I'm surprised the employees do so well considering the amount of garbage customers routinely give them. Of course, they run out of food often during the evenings, but that is to be expected in an establishment that only has one or two cooks operating at any given time. Kudos to these people for making it work. Now, the food itself is above average quality considering it's fast food. You can't pay $9 for a meal and expect Gordon Ramsey quality, people.
This is the only Panda I go to anymore. Doesn’t matter what time I go, they are great! I almost always order the orange chicken with white steamed rice. I think they have only told me they didn’t have it ONCE and it was late. My food is always correct and the staff is always so fast and friendly! I am disappointed to see such negative reviews!
Their orange chicken w/ fried rice bowl is my favorite. My other half favs their sesame chicken w/ fried rice bowel. The savings over PFChang is why we gave Panda a chance & we thought Panda's food tasted better. They are more consistent because we sometimes wasn't sure what we were eating from PFChang. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't what we ordered & driving back to Hurst wasn't worth it.

By far the best Panda Express I’ve been to. Food was hot and fresh, and service was great, Jillian was exceptional along with other crew. Keep it up!
I love Panda Express. I just wish they had one closer to Azle texas, so it wasn't so soggy by the time I get home. We need a store in Azle, texas please.
The new AI ordering system is neat but a bit slow, this can be a hassle if it's very hot outside or raining like it was today. And the time it took me to order two plates the entire panel of my door got soaked, I feel like the ordering system is much quicker with a human on the other end.

Always has been a family favorite! but the prices have gone up! Serving portions seem smaller awhile ago, but that is not the case now. Another change is instead of the customer asking for condiments, Panda employees are asking what condiments we want and they are very gracious with the amount given! Kudos to Panda 🐼 Express Bedford, TX.

Ordered from this place and they FORGOT to include my plate, manager on duty stepped up to the plate and came through and fixed our order... just give staff a chance they're doing their best and working their hardest to meet our orders...thanks to the staff I will be coming back for more of your great tasting food!! 👍👍 2 thumbs up for this location!!

Rare review for a typical Panda Express, but this location has some great things going!!! The food was hot, freshly cooked, and tasty!! The service was top notch completed from warm greeting to swift and accurate order taking by the wonderful and highly customer service extraordinaire Kenna. Store was nice and cool with the AC on but clean, tables, chairs, and floor. Kenna is the MVP there.
I drive to this location rather than one that is closer to my house due to the quality of service. These guys here are always friendly and helpful. I never have a messed-up order here; while the other location has has messed up my order every single time for the last several months, or given to me food that is gross. I wish I could say that was an exaggeration but it's really not. Coming to this location is completely worth the extra several miles.
After a rough day, I came to pick up my food but decided to just eat there instead. The workers were wrapping up for the day and cleaning but they still let me stay and eat even though they were close to closing. Really great customer service and appreciate the employees!
I was in drive thru a little later towards closing time, and the service was excellent still! I appreciate this because I have been to other food places where even if I'm there in the midday and on time service is poor. Get the big plate with three entrees and share it between two people.It's more than enough stop going through the drive through walk inside.The people are super nice.It's never crowded inside.I don't know how people can possibly hate this place.It's all self inflicted wounds.Stop being lazy.Also know exactly what you're getting.This is a fast food restaurant
💖 A Memorable Moment at Panda Express Yesterday, around 8:20 PM, I went to Panda Express.I was having trouble ordering my food, but the lady at the front helped me so well. Her voice was beautiful, she was incredibly sweet, and very humble.I was so impressed by her kindness that I gave her a $20 tip. In my four years in the USA, I have never met a person quite like her. It was a truly wonderful experience ☺️
Usually always tasty. This last visit my favorite, Kung Pao Chicken was way too spicy hot. The staff offered me an alternate item at no charge.
Excellent server tonight, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, we think it was McKenzie. Friendly, efficient, accurate and a fair portion. Sometimes it feels you don't get what you paid for, but tonight was great! We will be back for more.
The food at Panda Express is really good, fresh, and flavorful. I especially loved the steak — it was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and everything came out hot and fast. Great spot for a quick and tasty meal! I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
I decided to dine in at Panda Express. I like how the front line welcome you in. Customers are in and out which is amazing. I order me a bowl with chow mien and fried rice with sesame chicken and it is fresh and delicious and hot. The chow is cooked very well. The lobby is very big and there is enough parking space so you can bring your family and friends. I like this location and it’s next to grocery store. Thank you so much for what you do. Come and visit everyone. Yummy
Food is good for fast food. The only complaint I have is several tables were dirty. That said, the employees served our food quickly and graciously. Very generous portions.
The orange chicken was great but the beef in the beef and broccoli was horrid!! It tasted spoiled! I called the manager and she was very apologetic and offered to remake our meals. I told her I could not eat that beef again so she made it all orange chicken. Very pleased!!

Been awhile since I had been to this location. It's better than the other location nearer to me. Food was good, and every food item was available. I had fried rice but it was a little bit off, it was missing seasoning (soy sauce) or something. It was just bland. The rest of my food was good and fresh. I'll be coming back to this location.
This Panda Express has a person answering the drive through, not an AI. I much prefer it that way, we should not lose the human interaction which makes a more positive customer experience. Food was good as well.
Quick service, large portions, always enough for 2 meals when I order the 3 entree plate to go. Healthy options available. When Door Dashing, Uber Eats, etc.. service can be delayed for orders if the line is long. Customers in store get top priority. Especially on large delivery orders. Largest Drinks do not fit in a cup holder.
Pretty good place for lunch or dinner or even amjust something to munch on. The wait in Line was pretty long. Took me maybe 5 or 10 minutes to place my order. But worth the wait. Had I think orange chicken and broccoli beef with rice and veggies. Service was okay. Gal ran to the back to fetch me a cup, guess they were out. Whe was very friendly too. Think her name is Brittany. All in all I would recommend and stop by again. Idk what was going on with the coke but ai guess the syrup was out. Had Dr. Pepper instead.
I had lunch with my kids and we ordered a cub meal, bowl, and plate. A good variety of options to choose from like Mushroom Chicken, Orange Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Beef & Broccoli. We like their food and appreciate that they market themselves as Chinese American food, not authentic Chinese. If you come with that expectation, the food will be just fine. We also like the various tea options available. Quick and friendly service by 2 of the ladies serving the food and managing the cash register.
This location is always a hit or miss with the main dishes and the sides like the rangoons and egg rolls. Sometimes the flavors and freshness are on point and sometimes it's meh.
I typically don't eat Panda Express (bad past experience) but my sweetie didn't know that & was being thoughtful & bought me dinner. A Teriyaki Chicken Bowl from Panda Express ... 😳 I didn't wwnt to offend him so I ate it and it was "delicious". I have visited twice in the past week! They just re-earned my my business but the bowl will be the only thing I'll be buying. #onestepatatime
Love me some Panda Express, or as the kids call it, Kung-fu Panda Express. Only reason I'm giving it 3 stars & not 5... The new A.I. ordering at the drive thru. Frustrating, & haven't gotten an order correctly yet. Last 2 times, I've had to go inside. A.I. is terrible.

I love picking up meals at Panda Express for me and my husband. I had a horrible experience today that ruined it for me. I waited 15 minutes to get my meals and I was their only customer. A lady had the only person serving customers tied up asking questions that took forever. The girl from the driveup was busy helping the driveup customers. Finally some guy possibly the mgr came and got my order after a very long wait. I got served dried orange chicken and Beijing beef My husband got dried Kung pao and orange chicken . I will not be getting food there anymore. It ruined for me.
Honestly I like panda express but my most recent experience with them the drive thru worker was extremely rude and it really just made me not want to eat there. Unless the staff gets more training on how not to be a complete jerk to people asking a simple question. Like is there any thing freshly made?
They didn't have both the sauces I needed. The teriyaki and sweet & sour. It would have been nice if they would have told me that before I ordered.
Only 5 cars in line at drive thru 1-31-14 Fri. It took ten minutes to get to the order area then she informs me that they might be out of rice. WHAT! A Chinese joint out of rice??? So I say OK, keep my order the same, orange chicken, 2 eggs rolls and add a couple of spring rolls. Then a girl comes out and tapes a white piece of paper on the outside menu stating "out of rice" which because of a little wind was folded over and you could not read it. WOW. 40 MINUTES LATER...No Really 40 MINUTES I get to the window and the girl comes to the window and basically throws this small bag of food in my car "says sorry" and moves quickly away from the window. I left really irritated and when I got home there were 4 small spring rolls in the bag, Thats it. Never ever seen anything like this. You be the judge. One more thing. I do reputation Management for local biz so they really screwed over the wrong guy as this will be posted everywhere. Not to be vengeful but because it is true. Normally I think there food is a little over priced but good.
Ordered delivery from Uber Eats and got half a bowl of the orange chicken and noodles. Very disappointing considering how much food is. Seems like if you Order delivery you get less. Both bowls i Ordered were half full. Not happy. I wish i could post the pic here
I would go out with my family to Panda like almost everyday and we always enjoy their meal. Panda had great food and great service. However, today I went with my mom to Panda and while we're eating, she found a tiny metal on our food! We showed it to the manager and he apologizes to us but I am not happy and this should be taken very seriously! We ordered Chinese spare ribs, noodles and steamed vegetables before we found out what was in it. I would like to file a report about this issue and I want the manager to not only know but he should investigate with his cooks and their cooking tools such as woks, metal spatula, and other metal utensils. They need to examine and check their heads otherwise I should never go back again, end of story, thanks.
Fried rice was extremely dry and not hot. Honey & walnut shrimp was blan at best also not hot. I'm not sure where they learned about crab Rangoon as there was nothing but cream cheese and a little seasoning. Employees were friendly, but didn't try to upsale additional items. I have no intention of ever coming back.
The food is usually ok here, and the place is clean, but they NEVER have teriyaki chicken after 8PM. My wife and I used to eat here once a week, but after 4 weeks in a row of not being able to order what I want, we've given up. Why put something on the menu if you're not going to sell it?
Management tells employees to skimp on shrimp but the standard amount is supposed to be 7-8 pieces per serving. Dishonest location- go to another location to get your money’s worth. They will serve you as little food as possible.
I have been a fan of panda express for years now.I love the food and always have. Recently I visited this location because I moved to the area. I have never been so disappointed in a Panda Express bathroom until I used the one here. Although they are clean the conditions were terrible. The humidity and heat in there is unacceptable. The floor is wet and slippery, it feels sticky. Other than this everything was great the food was delightful.
My experience at this Panda Express was nothing more than lacking. When I walked into any building I expect nothing more than the building to be at an appropriate temperature relative to the temperature outside. At this Panda Express, when it was 92 degrees outside, I felt as if I had walked into a furnace when I opened that door. The heat in here is impeccable and honestly made me question if I would ever return. The food was good although the man who was serving me during my visit took an absurd amount of time to get my panda bowl ready.
The customer service was horrible, and they didn't provide any cutlery for the to-go meal. I had to buy an additional cutleries after I got to the party place. I complained later, but received no response.
I love Panda Express but the orange chicken here was the worst I've had. Some pieces were burned while others were not sauced and yet others hard as rocks.
Just pulled into the parking lot at about 9:22 and noticed the "Open" sign lit...indicating to me that they were "Open." Doors locked but noticed cars in drive through so I went there. Waited patiently for my turn and when I arrived to order, was told they were closed...car in front of me received food I think because he complained loudly. Not a big thing to me....but when your website says you close at 9:30 and a customer arrives prior to closing time and then waits and then is told they are closed...that is just bad business. I like Panda..but there are other options.... Be aware that the closing time might just be a earlier than what is published on the web or with their signs....
Worked a 12 hour day, and was looking forward to a good meal from panda. I pull through the drive-thru, and brian takes my order. Now I should've double-checked my bag bc brian was shaky AF taking my order, but again, I worked 12 hours and wasn't thinking. Anyways I ordered a plate with rice, Kung Pao, and Beijing beef. When I get home I have a bowl with rice, and Kung Pao, and a tiny box side order of Beijing beef. Do better guys. It gets better....no soy sauce....no fork
Every-time I come here they’re always out of everything. The girl at the drive thru has an attitude problem. I understand that you don’t have what you don’t have, I’ll find it somewhere else. But her whole attitude and negativity shouldn’t be used on customers.
After 4 p.m. Girl in drive thru was rude, snatched my money asked for sauce stated it was in the bag (it wasn't) and shut the window so I went in the inside the Asian guy was polite. Rice was over cooked
I went in at 8:45 and they didn't have the broccoli beef or the Angus steak. I asked how long it would be to make some and they said we are not making anymore because we close in an hour. OMG...really? So basically they only want customers until an hour before close? We don't matter? So many other food choices and Panda will not fight for business. Every customer should have access to the menu all day long. Facts!
Ricec is always undercooked. Can't take one bite without feeling like I'm eating rocks. Same quality every time we get food from there. Never going back
We waited 20 minutes for our order they came out and said they needed our receipt. After another 12 minutes they came back and said they forgot to put our order in so the only thing they could do was give us a refund. They said said they would open at 10 o'clock the next day and if we came back then we would get our order free of charge. I know there are plenty people which would be satisfied by that but not us. We ordered our food at 9:36, which is 24 mins prior to closing. Inexcusable!!
Tries to be the fast food of chineese but fails to realize fast food should be fresh food prepared quickly and served to order, not food prepared hours before hand that sits under warmers until a customer happens to arrive. It's obvious from the taste that food is prepared long before customers arrive. I suspect this is done to limit customer wait time for cooking fresh items but all it really does is make you feel like your paying to eat leftover chineese food microwave reheated out of your refrigerator.
I got charged $50 for my order that I placed and never received it. When I talked to them and ask why they charged it when my order was cancelled by them. All I got was wait a few days and than weeks. It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotta anything back. I like this place because the food is fresh and good but they is poor customer service. And why charge someone if you never served them.
I can tell the food has been sitting a long time under a warmer, but they opened an hr before I got my food. Which tells me they served me the food from the day before. They're going to get someone very sick. Don't go here it's not like the other Pandas.

Noodles extremely dry the first time. I went back to have them remake it and the noodles were drier the second time. Ive never cared much for this place but my fiance insisted. Now she's like....never again. 🤢
Most of the time I have to wait because they running out of food, the drive thru maybe faster, but it does have same issue. The idea of costumer service is "hello welcome to panda". Well I got news smiling is part of Service as well. And please teach them to cut the broccoli is a smaller pieces one these day someone is going to have a emergency.

This place once was friendly, had great customer service. This place now is NOT customer friendly I order food didn't want the nuts in food. They told me no they wouldn't fo it. So I lefted went to glade rd location in Euless where they were accomdating.def won't return
Stop with the AI at the drive through. It always has to be rescued by an employee anyway, and the smalltalk feels super uncanny. If you're going to take a paying job away from an actual person, maybe you should make sure to have something that actually does a better job than that person would have done, not worse. As is, it just shows how little you think of the people you hire if you're happy to replace their positions with unpaid labor.
First off, the AI taking orders is horrible. Hire a real person. The food quality has gone down hill as well as the portion size. they have changed to a small shorter food container which doesn't allow for a full serving to be placed in each slot. I belive the original size of the portion was 8oz it is now cut down to 6oz, but the price has gone up 4%.
Very disappointed in tonight’s meal. Have ordered teriyaki chicken countless times. Tonight is was so dry and rubbery, it was literally inedible. Veggies were watery and cold. Ordered two, two entree meals for $20+. The only edible item was the walnut shrimp. Had similar experience last visit and was hoping it was just an off night. Guess it’s a new trend. Not going back. Will miss the previous quality.
Went inside to purchase a 3 items meal. They had wok fired shrimp. I’ve never had this item and I asked to sample this. Was advised they don’t allow samples anymore. I never know how spicy hot a new item might be or if I will like it. If they are going to not allow samples I will have to eat at other oriental restaurants. I’m 66 yers old and I have have spent a boatload of money at Panda Village through the years. But this will have to be the last time if they are going to stop samples. I rarely ask for a sample and their prices are high for cheap restaurant. I don’t want to waste my money on something that will be too spicy hot to eat.
The server gave me just noodles although I asked for half noodles and half rice. Then she took out a lot of noodles to give me rice when I told her I wanted half and half so she left only a little bit of noodles. Some of the food smelled and tasted like refrigerator. The chicken was warm outside but cold inside. I have been to many Panda Express stores and this has never been my experience until now. I will not go back to this store.
This was the worst. I knew it was a reason I don’t do Panda Express. Then they had the audacity to ask me to round up my 97cents and I did. They fast talked me when it was my first time eating and I let them know. The noodles dry ugh I’m just frustrated, I was so hungry. Do better.
Girl with the pink colored frame glasses who took my order was rude as hell over the drive thru. They limited the menu because of the current situation (super understandable on my terms), yet I asked what the meals available included then proceeded to give me attitude of what I exactly wanted. I told her I never bought food from here, so instead of being a smart mouth she could have briefly explained it for me. Did not tell me my total then told me "pull up"... Okay. For what you paying for the portion of food plus service it does not make justice. That itself gave me a bad impression to not come back ever again.
Don't do it to yourself. The food I had at this PE wasn't good. I ordered the Beijing beef and the Honey Walnut Shrimp with Lo Mein. The pieces of beef were like small leftover burnt pieces and the honey walnut Shrimp was greasy and the nuts were salty and burnt. The Lo mein was like not quite right either. Now I'm feeling kinda sick and cant finish it off.I wont eat there again nor can I in good conscience recommend it.
Okay so we all know panda is mid Chinese food. The food is good when it’s fresh but they skimp especially for what we’re paying. I paid $30 for two meals and a drink. Which is fine I’m used to that expectation but the straw that broke the camels back is, the fact that I asked for a drink with no ice and the manager decided to partially fill my cup because I asked for no ice. I asked her to fill it and she replied “this is the amount you get with no Ice”. ma’am I just spent $30 in here you can’t fill my cup?! Needless to say I won’t be back. There are other places I can get mid Chinese food with much better service.
I'm done w/this place & these people. The past 3 times I've gotten food in drive thru it was wrong. It was on the screen & read back right but NOT made correctly. My friend went to get my food & it was ordered correctly but made very wrong again. I took the food back the last 2 times but this time I have no way to go back. I ordered a Bigger Plate w/2 beef/broc & 1 orange chicken. I paid extra for a meal I didn't even receive. Does this look like it has 2 orders of any double beef/broccoli to you?? It looks like 2 orders of chicken to me with no 3rd part in site. I used to love the place but I won't be back.

The food was good but I cannot stand the AI taking my order. It’s super weird and confusing it also has to be corrected repeatedly. The folks working inside are great though. The AI just ruins the experience. Please go back to a human taking the order!!
I often notice that the store runs out of food. Today, they didn’t have mushroom chicken, chicken teriyaki, or even greens. I also tried to use my rewards at checkout, but was told they couldn’t be applied at that time. This was confusing and disappointing, and I ended up leaving without making a purchase.
I waited 25 minutes for my order, second in line. And that's when I started timing it. The quality is getting worse every day.

Sitting in the drive through and waiting for my food (aka it's taking forever) so I wanted to write this review. I haven't been to Panda in a long time. The automated thing taking your order is so weird. And the fact that the line is not moving makes me feel like this should free up an employee to get the line moving right? No this line has not moved since in pulled into the drive through and now I'm trapped.
I came to this restaurant on1/29/2026 at 6:35pm to get food and drove home .My meats were over cooked, the rice was not fully cooked. I called the restaurant 7times no one picked up. I called the Panda Express in Hurst, Texas. I spoke to a Manger at this location. I explained everything to him and I ask him could he call that location. He called me back and told me he could not reach anyone thier.We always have problems with the Bedford, Texas.This location almost gave my food to a different customer in drive through today.Please help me Jesus Christ please!!! Why is it so difficult for people to do right.
I got Attended by this sweet, young lady name, Olivia, and as she Was finishing my plate. She gave it to her supervisor. The supervisor opened it and started going off on her. Apparently she had served more noodles than normal. I guess they have a policy that can only conserve certain portion of noodles. They should have a sign that says they sell it by weight. I had to intervene and tell the supervisor to talk to me since I asked her if she can put a little bit more noodles in my plate. She could’ve just said it was extra and charged me extra but no, she started going off on her Employee. Customers as much as they think. Northern employees. I think the Better Business Bureau should look into this.
I’ve been a regular customer at this Bedford location, but my visit around 7:25 PM today was extremely disappointing. When I placed an order for six plates to go, the woman taking my order gave me a visibly bad attitude and a mean expression after I confirmed it would be six plates total. Her demeanor made it clear she didn’t want to handle a larger to-go order, which left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer. I’m honestly not happy with how I was treated and am reconsidering whether I’ll return. Management should address this type of customer service—especially for patrons who have consistently supported this location.
They need to work better on portions. The portion is ridiculous. Every time I go to the drive-through my daughter gets extra teriyaki chicken. It’s always seems like it’s only one potion and it should be two. and they didn’t and also they need to work on better customer service through the drive-through every time I go there it takes me at least 20 minutes to get my food. I thought I would try it one more time but this time I’ve had it never going back poor poor customer service
If you plan on ordering your food with the app, don't bother. It will take over 20 minutes to get your food. Save yourself the trouble and get some local Asian food. Had around 10 cars wrapped around the restaurant. Takes 5 - 8 minutes per car, your food will be cold by the time you get home. Adding a picture of the restaurant wrapped around, had to wait to leave the parking lot.
15 minute wait in the drive thru is insane.... It seems there was a car 2 spots ahead of me that placed a large order during the lunch rush. They should've been parked. Instead... we were all forced to wait FIFTEEN minutes in the drive thru. Do better guys...
I stopped by today for a quick bite. I went through the drive-thru. I waited nearly 10 min. for my order, I just opened it a couple of hours later to find that there was almost no main course, which was the firecracker steak & shrimp. I paid over $10 for this crap. I was completely SCREWED! I guess you don't get good service if you don't donate to their charity EVERY TIME.
I got a beef and broccoli but what I ended up with was broccoli and meat flavoring. 3 and a half small pieces of meet with 15 enormous broccoli pieces. I want some broccoli and a lot of meat not all broccoli and meat flavoring. I find it likely I won't be returning to this restaurant. The pic I provided is what I got after I took 10 pieces of broccoli half the size of my hand off the top.
