I put a 4* on service because sometimes they ask for dine in or take out, and most of the time like 8/10 I dine in and I end up getting a take out bag instead of a dine in tray and the # indicator. Hopefully theirs some clarity on why they do that but overall good experience. Very nice service.

It was nice to have my order taken by the employee stationed under tge umbrella. She gave me a suggestion that saved me a few dollars. The pay window attendent was sitting on a chair, but was attentive. The pick up window attendent was ready to give me my order that I had to hurry up and ask for my condiments, jelly and ketchup bit when I drove away there was no KETCHUP.. I think ketchup should ne included at least five.

From what I've noticed, the drive-through is frequently packed no matter the time of day. Although that may be an understaffed issue. I made my order through the app, and while it took a bit of waiting, my order did come out fine.

I want to highlight that Mc Donald's is a very busy place and it's not the employee's fault! The location is obviously not the nicest. It is definitely very busy dining inside and drive-thru is chaos. Overall, the employees are doing the very best they can!

Regardless if it's busy or not employees should always double check the order before giving the order too the customer My husband went inside and order me a sausage egg mcgriddle with an extra side of hashbrown both well done. When he got home I open the sandwich and it was egg and ham samdwhich.

This location has a busy drive thru, but if you go in the restaurant its alot faster. Im giving it a three star rating because my nephew wanted the toy and they were able to sell me the toy but I had to pay for the full kids meal but they only gave us the apples and not the kids meal only the apples so it was disappointing.

Food was fine, place was clean. But 90% of the people did not speak English, I actually had to order from the self order screens because the person at the counter did not speak English. And the TV that was overly loud was playing a Spanish channel. It's just the area, I understand that and it didn't bother me at all. But if you're one of those people that gets bothered by things like this you should probably finde another. Oh and parking was horrible. Thankfully there is a large parking lot for the shopping center just behind McDonalds.

Wait, time for ordering food and receiving it was taking much longer than usual. It did not have many customers, so it shouldn't have taken that much time. Even cars waiting at the drive thru were leaving.

I'm still upset that they haven't offered any plant-based options, even though they claimed they would some SIX YEARS AGO! The Peanut Butter Project is an animal rights awareness campaign and we're rallying all the plant-based manufacturers & other animal rights groups to push for legislation that will make restaurants and fast food chains to have more veggie meals available at reasonable prices. McDonald's should get on the bandwagon with this! They don't have to stick with just one company either! They could have several of them providing different foods, like Daring nuggets, Impossible Burgers and Loma Linda hotdogs! Why not? The PBP plans to conduct studies that will show that violent behaviour and anger issues are directly linked to a carnivorous diet. If they just would offer more options they could help reduce violence in society. If one brand doesn't work out, then try a different one. There are lots to choose from!

Food is good and fresh, but be cautious with the app because it doesn’t always work and it took 3 people and over a 30 minute wait time for someone to let us know the order didn’t go through (first two people didn’t even check to see if the order was there to begin with unfortunately). The employees can’t control the app and are most likely understaffed seeing that no one was able to check so maybe management can look into this for a better experience for others.

This place has the slowest service most of the time. Sometimes I had to wait over 10 min just to get my food and that's going up there and asking why it's taking so long.

Always check your receipts, they overchatge! I told the cashier that she was charging me over ,60 cents and she said that the price on the menu was wrong. I talked to the manager and they returned me my monet back. I know it's not a lot but if they do that to a lot of people then it's quite a bit. It's not the money, it's the principle!

There is no complaint on food . I have been here several times and each time I have been approached by homeless individuals that are pan handling. It is very awkward eating in front of people knowing they are without food/shelter. Employees do not ask them to leave, they let them go on and about

Had to change review after walking in once remodel was done.. made it so inefficient. Much smaller inside.. got rid of stools.. less registers. And now they have a screen showing what number they are serving like it's the DMV.

I really felt like MickyDs you know how it is. Went through drive through and sure enough order was missing something. I had to jump out and yeah they made it right but thats not the point of drive through. Last time they forgot my fries and I had to go in and get them also. Seems like a lot mistakes again at this one.

I frequently stop for a few items for my children because it is close to home. The customer service is barely decent. You dont really get much of a greeting, a smile or much of an acknowledgment but u will get your order even if u have to turn around and park because something was missed. I would say about 1 out of 3 times but I visit much more then this in drive thru. Management is usually close by but their service and acknowledgment shows where their service examples come from because they dont really care either.

I don't understand how they can get paid 20 dollars an hour and still look miserable to work there. There was this younger kid, walked past me 2 times as I stood at the cash register. Doesn't even try to make eye contact. I had to ask him to take my order. Come on people. Tell us why you deserve 20 an hour? You can't even get basic customers service right.

I ordered on DoorDash and I had 2 drivers to pick up my food and none of them picked up my food. My real problem was the people in that run that restaurant. I called first trying to explain situation and they hanged up on me. Called a second time saying if they ever received an order from me and hanged up again. Terrible service here. EVERY time I order drinks for my staff here my order is incorrect. (Only aprox. 10 items) I've been coming to this McDonalds for several years and they can never seem to get it right. :( The 1 and only time my order has been correct recently was when I placed the order myself through the new Kiosks.. To management/staff: How sad is must be to be slowly but surely replaced by machines because you can't push a button correctly to make a drink??? Why put the "Checked for arruracy" sticker on if 1 drink is missing, 1 drink is completely wrong, I have something extra and by the time my order is corrected some of the drinks are watery and melted.

Very disappointed of customer service, they MAKE YOU ORDER at the Kiosko and after you spend 15 minutes ordering at thr Kiosko. You have to wait 5 To 10 minutes at the register to pay. The cashier told me that she can not take orders at register when she took 5 minutes later an order and a few minutes later she took another one.

Omg this particular Mc Donnels in Bell Gardens is horrible when it comes to servicing the customers, morning, afternoon and evening. The employees work so hard but they never seem to assist with customers needs and get them out with food inside the restaurant. Too many employees and get nothing done. So my last 2 visits I've had to walk back in to get my order corrected. I hate to leave bad reviews because I also work in customer service, but who is training this staff? twice they've gaven me the new Cajun delux sandwich incorrectly. Do they not know the ingredients yet, it's pretty basic.

Well let’s start off with the nightmare of a drive through you can find yourself in a mc fist fight while trying to even place your order. Then once you place an order it takes 3 times the normal time any other McDonald establishment would. Fries came out unsalted stale def not the signature snap and flavor McDonald’s is known for.cant forget they actually charge for the sauce here. I would definitely recommend going to the location on Firestone for a much better experience.

Had made an order through the mobile app at 11:00pm and as I went to pick up my order , they were already closing an hour early and refused to give my order and as I asked to get my refund they said they cannot because they had allegedly already shut down everything. They gave me unsweetened tea instead of regular tea. I can’t stand sweet tea and it ruined the meal because I’ll choke without something to drink. The manager apparently thought she was doing me a favor getting me a new tea and could care less about the 30 minutes wasted and cold food.

Was eating as I found a baby roach on my food meaning there is more in this McDonalds restaurant roaming around the food, I called and let them know because one can easily get sick because roaches carry bacteria and it’s disgusting having to find a roach in your meal. When the person called Aracely as they told me it was her answered she gave me her attitude and responded basically implying I placed the roach in the food, and that they were pesticides free which CLEARLY they are not. I live 25 minutes away from here so it would be stupid to place a roach and waste gas for no reason. Honestly disgusting behavior and disgusting having to find insects/pests in your food. Manager of this McDonald’s do better, I usually don’t do reviews but this was very unprofessional to imply that I was the one that placed in there.

I ordered an Oreo Mcflurry,moved it around a bit because it didn't look as it often does, and they gave me a 3/4 cup of ice cream with a misery amount of crushed oreo cookies. Didn't mix at all.
