GREAT food and they do an amazing job for catering! So, if you have a big holiday party coming up...Golden Chick is the place to go! And they are ALWAYs friendly.

I am excited that Golden Chick has added new flavors to their menu. I opted for the Spicy Pickle flavored tenders today.

I love Bush’s Chicken but they are hard to come by nowadays. I have been to a few Golden Chicks over the years and their style of tenders with gravy is very similar. I saw this GC and had to come try it for the nostalgia (I don’t eat a lot of fried foods anymore). I was not disappointed. The staff was courteous, the food was hot and fresh and the restaurant was extremely clean. I don’t have any pictures of the food bc I inhaled it but I go the 3pc tender combo, 4pc tender combo, 2pc tender kids meal, a brownie and 8pc jalapeno poppers (all spicy). It was sooo good and around $40. Def worth the stop. This location also seems fairly new.

First time trying Golden Chick. Got a family 12 pack of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and okra. The rolls were killer and the chicken was good. Okra was a little soggy for my taste and the mash was a little bland. Take their hot seasoning and mix it in the potatoes, though. It is worth it. it was all rather enjoyable and I am curious to try their roasted chicken aswell, next time.

I got an 8 piece all white family meal. The food was excellent. The rolls are the best I've ever tasted in 47 years. It was my first time eating Golden Chick but it definitely want be my last.

I tried Golden Chick for the first time today, and I gotta say, I loved the food. I was hesitant to give them a chance but I’m so happy I did. The establishment was immaculate and the service was great. My only issue was my forgotten side of pimento cheese. Well, after leaving a review on their website the owner quickly reached out to me to compliment me for leaving a thorough review and offered to personally deliver the pimento cheese to me. I was absolutely shocked when he said that. This is a level of care and professionalism you seldom see. I could not recommend this place more. It is abundantly clear that if you have an issue, the owner will do whatever he can to make things right. Nobody can be perfect all the time, but what matters is that we do our best, and their best was more than given today. Thank you for the incredible experience. If anyone if considering supporting this place - don’t think about it, just do it!

I'd like to give them a full 5 since the food and service was good, however limiting the online or delivery orders to chicken strips only is very frustrating, otherwise it was really good for fast food. If they fix the online/delivery limitations, I'll gladly revise my rating.

When I went in I asked the young lady to tell me what boxes she had she left. Coleslaw, jalapeno peppers and the rolls we're good but my impression of the chicken I think it was fried twice. The crust was very hard

We waited at the drive-thru for like more than 5 minutes for someone to take her order and then There was this one employee that was super rude when we were leaving after we got our food. But the food is great! Hope this helps

It’s my first time here and let me tell ya the food is hands down delicious and fresh. The macaroni is elite. You won’t be disappointed. However, when I walked in the door there were one employee standing at the counter, looked directly at me and said nothing. All employees were busy, but the GM Mexican lady a foreign guy in a black shirt and every single employee who passed by front counter said nothing. At least they could have said “ have u been helped” or we’ll be with you on a moment” Absolutely nothing it was one lady who came from drive through who rang me up. I don’t know if she was supposed to do that or she seen too that no one will attempt to assist me. When I got my food everything was fresh, soda was strong, but the portion size of the macaroni was extremely small. It looked like one big scoop of a table spoon. Was I supposed to to say upsize my side in order to get a full portion? However it was cheesy and good! It says free ice cream, but the machine was “down.” It says free WiFi but I asked the foreign guy in the black shirt he didn’t know, a reg worker, he tried to guess, and even the shirt Mexican lady who they says is a Gm even didn’t know. She asked them to call someone named Tiffany to find out. I appreciate them going lengths to find out but you would think at least the Gm would know. The people I did engage with were not rude but they need to for sure address the customers standing there waiting to order. While I’m typing this they ignored another customer and she and the Gm was arguing because the customer wanted corporate’s number but everyone seem to not know it. Including the Gm lady she was arguing with. The customer left without ordering. Service needs to do better. Way better. Mind you, this is my first time here

Purchased a THREE piece roasted chicken dinner for $11.90 WITHOUT tax and I received a wing, thigh and what I believe was a Cornish hen drumstick. That was absolutely ridiculous and should NEVER have been on the line to serve any1. The macaroni tasted chalky as if it were powdered cheese and the coleslaw had NO TASTE whatsoever. I didn't want to base them off my first visit so I tried them again, but I'm good from now on.

I know this review won't affect the outcome of the services provided but if the manager on duty doesn't like their job, please quit. There's no shame in taking pride in a job. My receipt clearly shows this was about 20 minutes ago. Why would I come all the way back up here for ONE thing of macaroni after already paying almost $40 for food. Oh I was hot. So after arguing, he gave me the macaroni in which I paid for. I asked for the the Store Mgrs name and number. He gave me a first name and told me to complete the survey/ QR code on the receipt and oh baby I did. Stay with me. I completed the survey and the manager called me back in 10 minutes. Well as he called we were literally just sitting to eat, the now cold chicken , only to see it was not all the way cooked. I explained to him the macaroni mishap. My displeasure with being inconvenienced with having to return to the store and being accused of wanting a free macaroni and to top it off the uncooked chicken. Long story short. He offered me 25% off my next visit. Can’t make this up.

I place a mobile order and come through the drive through, the lady rudely yells through the speaker “ITS NOT READY YET JUST COME INSIDE” if I wanted to come inside I would have. I come inside, I’m not greeted, just handed the bag not a word said. I’m the customer why you mad at me for spending my money with you? Rice mushy, extremely disappointed & won’t be back.

When you are ready for rude employees and under cooked food this is your place! When you first walk in you're greeted by a rude cashier that wants you to hurry up and order. Then when you get your food it's missing items and when you ask for those items, it's a hassle cause you are taking away time from her playing on her phone. Need an extra condiments? You can have that at a fee and attitude for free.. wonderful place. Needless to say, won't be back...
