It's a shame people don't take pride in their work. I tried shaking the tenders in the box but still couldn't mix up the extra seasoning on one side of the chicken. The unsweetened tea taste like dish water.

Drove from Kingwood to get some of this chicken. I first requested everything fresh because of the drive (we have commuted to this location before eat here often however I draw the line at paying $35 for overcooked, tasteless food. Well the fries were undercooked but this visit was all I needed to save my gas. Employees making tik tok videos and not having any respect for people who are paying for food. I have been calling for two days to speak to someone about the experience but no answer.

First and last time. Strawberry lemonade tasted really nasty. Food was ok n rolls were very good so i ordered another order of them n got home n I had a gnat stuck to the bottom of my roll. Instantly got nauseated. NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

I ordered fish, rice and salad. What in the hell is? Dog food? Cause there is no way this is dirty rice. Disgusting. Never again.

I didn't get half off my order that I picked and nothing to eat with and the food was cold I would never go there again 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I am really pissed off with this store I ordered through the UBER eats app and clearly on my receipt it said a breast & 2 wings. They ended up sending me a breast and two legs you can't just put pieces in someones box that the don't eat the level of incompetence. Then when I tried calling the store to get this corrected the manager nor none of the employees ever answered the phone. I also called the corporate office as well this is ridiculous that you don't have a direct method of reaching someone and you are providing food delivery services 3rd party very disappointed.

They are ALWAYS out of something. No roasted chicken. No dark meat fried or roasted. Multiple times I've ordered from this location and something is always not available. Don't waste your time. Just go to a different location. The food is good if you're actually actually lucky enough to get what you want ...play the lottery if you do.

I’m writing this because even tho what I’m about to say, honestly the food is good. I don’t come to this particular location (and probably wont again) but i just wanted to let everyone know. PSA PSA DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR ON THE APP. It’s a trap. And it seems like no one in this place knows about anything or how to do anything or how to help in any event of customer service. And to top it all off my food and containers and packages were saturated in butter… the sauce containers and butter was just thrown in and everything spilled and the lids melted off from i guess being sat in the warmer. Just disappointed with this experience all around today. Staff was nice. Just don’t know anything.

I came and ordered food on my lunch break and my order was messed up by the day shift cook. Called and informed them that my order had been made wrong, they advised to come any time to make up for the loss. My chicken was double dipped to fry and it made it extra hard and crispy to the point you couldn’t even taste the chicken meat and was drenched in seasoning (asked for lite seasoning). Came back during night shift and the manager Leshia Miles wouldn’t correct the complaint because it didn’t happen during her shift. I wasted my time on 2 different occasions when it could’ve simply been handled. Some people don’t care if they lose a good loyal customer at all!

This is the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal (they only gave me 4) and I also ordered a 9 piece wicked wing. I had to park bc they were working on my food. I waited 15 mins just for them to give me these old, hard disgusting wings. Not only did they get my order wrong and I had to wait but the food wasn’t even fresh. I will be returning this food in the morning bc I’m not driving back up there tonight
