This location is hands down THEE BEST at making your pizza with a little more love. More cheese and pepperoni without asking. We got a thin crust, and it was crispy. Perfect. We also got crazy bread. Here's a tip: tell the person working on your food, to add extra butter and cheese until it's dripping wet. Lol. Sounds odd but You'll thank me later. Lol...
Busy time around 9pm most places but this Little Caesars location had a nice steady flow of orders ready, being picked up, and being placed at the counter. It's wheelchair friendly and although there are not chairs to sit and wait the lobby is inviting to stand and wait or place your order and mingle outside. Great service!! Plus they have Little Caesars gift cards!!!! What a good gift idea for any one for any and all occasions!!

I ordered on the app and everything was great when I picked my order up. The only thing I would complain about was the sharp flavor of the pepperoni, which isn't bad.

Not only is it always busy but you buy an extra most pepperoni pizza and it look just like the regular. I could’ve saved my $2 they lucky this place is around the corner.

I'm not sure what has happened recently but the first few times I went there the pizza was amazing and It made me rate it a 5 star rating before. But now, the pizza's quality has decreased immensely. The pizza just bathes in grease, to the point where there is grease on the BOTTOM of the pizza. Which I've never seen before. And the pizza's taste is just so much blander now. I don't know if the best cook there got fired but something must've happened to cause it to go from 100 to 0!

Everything was bad here, costumer service was horrible, the cashier drop the pizza cutter on the floor and he didn’t bother to wash it before using it on my pizza, I ordered Hawaiian pizza with garlic butter since I am allergic to tomatoes and he didn’t care, my bread was flat and horrible when I got my items I mentioned to him about the mistakes and his answer was we didn’t do that. When I get home I have to put the pizza on the trash since I couldn’t eat it. Not value for the money I expended there so dissatisfied hope someone reach me back about it.
They placed my pizza at the bottom of the pizza portal machine when there were plenty of spots at height. Cheese was burnt on the thin crust I ordered. This isn't the first time I received a pizza at this quality. My coworkers receive better pizzas, and when I ordered under my wife's name- the quality also improved. I'm not sure why I'm receiving this level of service- beyond stopping the tips after I received my 3rd consecutive poor pizza. Consider tipping well, I suppose? Otherwise, accept poor quality service and food.
I order 1 Hawaiian pizza and 1 stuffed crust ham and mushrooms and they gave me 2 Hawaiian pizzas, they just can't get it right.
I placed an order for pick up, and my husband goes to pick up the order with the code, my name showing in their portal and he was told there was no such order, I proceed to call the store to file a complaint and this lady (sounds middle eastern) told me that to file a complaint she can transfer the call to the supervisor, supervisor never answered 13 min waiting and call disconnects, called back to the store and they are already closed. ONLINE HAS NO WAY TO FILE A COMPLAINT OR TO FILE FOR A REFUND! Unbelievable 😡. Worst service ever!

Disorganization... The employees are lost, portal not working, Me and some other customers had a line to pick up, and employees did not care or acknowledge us, Somebody else came in and cut the line and they attended that person instead of the people who have been patiently waiting. Not good at all, Blessings to them ones who read my review...
1) We found mold on the pizza, notice after back home ~3.5 hours when I start to eat …the first 2 pieces was eaten without notice by two men. We bring remaining pizza with mold on it back to store to claim either getting good pizza exchange, or refund. The store not very nice and refuse the responsibility on how bad food we got from them. 2) When we reach the store try to point yo them quietly, but the 1st customer service - told us that the mushroom..OMG... I have to tell him that the mold or may fungus, he get another c/s , the 2nd one, she said that not from the store, it’s impossible they give that food to us, this should come from somewhere else. And 3 hours that long time ago. Another OMG😰 I keep telling her , that mean they gave us the expired food with mold. 3) Do not get any apologies from them for giving us the mold as dinner- 2 slices of them. However we finally got the refund for that pizza.
By far the worst at making pizza, I gave them a 4th chance and they did not disappoint at being the worst nasty whoever is making the pizza they need to train again, don’t waste your money here please.
I walked in and ordered a extra most bestest cheese bread and crazy bread. They told me it would be 10 mins , after 30 min I asked them where my food was and then gave me a pizza that had been sitting there for 15 min and only the crazy bread. I asked for a manager but she refused to come up front. I understand this is a busy location , but the service has become so bad. Tl:dr do yourself a favor and go to a different little ceasers.
Went back in today a few weeks later. Pay for my food and am asked if I want a recipt and i say no, she shorts me a dollar on change. This location is terrible. This update was on 8/28
My pizza looked like it was cut by Freddy Krueger's hands. My family and I could not even enjoy our pizza due to the pizza slices being cut so weird and different sizes. Some pieces were long and big, others were short. I know I'm paying for what I get, but come on, ya'll can do better.
Went online tonight 10/09 and ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni with mushrooms. Instead of making the pizza from scratch they took an OLD round crust pepperoni with mushrooms and gave it to me thinking I wouldn't notice. I got home and noticed the pizza box had already absorbed moisture on the bottom(because it was old) and the pizza wasn't stuffed crust on top of being cold. Went back and asked them to remake it. They took their time and had me there for close to 25 min. When I tried asking the manager when it would be ready, she just ignored me and continued to close. I understand it's an entry level job and it sucks but they can't even be expected to put in the bare minimum.

It looked old and worn out and burnt, pieces of it strewn all over inside the box. It looked like dog food. When I went back to the store to return it, the manager acted so clueless. This was on the day before Mother's Day. Why do businesses treat their loyal customers this way? I'll never know.

10:55 am 7/13/24 ask for Cheese bread and their best most Peperoni pizza . They charge full price and gave me the plain Peperoni with little Cheese...
