By far the best Salata out of the 5 or so I have tried. I have a very typical order with 2 spoons of this and a spoon and a half of that never once the staff has made me feel uncomfortable with their attitude which I have felt at other Salata locations. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I had fly all the way from Germany to Texas to find such a great place to eat a good healthy meal. Thank you Team you made my Sunday great! Sadly I missed to make a picture of my food C U the next time when it brings me back to Houston.

I've worked in restaurants like these - this is above and beyond. Everything is clean, well-prepped, well-presented, well-organized. It's exactly what I wanted. Can get pricey with the way they do protein/avocado but the variety and amount of things you can put in a salad as is - fantastic. Great dressing options, great ingredient options, I appreciate things like beets, cilantro, black beans and broccoli being on the line as those aren't always the easiest or most convenient things to prep consistently. Everything looks and tastes FRESH. Fatima helped me and did a great job. I'm just so thankful a place like this exists in my hometown. I will be back many times!

Nice restaurant. Very bright & impeccably clean. This was a first time visit. I chose a small spring mix. You able to have them add as many toppings as you like. I added eggs & spicy chicken for protein. A small amount of ginger lemon dressing. My initial thought was I will never be able to eat all of it. It was light and so good I ate almost all of it. In the future I would get the croutons on the side. All of the other toppings would have been fine to save for later. I had Chinese unsweetened black tea, it was really good. My hubby had the white bean soup and whole wheat croissant he enjoyed both. I will definitely go back before I leave Houston.

I called the other day to have this issue fixed before my next visit and they said the door does lock. We will see, I will add another star if fixed, if not minus another star. I never get a protein added because I think cold meat is kinda gross, but their other toppings are wonderful and I love the herb vinaigrette.

My salads are always good! Some of the workers don't speak English so you may have to repeat yourself a couple of times. Nice clean area and the atmosphere is chill! Parking is tight though.🤷🏾‍♀️

The watermelon I got in my salad was juicy!! The only reason why it wasn’t a 5 star is because the quantity was smaller than other Salatas I’d been to, and my salad wasn’t mixed well at all.

You can select the salad to your own style. Is a clean place. Tomato soup is good; I do not recommend Croissant are cold and look old. Beverages can be improved. Prices are not the best but I recommend SALATA as a healthy option to eat.

This Salata has a really nice outdoor dining area, which is great during Covid. The restaurant is clean and the food is fresh. Only down side is how slow the service is. Luis must still be in training because he was skimpy with the portions and very slow moving.

$17 for a regular salad bowl with one protein seems kinda steep. I could have went to a restaurant and got a large gourmet salad with invluded protein for that price. Or maybe im cheap

The food is usually very fresh and very good here the salad I mean and the cookies. However, if you come right when they open, you may get old set out cookies and all set out vegetables that’s not gonna work. They need to change that this is the second time I’ve came right when they open and the food looked at and smelled edible. the cookies where hard.

Expensive but good when ordering in person. Whenever I order online something is always left off and you can forget about a utensil even when you deslect the no untinsil option. Won't be going back.

Good food. Expensive but worth it. What really annoys me is the stinginess of the staff members. Are they running out of ingredients? While in line I'm asking for 3 scoops of peas, cheese, beans and the workers are giving me one scoop as if they can't count to three or as if they are short on ingredients and can't afford to give me a substantial amount. I give them a stare and then they annoyingly give me a second and third scoop that is significantly smaller than the first scoop. Of I'm paying $14 for a salad and a frequent customer, I expect they'd at least cater to the customer. Shame.

A disappointment with another establishment on the same evening. When you hear and see another customer being greeted, spoken to politely and your server is the opposite, it makes you feel like your dollar spent is less important than the other. Was not greeted, servers were busy having a chat, so I had to wait a couple of minutes while they finished. I left a tip, but it will be the last.

Food is great but service isn’t. This is the third time I place an online order with plenty of time before I picked up, just to find out the order wasn’t ready when I arrived. I had to wait another 15 minutes to receive my order which I had place at least 40 minutes ago.

Food is great but attendant gave me an attitude after SHE got my order wrong. I wasn’t even mean about it and she started slamming the utensils around and stuff. She needs to work on her costumer service. Won’t be returning to this location.

The girl other than David and Josue didn’t want to give me her name. She has been very rude In explaining things. She messed up the wrap by fitting more than it could in there just because there is a company policy that they cannot put anything additional in a box as per my request, even after charging me extra. Will never come back to this location. You lost a regular customer.

Honestly, the food is alright but they’re VERY STINGY with how much food they’re willing to serve you. Barely any lettuce or add ons. And with pita chips they’re the worst at this - 4 pita chips at most! I’ve been to several other locations and that’s never been an issue for me. Only here have I experienced this. Get more out of your money and go to another Salata location!

Have been stopping by this location for lunch several times. Today experienced bad customer service. Lady at the counter could not understand English and her counterpart at the register named Angel shot back at me as to how she was not a magician to understand what I needed when I went back and asked for some oil on my salad as it was missing and I knew I had requested it. Angel had a very bad attitude. Never coming back.

First time going with entire new line of workers. Didn’t get nearly the amount of lettuce, fixings as I normally get. The chicken chunks were extremely too big.

I don’t know what new employees are working tonight and the other night I ordered from here but both times have been TERRIBLE. First time my wrap wasn’t mixed before wrapped and I bit into a bunch of sun dried tomatoes and now this time my wrap is flat with not very much in it. Probably won’t be back for awhile. 👍🏼

I wish I could rate this establishment better, but I came here tonight, and a man named Josué and a heavy-set young lady behind the counter proceeded to start joking about me in Spanish while taking my order. It was painfully obvious that they didn’t realize I understood them. Having just left university, if I weren’t as tired as I was, I’d have politely called them out but Josué was handling my food, so I had to be cautious. I tried my best to be polite as I have the utmost respect for people in food service especially post-COVID. I’m unsure if they were merely passing the time before the store’s closing, but it was an incredibly uncomfortable experience. Furthermore, their behavior reflected very poorly and unprofessionally upon the establishment. Moving forward, I would hope that basic courtesy toward guests would be implemented as part of training, and please, never assume that people don’t understand what you’re saying based on their appearance. Josué and the young lady could have waited until I left the establishment to exact their ridicule. In that moment, I was a paying customer and deserved respect. Instead they chose to disrespect me in my face thinking I wouldn’t pick up on it. What a shame. This is the closest Salata to me, but I will not be visiting this establishment again.

We order for delivery on a regular basis. Tonight the salad was to be delivered shortly after 8. Then as we were waiting we got a cancelation notice. I called the store and I was told there were no deliveries because of their Christmas party at 7. Our order was accepted online I was told to call the boss tomorrow but our money would be refunded. Poor business practices to accept orders and then cancel as we were waiting for delivery. party at 7

I ordered a large salad to go, and when I got to work I saw there was no dressing. Everything was dry and impossible to eat like that. I tried calling for over 10 minutes, every number I could find on Google, and no one answered. I threw $20 in the trash because my entire break was wasted and I was left hungry.
