Salve signora Mapelli, i nostri amici cani hanno da sempre libero accesso al locale, non è una novità. E ne andiamo fieri. Ci ricordiamo della giornata a cui si riferisce: un piccolo Jack Russel si è liberato dal guinzaglio ed è stato prontamente ripreso dal nostro assistente bagnanti, che ha richiesto ai proprietari di avere maggiore attenzione. Per lei è una caduta di stile? In merito alla musica: la domenica a cui lei fa riferimento ospitavamo un evento con musica e la Campionessa Mondiale di Shootboxing Jleana Valentino. L’evento è stato segnalato per settimane su tutti i canali social e anche all’esterno del locale con un poster 70 x 100 cm. Lovely relaxing restaurant with nice swimming pools views. Pizza was ok and cheap. The staff was impressively friendly and helpful. The staff served our table spoke English very well. It was fantastic lunch break escaping from hot sun and busy Bellagio. Thanks. Will visit next time.

Amazing place to go in the Summer! During the heat waves in the summer we paid 10 bucks and got full access to the amazing swimming facility overlooking the alps on the lake, they also had great service with waiters and dining to make it an amazing place to go if you are in town and looking for something to do after you've gone to the shops.

Belas was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the day by the pool. The staff were so kind and the service exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and the food was incredible. We ordered pizza but it was probably the best pizza we have had during our 24 days here in Italy! I will be recommending this place to everyone I know coming to Bellagio! Grazie Mille Belas!!

New place, had dinner was excellent. Great service. There is a pool you can book during the day, also great to spend time with kids. No lake view though but less stressful to watch over kids. Also great pool service. The orzata granita was fantastic, a must try.

Davvero piacevole per passare pomeriggi al sole, in piscina, sorseggiando un aperitivo...come fosse un piccolo Lido. Una bella atmosfera. Consigliato.

Nel complesso ho avuto una buonissima impressione di questo luogo. Partendo dalla location che vanta una vista molto interessante e particolare, la location è anche provvista di una splendida piscina. Ho provato la pinza che mi ha piacevolmente soddisfatto il palato. La cortesia del personale unità la gentilezza e all'efficienza e All'attenzione per il cliente mi hanno convinto a dare questa valutazione.

Finalmente anno trovato la loro identità. Ora hanno cambiato gestione, speriamo in bene. M chi troppo vuole non va lontano. In po di modestia non farebbe male.

posto bello, tutto in ordine ma peccato che: il personale è cambiato in peggio, poco presente e volenteroso, poi termina prima del tempo il corso di nuoto il che vuol proprio dire che l'introito non fa gola all'amministrazione dello sporting a quanto pare. Peccato perché se si aggiustasse qualcosina, tornerebbe un posto molto bello (come lo è sempre stato). Critica ovviamente costruttiva.

I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t have any, it was early morning so atmosphere once again wasn’t great but I can’t negatively comment for that either. The pool was Dirty, they told me there was a party the night before with people drinking in the pool, however the dirt and grime build up made me think this wasn’t the sole contributor of the problem, none of the chairs sun visors stay up they need to be tightened with a certain key however the staff didn’t have this key, the women who worked there were lovely and issued me a refund for the entry I paid for the pool so I have to say the service was good as far as i am concerned it just seems like this place was opened and had minimal time effort and money put into it. Simply there to reap the rewards of a full summer of tourism in Bellagio.

Prices for day beds and umbrellas are okay and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately the food is a disaster (especially the warm meals). We ordered two different pasta dishes. Both seemed like microwave meals and arrived cold at our table. The pictures online are totally misleading and in no way represent the actual dishes served. If you decide to come here I recommend to come here without ordering food.

Paid for access to the pool and a sun lounger only to find that the only loungers not reserved were in the shade all day. The conditions for the pool stated that all reserved loungers must be occupied by 13:00, at 14:00 we took two unoccupied reserved loungers only to be asked to move by the staff. Overall a poor set up with a charge of almost £50 to effectively use a small pool and sit in the shade.

Poor, we went about 11am and no soap or toilet roll how are waiters cooks managing their hand hygiene and preparing serving food. There were lots of flies which aren't present in other parts of Bellagio.

Location da " rivedere" nella zona spogliatoi.Docce vecchie, struttura datata.Carina la zona solarium/piscina con buon servizio. Quest'anno purtroppo " caduta di stile" con accesso consentito ai cani, musica " a palla" , parecchi clienti maleducati...insomma non ideale per chi desidera una giornata in totale relax!

Cibo pessimo: ingredienti vecchi e avariati. Personale scortese e antipatico. Prezzi altissimi. Ha perso tantissimo dopo il cambio gestione. Peccato, non è più lo Sporting di un tempo. Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Great location and decent food, spoiled by a terrible waiter and hidden fees. Otherwise I would have rated it a 4. It began with the table next to us asking specifically for tap water and the waiter just said no -- as in they will not serve you tap water. I ordered beer and food and the waiter felt compelled to open a bottle of water and place it on my table, I had to specifically decline it, and he pretended it was a mistake. We were not given plates or bread for the better part of 20 mins, until 2 of our dishes were already on the table. We were having difficulty eating and I had to specifically request bread and plates on 2 separate occasions. This is on a night where there was only one other table of guests at the restaurant (the one without tap water). The food itself was nice and compared to similar establishments in the region of the same price range, I would consider it slightly above average. Upon seeing the bill I got a line item of 3 Euro per person for cover charge, as in somehow the seat and the utensils were perhaps optional to the enjoyment of the meal. Perhaps I could have declined it and eaten standing up if I had known beforehand? When I asked about it and mentioned it was unusual they said "This is how Italy is". It's not my first time in Italy and I definitely do not want this restaurant to taint anyone else's experience, which is why I'm writing this review. From looking at the other reviews however, I do not see other such complains, please correct me if the above is justified and standard accepted practice, or perhaps isolated to a specific waiter.
