I'm an Uber delivery Driver, and they took 40 MINUTES to get my order ready, along with the other 5 drivers who were there. The fella who seemed to be the manager seemed to not care that we waited forever and just hovered around the kitchen while we waited and while others waited in line to order their meals. Also my customer's order was supposed to have 4 drinks, which were not given to me at first, and when I told them I needed for drinks they just gave me 4 empty cups and told me to fill them myself. wish there was a 0 star button.

Watched 4 employees not even acknowledge myself or any other person in line. We all waited patiently. They looked directly at us and didn't even asked us to give them a minute. 4 people all walked out back to back. To the manager on shift... speak to people when they walk in if you are going to provide such bad customer service. Good luck with meeting sales goals that way.

Came is last week and they were out of fries and red beans. Today they are out of all sides and when I ordered a 3 piece white they said it would be 15 minutes because they forgot to drop the spicy. The racks were empty but they didn’t have anything cooking. The lady was apologizing and said her manager forgot to order the sides.

I ate at this location and I got the worst chicken ever. It was very dry and clearly been sitting under the heating lamps for quite some time. I spent $40.00 on an eight piece meal with two large side and two large drinks. I can't began to say how very disappointed I am. I will certainly never eat at this location again.

I was the only one in the drive through. I sat there for 10 minutes and no one ever took my order or even acknowledged I was there. We don't have a Popeyes in my little town so it's always a treat when we are able to get. I finally drove away and went to KFC. They were rude and cantankerous but at least got my food out the window correctly.

You can't run a restaurant and refuse to open the lobby. Makes absolutely zero sense to order ahead just to sit in a drive through line for 28 minutes. What a disappointment. Nothing against the workers but management at this location needs to rethink there entire operation.

Worse Service and Time Wait ever. Always run out of chicken? And always have to wait at least 15 minutes before we can order in top of waiting and usually get the wrong order. Don't know how this place is still opened. Never had a good visit don't know why we keep giving it a try.

I’ve been here twice in that last two days and haven’t completed my visit. To wait and not be acknowledged, waiting in line watching employees horseplay and joke, and low standards concerning customer service. When you walk in, you immediate smell grease burning. Not upset, just wondering what happened to this location?

I go here every week and my favorite cashier never gets my order wrong. Tuesday special used to be $2.99 for 3 pieces of chicken now you only get two pieces and a biscuit. I ordered 4 $2.99 specials only to get home and none of the boxes have biscuits I called them several times no answer and I live to far to go back I’m so upset because what did I pay for? Highly pissed off. I could’ve went to churches and had a full meal for $15.00 bucks they need to do better. I’m done with them.

I have waited a day to post this review, so it wasn't purely based on emotions. I visited this location on 11/10/21 and it was easily the worst dining/takeout experience of my adult life. I made an online order at 6pm with a pickup time for 7pm. Upon entering the restaurant around 6:50, there was what I presumed to be the manager eating and smacking loudly at a table, all while yelling back to the employees behind the counter. I placed myself in line and proceeded to wait with 3 or so people ahead of me, but no cashier to be found for any of us for the next 5 minutes. Once said cashier appeared, it took another 10 or so minutes for her to take 3 simple orders, by this time everyone in line had the same angry look on our faces. Once I made my way to the counter and told her I was there for a pickup she had no response other than it will be out shortly, which I was confused by because I expected it to be ready for you know, pick-up that I set an HOUR prior. By this time the manager had made her way back to the back and was helping out, but could be overhead by everyone in the lobby talking about the cashier behind her back. Also there were a few more orders placed after mine, all of which ended up getting their food before I had ever been given an answer on where my order was. I'm leaving some parts out like the glue trap of a floor, the manager telling people to use the app if they don't want to wait in line, her leaving an extremely slow crew because she couldn't miss her ride home. Long story short I finally received my order at 7:26. Avoid this establishment, any of the other locations in Beaumont are a better bet. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
