I ordered chicken flautas. Five good sized flautas packed with white chicken meat. Rice, beans, lettuce, cream, guac, fresh cheese to top/ dip the flautas. The flautas, despite being fried, are not greasy. The store now has a mobile app, great for ordering and curbside pickup. The food was delivered hot, fresh, and a quite generous portion.. more than I could get around. Nice experience!

Absolutely delishious! We ordered the steak tacos and steak torta in the middle of a Saturday afternoon-3:30. Everything was fresh with generous portions. The salsa bar was a nice surprise. The young man at the register was friendly.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was juicy and well-seasoned, the sides were delicious, and everything tasted authentic. The staff was friendly, fast, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick without feeling rushed. This is hands down one of the best spots for quality Mexican-style grilled chicken. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everybody!

Mayra greeted me and took my order quickly. A lot of people were ahead of me waiting for food and we all got our orders quick and hot. Mayra also was coming around the dinning area asking if we needed anything and was cleaning as people left having tables ready for people just coming in and she did it with a smile! Food was super good and a great deal as well. I spent under $20 for me and my son and had plenty left over to take to go for my husband! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Every location I go to are stingy with the portions or they forget to add the guac. This location was the best salad I’ve had in a while.

Usually fast service, employees are friendly but not talkative. The atmosphere could use some work, it definitely feels like they don't want you sticking around and would prefer you use the drive thru.

Pollo Regio, you would have gotten 5 stars, but..... Fried winnie! I enjoy eating at this and other locations at they are consistent in their offerings. While I usually stick with the usual grilled chicken or caldo de pollo, i decided to add the "grilled sausage" to the grilled chicken meal. The grilled sausage in not grilled. It's fried. YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE IN THE PHOTO. It is fried. Additionally, it's not sausage - well, at least not a sausage you would refer to as sausage. Most would probably call it winnie or frank, the same meat you would eat in a hot dog. Needless to say, I did not eat it. I took a bite off a chunk in attempt to give it a shot despite it being fried. They should change the name of this side dish to fried winnie or frank fries.

Got the Crispy Regio Salad and threw some of the fresh salsas on top. Really good. Chicken was cooked fresh and the salsas also seem to be made fresh at the restaurant. Definitely will go back. The half chicken is off the charts up to your elbows messy goodness. Once I tried the chicken, that was it. Salsa bar is great, Salsa Verde here is so good. Makes the chicken melt in your mouth.

Food was good but they need to work on the packing on their to go orders. The juice from the beans spilled in the bag and it got all over everything in the bag, the container for the meat wasn't closed properly and the lid for the pico de gallo also came off. All of this happened from the drive thru window to a parking spot in their lot. No fork/spoon or napkins.

I used to LOVE Regio's chicken...clearly the best around. BUT something has changed. They now box their chicken and it's ridiculously dry. Sides are still good, but the chicken has changed. What a shame, too!

I used to eat here almost every weekend. For the past few years their prices have crept up and the quality of food has gone down. The carne asada are more like burnt bits of meat and not the size they used to serve. The prices have almost doubled and the amount of food served has gone down as well. Not sure when the down hill drop happened, but not happy at all about the quality and quantity served. The staff is always nice, so that's a plus.

We got the half chicken meal. The onion tasted horrible. Usually, it is soft and sweet. Breast meat was extra dry. Rice was mushy. It's been a while, but we have eaten here before and never this bad. Also, the person at the window did not seem to understand English, causing ordering issues.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered online so that it be ready for pickup when I got there. I went to the designated curbside pickup spot I called multiple times with no answer. I decided to go through the drive-thru to pick up my food was in the Drive-Thru line for over 20 minutes by that time I had to get back to work to clock back in. I flagged someone down at the window asked her to cancel my order and had to go to work. I tried to call back to verify that my order was canceled and got hung up on multiple times I guess at least they answered the phone this time just to hang up on me. I called back speak to a member of management after a meeting because I still wanted you to verify that my order was canceled and my money was refunded since I didn't get any food and was hung up on again now I'm going to have to call my bank and dispute the charges because I can't verify whether or not they canceled that order because no one's willing to talk to me and I don't know if it's because I don't speak Spanish or if they just don't want to talk to me in general as a customer. I don't know what happened to this location service used to be amazing never had a problem until now but I see this as a big issue I ordered my food 20 minutes ahead of time I get there wait 20 minutes my food is still not ready have to go back to work and I can't even get a confirmation that my order was canceled and I'm not going to be charged for it. I don't recommend going to this location anymore. I personally will never go back there I'll find a different location this was ridiculous. I'd rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to a different location then have to deal with them again.

Horrible service. My girlfriend and I went to this place to have dinner on October 30 around 9:15 pm. We got regio bowl asada and grilled chicken. The food was okay. We wanted a few chips since they ran out of chips. The male cashier was nice and asked the lady to make some chips for us but she refused to make them. This place closes at 10 pm ,and we got there 45 min before that. If I come to eat before 10 pm and pay for my food, Im also paying for chips too as Pollo Regio always serve chips. We are not coming back to this place.

I have been a fan of Pollo Regio, especially because of your traditional "Tostada Siberia," which I’ve enjoyed many times in Monterrey, Mexico. This classic dish, with its simple, fresh ingredients—boiled chicken breast, avocado with green tomatillos, and a spoonful of white Mexican cream between two crisp corn tostadas—captures the essence of authentic Mexican flavors. Unfortunately, the Tostada Siberia I received yesterday didn’t resemble the original dish at all. Instead of the traditional recipe, I was served an altered version with chopped tomatoes, onions, cilantro in the avocado, and leftover asado meat instead of boiled chicken breast, mixing both white and dark meat. It felt like ordering a Big Mac and being served a Whopper—completely different from what I expected and known all my life. When I expressed my concerns, the staff member who acted as the manager was dismissive and unhelpful, claiming that Pollo Regio had changed the recipe some time ago. I found this response misleading, as I had just enjoyed an authentic Tostada Siberia at your Fort Worth Stockyards location only two weeks ago. Her attitude added to my disappointment, as I was hoping for an understanding and constructive response. As a loyal customer who values Pollo Regio’s commitment to authentic flavors, I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. I would appreciate your efforts to ensure consistency across locations and to maintain the high standards that Pollo Regio is known for. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Came in today to grab a quick lunch. I walked in, the employee behind the counter never greeted me. I stood there about two minutes thinking the man ahead of me was ordering food, but he was just scrolling through his phone. I’m assuming he and the employee had been engaged in conversation. Eventually he acknowledged me, but at that time I just decided to spend my little dollars elsewhere. It’s just common courtesy to acknowledge customers that walk into your establishment.
