Great experience at Chick-fil-A! The drive-thru was quick and organized, and the staff (Josiah) were friendly and professional. My order was accurate, the chicken sandwich was fresh and tasty, and the waffle fries were perfectly crisp. What really stood out was the excellent customer service, everyone had a positive attitude and made me feel welcome. Definitely one of the best fast food experiences out there!

Went here the other day with my sister. Me personally I think Chickfila is easily one of the best fast food places on earth. So obviously it was gonna be good but this is probably the best Chickfila location I've been to. The history board was cool, food came out quickly and was very fresh, waiters came by and asked if we wanted refills on our drinks like it was a expensive restaurant which I consider good service. (I don't think I've ever met a bad Chickfila employee.) Phenomenal work. Keep it up:D

We ordered the Deluxe Sandwich and Kid's Meal (5-pc Chicken Nuggets, Fries, Ice Cream cup). Food is good as usual and their service is fantastic!

I love cfa, who doesn’t? The only issue I have with this location is sometimes the team members don’t feel friendly. I’m not asking for a smile, but less of an attitude maybe? I’m also an order ahead warrior, sometimes I’m not sure about my order or I need to something… when I pull up in the drive thru and tell them I have a mobile order, no one goes over my order, or ask if I want to add or change anything which I thought every cfa does?? I guess it’s only the ones that care.

Very busy location. But that’s not the issue. Why are they so stingy with their fries. Paid almost $13 for basically a sandwich & drink. Drove out of my way to get to this location & I’ll be skipping it next time. Stingy location!! Not surprised to see other reviews w/ similar issues.

We do like CFA over here, but lately I’ve been let down with the portions. We order an adult meal for my sons so share and the medium Mac and cheese was barely half full! Our fries arent ever full when we order from this location. It is a little disappointing with prices going up and then receiving less than what should be. The service here is 100% amazing though.

I don't understand what's been going on with this location, trying to cut cost. I presume. Because every time I get their chicken biscuit sandwich there is less chicken than breading. They thin out the chicken so much, that its like a tortilla at this point and then they bread it. Corporate needs to come and check this location. Its unacceptable. Every time I order here its the same over and over. So if this bothers you, drive yourself to the Chick-fil-a in 3003 State Hwy 121, Euless, TX. I never have this issue there. I cannot believe I have to drive out of my way to get a decent Chick-fil-a sandwich.

First time going to this location and the last time. They were not fast. I ordered 2 large fries and a Cobb salad with no bacon and wanted the hot grilled chicken. The salad was definitely not the Cobb salad Chick-Fil-A is known for. Plus the chicken was not hot nor cut up. They just put a chicken on top of some lettuce with a tomato still having a stem in it. This location failed. I can't even understand why they took so long to make a salad looking like this.

I paid for a side of shredded cheese and egg. For starters, they forgot my extras that I paid for and I had to come back to the restaurant. Then they gave me such a small amount of cheese. I was debated with about how much they measure the cheese and it varies by location. I have eaten at this location before and I have never received such a small amount of cheese. Let alone at any other location. The manager wanted me to pay for another side of cheese when you can get an entire bag of cheese for $2 at the store. That is ridiculous. I left unhappy and my issue was unresolved. Chick fil a needs to stop being so greedy and provide more toppings in general. Before the pandemic I did not have to ask for extra cheese because the salad always contained an adequate amount of cheese. It’s now 2025 and prices have gone up, but the quality and portions have gone down. I’m tired of the constant greed from these multi-million dollar companies. It’s sickening. Do better.

Update3/19/25 My fiancé ended up getting sick from the food that I pretty much refuse to eat due to the poor quality. I thought ordering off the Chick-fil-A app would ensure the quality standards, but it doesn’t. Just a little bummed at how it’s been going. I want to get more but at least taking a break from this location.. When it comes to ordering food online from the app, they always seem to not only give us a nothing portion, burnt and/or incorrect. They put more effort in their drive through, which on certain days is difficult for me to drive due to an injury. I’m frustrated this keeps happening but what can I do but let them know not to order delivery through their app, at least this location. I cannot speak for the curbside, but we all know their drive through and dine-in are great. Just consistently having bad experiences with these deliveries

I went inside to pick up my order since the drive thru line was longer than usual. I walk inside I’m not greeted or asked if I’ve been helped for more than 10min. Many employees walked past me and made eye contact. None including the lead said anything to me. Others who came in after me were getting their orders before me. Finally an employee asked if I’ve been helped but he saw me when I walked in… he walks away after I said yes. Then the lead hands me my bag of food. Then hands another person their food and drink. I said I’m missing my drinks. She said give me a min. Why wouldn’t you give me my drinks when you gave me my food? Instead you hand someone else their order and I’m still there waiting… could have said “I’m going to get your drinks but I’m going to give them their order really quickly”. Or if they were too busy any one of those employees could have said “I’ll be right with you”. After she gave me my drinks she didn’t say anything or “my pleasure”. Terrible customer service.
