On out way out to Louisiana we had a wonderful meal with the sweetest lady as out waitress! I didn't catch her name, but the food was fresh and her attitude and service was refreshing. Great stop!

The Waffle House in Beaumont off State Route 105 and Eastex freeway, is currently closed for remodeling. No idea when it's going to be opening back up. That's my favorite Waffle House within miles, between the wait staff and the cooks they're very professional and they keep your drinks (tea & coffee) full without asking!

Haven't been to a Waffle House in a while. Disappointed with the waffle. It has shrunk! It's a lot thinner than they used to be. Taste was good but it was lacking because it was so thin. Seems to be smaller in diameter as well. Had a hash brown all the way and that was great! Don't think I'll be getting a waffle there anymore but will definitely get the hash browns! Server seemed bothered that we were there and didn't pay much attention to us. The greeting hostess was great!

Could be cleaner the staff is friendly and the food is good. But the table and floors are messy.

Went here with my husband and got put at a table where the air conditioner was leaking and the whole time we were at the table we had water dripping on us. Couldn't move to another table because every table and seat was full so we had to stay at that table. They brought out our food and I had to keep it covered with a paper towel so the water from the air conditioner on the ceiling wouldn't drip in it when I went to drink and I had to do the same thing with my drink. It was horrible. They should of closed that table down but after us they let another family sit there which was more disturbing!! The staff was friendly. Our waitress was good just took a long time getting to our table.

First time here and was given the wrong order. I took accountability for not checking the bag before I left, but no apologies from them cause I guess it’s mainly the customers fault for not checking..? Upon returning and handing in the wrong order to them, I was then asked if I had ate it and also if I had paid for my order… Their customer service seems to be blunt here and the food I ordered; bacon is burnt..

While I understand that there was an extra charge for eggs during the egg shortage...being charged $5.00 extra for eggs that was already charged for once with the order is ridiculous ! A whole dozen of eggs doesn't cost that much !

The waffle House on highway 105 going towards sour lake is terrible! They over charge on everything! Charged me almost 4 dollars for a small coffee! The employees need to stop eating the products there, and not paying for them. That's why they raised prices at this particular one.

This location seated a family of three before me and my wife of two we came in waiting on a table and the white family came in two mins after and was seated before us. I don’t know if it’s was because we were black or not but this is a first come first serve business. After been seated another white family of two came in and was seated then they’re order was taking while we were still waiting on a server. I just got up and left after that. I want ever eat at this location again.

31 minutes to get an order of GRITS & TOAST TO GO...then RICHARD WANTED to give me a little cup of grits for $8 BUCKS. Then he throws it away... W. H. IS KNOWN FOR GOOD BREAKFEST FAST & CHEAP...NOT THIS ONE
