Of all the Smoothie Kings I've been to (including other cities) this one is my favorite and thankfully it's the one I visit the most. Every time I go I ask for small they give me medium and they don’t even ask they automatically give you a medium forcing you to purchase it… Not a good way to keep client by forcing them to get medium drinks that go to waste l

Horrible rude customer service! Tried to order it was unbelievable rude so canceled and left immediately, with the bad service definitely didn’t want to have any drinks prepared

Drinks are not made correct. Takes over 15 mins. Drive through service is a joke. When you call back or go back, manager over the phone (Natasha) is no help. Telling a customer to come back at a certain time for her to make it again is not customer service. Just refund it or authorize your employees to take care of it there via phone.

The employees are rude, incompetent, obnoxious, slow, and apathetic! They slammed the window in my face because I offered to show them a picture of the menu after repeating myself 4 times and being told they don’t know what item I was ordering. Ultimately, I just left the smoothie, after paying for it because I didn’t feel comfortable ingesting something from two completely ignorant and useless employees! Don’t go to this location!!!

Long wait times. Literally two people inside the store. Hire more people instead of having cheap corporate bosses and management restrictions. Maybe come by and work here for the day yourself 💕 Thanks!

Unfortunately will not be coming to this location again. I waited so long and paid full price for half of the amount I normally receive at any other location. ☹️ I mentioned it to the two ladies there and they gave me the we’re busy card like if I hadn’t sat in line patiently. Almost $13 for this is insane.
