I came to this place back in 2015 and it's the place I wanted to come back to in 2025. Hands down one of my favorite restaurants in general let alone in Seattle. The food is incredible and the service is pretty good giving the time of day. If you are looking at this place and thinking about how much you have in the wallet you are looking to spend between 20 -40 bucks and the portions are pretty hefty. The seating area was pretty warm so don't worry about the sweater inside. Just my opinion but the Mango curry chicken is the best dish on the menu. 10/10.

We have been coming to Taste of India forever. The food is delicious, the service is more than perfect! Everyone is aware of costumers! They always have a beautiful smile to share. They care about the experience every single person will have and they really do an excellent job making sure of it. They know their menu and they work together in such harmony that is delightful and wonderful. They love children and they welcome them at the restaurant. This makes this place a destination for families, to gather and celebrate. I’m very thankful for all the wonderful times I have spent eating the delicious food, the amazing service and I look forward for more. Thank you!

This has been our go-to Indian restaurant. The food is always good, super flavorful and such a huge selection of items. Love how flexible it can be too with picking the proteins for the dishes. Service is always fast and friendly and I always appreciate how they bring out a little appetizer and a little dessert complimentary. Our regular dishes: saag, garlic naan, shimla paneer, mango curry, and start off with the vegetarian delight appetizer sampler. Their iced chai is so delicious and you get free refills. While the prices may seem a little high, the flavor is great and rice is included with your entrees.

Love their food here, I've never dined in but have had their food here more then 10x via catering. Consistent quality, tender meats, full of flavor. And great Portioning. Sauces are thick and full of yummy balanced spices! The staff is always friendly and so kind. Pick up is really easy too!

We picked up food from Taste of India and got the Butter Chicken, Butter Paneer, Garlic Naan, and Veggie Samosas. The curry in the Butter Chicken was really good! The Butter Paneer and Garlic Naan were just okay. I really liked the samosas though nice flavor and texture!

Fantastic experience overall! Had to check this spot out after walking by several times. They have small parking lot which we managed to get a spot in. Free appetizer right when we sat down and free cheesecake after the meal was delicious. Service was really the highlight of the meal. The staff is extremely attentive and always ready to swoop in if you need anything. I was boxing my leftovers (practically another full meal) and hesitated trying to figure out where to put my plate when a staff member stepped up and took it from me instead. Bravo!

Our group was 5 people. We ordered 4 plates of curry chicken, 3 plates of chili chicken and 3 garlic naan because it was so good that we had to add more. Especially the rice is really delicious. If I order the level of spiciness of the food, I can have a great meal that suits my taste better. Everyone in the party said it was delicious and said they would come again with other friends. The restaurant was very thankful and was great. The atmosphere was good. The kindness and passion of the young and handsome owner as he helps with ordering and paying is wonderful. Dessert cake was served as a service, and even the dessert was delicious. I visited this place last Saturday too. 6 people will visit this place tomorrow too. We are happy to have met a good place. Taste of India is our first dinner every time we are in Seattle. We lived in Seattle for over ten years and this was by far our favorite Indian restaurant. The owner and the servers have always been wonderful. It’s also been lovely watching some of them grow up through the years. One of the managers was just a teen when we first started eating here. On our recent visit to Seattle I realized I have never reviewed them. Shame on me! They are one of my favorite restaurants in the country. The food and service is always amazing. Their menu can be overwhelming because it’s so large but I have honestly never had anything I didn’t thoroughly enjoy.

I go here regularly. Love the food! It is pricey however I always get leftovers. Great place to order from, my order is always correct. They have a large staff working so good service. Parking is difficult but I am usually able to find something . Don’t get the desserts they are some brand of frozen ready made items. This surprised me because the entrees are all fresh and seem like they are cooked in house.

Service was pretty good and the food was solid overall. The outdoor seating with all the lights is what really makes this place special; it’s such a nice vibe. The shahi korma paneer was delicious, and the garlic naan was great too. The butter chicken was a bit basic, but my vegetarian friend really enjoyed her chana masala. The mango lassi was also very good. Parking can be tricky since there’s a small lot, but street parking is usually easier. Prices are fairly reasonable for the quality. Overall, I’d definitely come back again.

What makes this place unique is the beef options! We love Indian and have had several different Indian restaraunts from different states, but for cultural/religious reasons, beef is not usually available. It was such a change to try some of our favorite curries now with beef. Taste was excellent, environment a little crammed, and price was reasonable. Will definitely come back!

The food was underwhelming, and the portions were disappointingly small for what you pay. The food’s taste was below average and didn’t meet expectations. overall experience, it simply isn’t worth the price. If you’re after authentic Indian flavors, you’re better off trying somewhere else. Definitely not worth your time or money.

The food is mediocre, with portions that are far too small for the price. The service was the biggest letdown—15 minutes just to take the order and another 10 minutes to settle the bill. Considering the taste, it’s definitely not worth it. If you're looking for authentic Indian flavors, I’d suggest skipping this place. It’s simply not worth your time or money.
