The "dine-in" needs attention. More clean tables would be appreciated. It was also so cold inside that we opted to eat outside. Outside seating truly needs attention. Cobwebs on most of the tables and benches made them very unappealing. Table tops needed attention. We cleaned one the best we could, but that shouldn't be the customer's job, but we decided, IF we want to eat El Pollo Loco....let's do take out. In addition, the men's restroom was in need of attention, too. Glad used it after I ate, or I might have left before I ordered. I'm not sure if this location is understaffed or they don't care.

We ordered 2 double shrimp tostada bowls. Waited a long time in line. We drove home to eat. Something in the food was terribly bitter. It pretty much ruined the whole meal for both myself and my husband. We were really disappointed! Those tostadas are usually really good. We picked through them. It wasn't the shrimp, but Something in the lettuce mixture, most likely.

Food is mid, the avocado on my taco salad was oxidated and just thrown in there, proportions were also low on sour cream etc... overall just mid service was mis too.

Stale flour tortillas at 6pm on a Monday! Don’t tell me the workers can’t feel that thru the plastic bag it comes in! Quality of food had gone downhill! Is it just because the restaurant is in a crappy area?

This location NEVER gets an order correct. I asked for no cilantro. What did I get? No onions and TONS of cilantro and no onions, which I actually wanted. I also asked for extra creamy cilantro sauce. Did I get it? Nope. Did I pay for it? Yep! No big deal. I got the avocado chicken taco. It has creamy cilantro sauce in the regular way it’s made. What did they not put in that taco? You guessed it! Zero creamy cilantro. Yes, I dug through it to look. Last time (DoorDash) we didn’t get all of our food. I think I’ll be driving to Yucaipa for the hope they would get my order correct. This location is the worst about getting orders correct out of any location I have been to.

Anyone get food poisoning yesterday eating at beaumont location? I had the chicken shrimp tostada bowl and because deathly sick.

I ordered drive thru and this white lady was at the window and she made fun of my accent.

Waited 45 min in the drive through for them to not have all of our food in the bag, VERY DISSERVICE

I went there on my lunch because I love the Pollo Loco in Perris and as soon as I walked in the atmosphere did not seem clean whatsoever. It was only 10:15am when I picked up my food so they hadn’t been open for long and there was no lids, the floor was dirty, the outside atmosphere wasn’t inviting either. When I first tried the food I didn’t notice anything off because I was on my lunch break but after I tried finishing on my break again, I noticed the smell way off and asked for second opinion from others and they agreed. It’s been more than a week and my stomach still hasn’t recovered, I feel gross and feel like I need my stomach flushed out. Don’t recommend at all

I usually don’t eat at El Pollo Loco, but tonight I decided to try the new burrito grillers they were featuring. The portions were laughable. I put a salsa cup next to the burrito for scale. It was a sad looking meal.

best time to get fresh food is around lunch time . I noticed. the chicken is juicy and hot. their new burritos are super yummy .. update: see the photos. service very slow , food was warm to cold , I tried their new grilled burrito ( 1x chicken and 1x shredded beef ) taste ok . that's the first time the burrito and taco are the same size . weird , expensive I ordered 3x tacos el carbon . see photos . not generous at all . I blame management and owner .

Sorry guys this is worste chicken I have had. First time I tried at this location I didn't know it's gonna happen to me. I just wasted my money, time and gas drive thru. I saw bad review all of them true. My advice please don't sale bad smelled chicken. Please don't play with peoples health. I don't recommend this chicken.

This is what my salad looked like today. Horrible! Why would they give this to a customer. It was ordered via drive thru. Didn't notice this hot mess until I got home. I'm so ticked off!
