well done and she got a medium, I ordered my steak medium rare and I got a rare steak still cold in the middle. The waitress was very nice except she was trying to rush us out of there as fast as she could. She would come back to the table every 30 seconds it seemed like to order and we didn't even have a chance to look at the menu. It was almost harassing. We went there to relax drink a beer and enjoy our food yet we felt rushed out like cattle. All the other outback steakhouses that I've ever been to were very energetic, people were talking and laughing. This particular outback had very few customers on a Saturday night and in fact the employees had more visitors than there were customers.

Craved steak and we decided Outback Steakhouse was the answer. We missed the lunch specials, but, they have a takeout special which we took advantage of. The "Three course meal" special may be my new "go to" order. I had steak, baked potato and house salad with a dessert which I carried out. We will be returning.

Restaurant was clean was greeted at the door when we walked in. It's nice to see a manager walk around and talk to guest to make sure that they are happy with the service and to further assist them if need be. The service was good and it's a pretty good atmosphere also. My steak was nice and tender and my wife enjoyed her Salmon. Was able to get our meal out in a short time also dispite being busy during lunch..

The steak meat was very tender, but mine did not have hardly any flavor. I've had outback steaks elsewhere before, but this one missed the mark. The chicken was good.

Older manager lady at host stand on father's day fumbled so hard as I watched she called wrong table and younger host told her she did but to save face she went with her mistake and made several people angry and then watched her lie to all the guest when asked why they were skipped. Kids literally doing a better job than the manager. Funny how she thinks no one watches when we are all waiting next to them.

Servers were very attentive and friendly. Problem was with the drinks, maybe the ice, because the coke order had an off taste. Tea was awful, undrinkable. Coke tasted like bleach. The manager/bartender came to our table accidentally, we didn’t call her over. We took the opportunity to inform her « with kindness » that there is a strong bleach taste in the coke ( we didn’t even mention the tea). She was instantly irritated, she walked off and ROLLED HER EYES. She never came back. Very unpleasant. We were embarrassed.

Well first time dining in here. Was not impressed. The food was mediocre. First off the wheat bread was crunchy underneath and edges. Grilled Chicken w/grilled asparagus wasn't great. The grilled asparagus had no flavor, yuck. The bacon on the grilled chicken wasn't cooked to perfection other than that it was ok. Hardly any mushrooms on the chicken. The honey mustard sauce was yuck and no flavor. Grilled Shrimp & Chicken Fettuccine was good, but shrimp were overcooked and dry. Cesar Salad wasn't fresh. Coors Light should always be ice cold, not semi cold! Our waitress Maria was friendly, helpful and on point. Will not be dining here again. Outback in Lake Charles has way better food.

Tx road house stores in Conroe and magnolia tx store are not as good as they use to be. Potato are cold, onion are way over cooked. Just go to salt grass.

Lunch @ 12:30. Ordered “Chicken on the Barbie” $12.99. Added a wedge salad ($3.49 up charge.) I received a portion of grilled chicken breast that was the size of a deck of cards and the salad for a total of $16.48. Nothing else. Unacceptable. This was a meager amount of food for the money. I should have taken a picture.

The Beaumont location did not have good food but service was friendly. My sister and brother ordered the steak and shrimp pasta and the steak was bland and so was the pasta. Mac and cheese had no flavor and very chewy. The blooming onion was the only star. My coconut shrimp was translucent and so was the shrimp in the pasta. Everything came out lukewarm.

I was actually sad when going this time, our waiter wasn't very good at all, by the end of the meal we had no room left on the table because he didn't pick anything up- cups from refills, the appetizer plates or the bread. 3 different tables came in after us and got their food before us and ate, paid and left before we where anywhere near done. We think he forgot to actually submit our order for a few minutes. The food was ok, the shrimp I go was cooked to perfectly though! My husband's steak was a little under done but not not edible. My kids enjoyed their burgers! Not sure if we will be back, maybe just for an appetizer if we do.

The worst Prime rib and salad. Photos speaks for themselves. I got the fattiest meat and the salad lettuce was spoiled. I left it all on the plate to think surely the waitress/bartender would see…

Tonight's birthday dinner for my friend turned into an absolute disaster, all thanks to the horrendous steak served. It was beyond disappointing; the steak was a complete letdown and truly ruined the entire experience.

We sat there with only one guy at the bar and we sat there and we sat there we got tea and sat there some more then we got up and left employees all over the place but the customer was last,we were in my truck when mgr came out and asked us to come back and she would comp our meals,we went back in only because of mgr. After we got our compted meal we never saw but one more girl who brought out check. This day changed my opinion of the Outback in Beaumont Texas,next time we'll go to Carabas.🤨

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed on What Should Have Been a Special Day I usually don’t leave negative reviews, especially for restaurants — I understand that things can go wrong and bad days happen. But our experience at Outback Steakhouse was frustrating from the moment we walked in, and the way the situation was handled left a lasting negative impression. We had a reservation for a party of 16, made over a week in advance for a very special occasion. When I called to make the reservation, I was assured I didn’t need to call again to confirm — everything was set. However, when we arrived at the time and date arranged, they claimed I had canceled the reservation because of rain — something that never happened. I never received a call, voicemail, or message about my reservation, and I certainly never canceled it. It felt like they had given our spot to another large party. They even tried to claim they don’t take reservations and that it’s first come, first served — which makes no sense considering they took my name, date, and time when I booked it. So which is it? Eventually, they did seat us, but even then, the experience didn’t improve. Service was disorganized and slow. Drinks took a long time to come out, and when they did, they were often the wrong ones. Some guests had to wait through multiple attempts to get the correct drink. Steaks were also cooked incorrectly. And despite the fact that only 12 of our 16 guests ended up attending, it still took over an hour for all the food to arrive. What upsets me most isn’t just the poor service — it’s the dishonesty. To be told that I canceled my own reservation when I clearly did not, especially after planning this dinner for a week, is just unacceptable. I believe another large party showed up and they chose to accommodate them instead of honoring our reservation. Overall, what should have been a joyful family dinner turned into a frustrating, disappointing evening. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle reservations and large parties in the future.

Just called about my order being made wrong , have my receipt on my phone, whoever the manager there very rude, ask who can I speak with she says shes over the steakhouse. Very very rude I will never eat there again.

I was in town and decided to meet up with a friend here for dinner. I lived in the area for many years and remembered how much I enjoyed the restaurant. I’m extremely sad to see how much it has changed in quality of food and atmosphere. I’ll have to say that the waiter was very attentive….but I just couldn’t get past everything else….actually was ill that night. I believe it was either from the ‘blooming onion’ or potato soup I had. Owners: please, Beaumont needs this restaurant- bring it back to Outback standards! Appearance of waitstaff, appearance of restaurant and quality of food! 🙏🏻
