Haven’t eaten Popeyes in over 6 months and decided yesterday to give it a try I was going to the one closer to my house but my brother said no go to this one and let me tell you the food was delicious it wasn’t salty which is why I stopped eating it in the first place it was crispy and flavorful

I will say both times I went in, service was fast and friendly! Its a Popeyes so I am not expecting michelen star food but I will say the chicken had great flavor (wings and breast) and the biscuit was super fluffy and fresh. I appreciate their service!

Honestly, the best Popeyes I've been too in a looong time. The staff is always pleasant and perform little extra acts of service that make me feel like they have a vested interest in me enjoying my meal for some unknown reason. Also, Popeyes made a great move with these permanent special offers. The price becomes a steal. It's why I went from not eating PopEeyes to having it at least twice a week now.

It wasn't too bad when we stopped in. The service was good, everything came out quickly, and the food was as you would expect.

It's a good place for bone-in wings. I got six with ghost pepper dry rub and six with lemon pepper dry rub. Above average for sure, but not the best.

It wasn't too bad when we stopped in. The service was good, everything came out quickly, and the food was as you would expect.

Don't order ahead, they just gonna make it when you get there, so its fresh. Some wont make it until you show to ensure freshness of the food. Hopefully, you dont have to wait 20 minutes after your pickup window, like I did.

I’ve been to this location several times, and the cashier staff has been extremely rude. This last time, my biscuit was just barely wrapped in tissue, and it fell out into my bag. And my food was basically thrown at me at the counter!

Ordered a 5 piece meal some of the chicken was half done .. the fries were old or either cooked to long . I didn't get my coleslaw that was a reward through my points but my points were taken and from the bite of the good piece I did have it made me have an allergic reaction my tongue is still swollen I will be back at that location tomorrow for my money back tried to call but the mailbox is full

Terrible Service & Out of Stock - Popeyes Nostrand & Lafayette (Late Night) My visit to the Popeyes on Nostrand and Lafayette on Monday, June 30th, 2025, around 12:40 AM - 12:45 AM, was incredibly frustrating. I waited in line for a full 20 minutes, only to finally be told that they were completely out of chicken – including wings and legs. Why was this not communicated to customers waiting in line? The cashier was painfully slow and seemed to have no sense of urgency or customer service. She actually stopped taking my order mid-conversation to attend to someone else who came in for an online order, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's a small place, they clearly see everyone coming in. A simple 'we're out of chicken' announcement would have saved me (and others) 20 valuable minutes. I walked out without ordering anything. This location urgently needs to improve its staffing, communication, and basic customer respect. Avoid if you're looking for quick service or, well, chicken.

I work near Popeyes and I come very often to buy, but the lady who always attends treats loc customers badly! Not only I have already come several times and I see her aptitude, they should check this staff, she is an older lady who always wears a black shirt. I think she's the manager. Their food is excellent and I understand that it is many hours of work, but it is my money too and I do not think it is good customer service.

Every time I come here it is an unpleasant time. Always the same people working here with the same attitude especially the black girl with the accent. There’s only been one time where I can where there wasn’t some disagreement. The food is good like I can’t lie about that, biscuits be juicy. but dont come here if you’re already in a bad mood.

Every single time I come into this establishment somebody is complaining about the poor service and today it was me. The dirty looking man with the wondering eye was being super disrespectful and as I nicely spoke to the manager. They won’t get another dollar out of me. It was super dirty in there anyway. I used my app so I didn’t know this until I arrived. Don’t waste your money or time with this location

This store those not Cater to all people they mostly cater to people that eat none spicy chicken and when I asked why the morning manager was very rude. The night manager said the spicy chicken dont sell. You are Popeyes franchise you should accommodate all people not some. Is this a prejudice store it making me think so.
