If I can give less than one stars I would. Whoever the lady working the counter today in the blue shirt was extremely rude. Not only was she refusing to answer orders in the drive thru, but when we pulled to the window to see if they were open today, she either pretended not to hear us or couldn’t actually hear us because she was on the phone. When we finally did start ordering, she had the audacity to turn and walk away mid order. I know i’m not the only one who experienced it because I watched two other customers leave this establishment just the same as us. Either she needs to change her attitude or find a new job

I live nearby so i go there to get a burger basket,it was soo good, and the chinese eggrolls are 10 out of 10, the lemon pepper wings were delious too . Im goin back to try more entrees!!!!!

I have been eating crawfish from here for years. Unfortunately the ones I had a week ago under the new management were disgusting. No seasoning, crawfish were soggy could not even peel, potatoes tasted bad and texture on the inside was like mashed potatoes. Never again

Months ago they went under “new management” now the food is disgusting and the place grade has dropped to a B for cleanliness… the food is greasy soggy with no seasoning .. when I went in there was a guy sitting on the front counter where people’s food sits on his phone … I imagine they will be shut down soon due to the quality , and the food . Don’t eat here you will be sick . I can only imagine what is going on back in the kitchen … eat at your own risk

I been going to kajun for years now , every since they got new people the food is disgusting. I love my seafood always went there for the boiled shrimp just recently went not knowing of the new management .. ordered the boiled seafood sides when I say it was disgusting I can't even describe how it taste didn't have no seasoning And I do not play about my seafood . I was disappointed. I threw everything away.

Food was nasty, no seasoning. Soggy fries and just horrible fell off big time. Ask for salt and pepper shrimp qith fries . Got fried chicken and fried shrimp with specs of rice under the soggy fries, the onions were overcooked and not seasoned at all. We should have went to Henry's on Lucas at least we know theirs is good and seasoned and FRESH!!!!

I ordered 25 JUMBO shrimp for $25.99 that includes 1 egg, 3 potatoes and 1 corn. I added an additional corn, so my total came to $29.53. When I received my food, I thought the container was kind of light. So I quickly opened the bag that was full of grease and included a long black hair outside the container. Omg!! These people tricked me, the shrimp were not JUMBO, they were more like small/medium. It was so bad that I had to laugh. I asked the young lady at the window if these were jumbo, she grinned and said yes. She immediately closed the window. I had to knock on the window to ask for garlic butter. The potatoes were rock hard. The shrimp had no flavor, and floating in grease/butter. The egg and corn was all I ate. I called for the manager but was told he wasn’t there. Be careful, they are scamming people!! They said JUMBO, maybe they meant GUMBO shrimp!

I had a bad experience before with the pricing and a customer service but I try them again the hush puppies and the role was burnt and the rice was hard. Call back to tell them I spoke to two different people they were speechless they told me it was nothing they can do and that's horrible service but best believe I will not go back there and I would encourage anybody that does go there if you go inside or even the drive-thru check your food taste your food so then you can give it right back to them
