Was sat rather quickly. My server Vicki was the absolute best. The epitome of class, hospitality and customer service. I bet Thanksgiving dinners are always at her house and bring the best memories for the family. Food was good. The bus boy was on point, took up plates as soon as you slid them to the end of the table.

We ordered breakfast food at 5:30 pm. The eggs were cooked correctly. All the food was good with excellent presentation. The waiter was very clean, had a great smile, and was very attentive. We enjoyed our stop very much.

I had a great experience at IHOP thanks to Jesse, the host. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm welcome and a big smile, which set the tone for the whole visit. He was friendly, professional, and made sure we were seated quickly and comfortably. It’s clear that he truly cares about making guests feel at home. Jesse went above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere, and his kindness did not go unnoticed. IHOP is lucky to have him he made my visit much better!

The service was good. Waitress was very attentive. She apologized for the kitchens failed attempt to make a proper omelet. The build your own omelet came out with the added ingredients on top of the omelet. they are supposed to be in it! The omelet was also supposed to have extra cheese that my grandson ordered in it. The extra cheese was missing Overall our experience was mixed.

I was traveling to Houston, and the little minions were hungry, so we decided to stop by IHOP for breakfast. We were seated right away on a busy Saturday morning. This IHOP is definitely one of the cleaner ones, even the bathrooms were spotless! That alone deserves two stars because, if you know, you know. Our server was quick and attentive. The boys enjoyed their breakfast. Me… on the other hand, did not enjoy the sirloin tips. They were way too sweet, and no amount of hot sauce could fix it. Our sweet server just took it off our bill completely without me even asking. She offered if I wanted anything else, but we were on a time limit, so I declined. That’s great customer service! If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely be back. I just wish I remembered her name. Blah!

I usually love this place. It's usually my coffee comfort spot when I get a hankering for it. Took my 16yr old son to eat with me. First off, there were only like three people in the whole restaurant. There was nobody at the front to greet us, when he did he grabbed the menus and set us down and asked what we wanted to drink. It took at least 10 minutes to even get drinks, I ordered coffee and water and because he had not given us any silverware, I had nothing to stir my coffee with. I asked him twice for silverware and he kept getting busy doing other things and forgetting. Finally I had to tell him that we need silverware and napkins. My son got a milkshake and when he was done while we were waiting on our food, I called the waiter over again and asked him if he could get my son something to drink. Finally got something to drink when our food came out. I ordered steak tips with no mushrooms but got a plate full of mushrooms and burnt onions. He never came back to the table to ask us if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. I had to keep trying to flag him down if I needed something. He only came back to the table after he overheard me and my son talking about how disappointed I was with the food and the service. I just asked him for a to go French toast in which we had to wait another 20 minutes for. And even at that I still had to flag him down and ask him if it was ready... He finally brought out the one piece of French toast in a large to-go box and said it is on us. I will be going back only because this is my usual spot and maybe I just got the look of the drawer today and had an unsatisfying experience. Like I said usually I go to the spot by myself or I take my boys or my daughter on little lunch or breakfast dates and usually have a great time.

Came in with my family and it was busy as usual but the waitress was no where to be found after 20 minutes of waiting we were about to leave but decided to give them a chance since we haven't been here since they 1st open. Service has totally gone down. But the food was deliciously made. I order the spinach mushroom omelet, my kids had the meals with unlimited pancakes and my church member did as well. It took them 17 minutes until our food came and it wasn't even our waitress who brought our food it was another waitress. The only reason I gave it any stars is because of the food. I understand its busy in the morning but management needs to do better with staff.

Our server Vickie was very nice and professional but the cooks didn’t make my omelette the way I wanted at all and I wasn’t very impressed with the food, it didn’t all that good and not as good as all the other times I’ve ordered it. It seems like the cooks might get upset or fight with the servers if they have anything to say about their food. They didn’t even add my extra cheese and they didn’t put the meats and choices I picked inside the omelette, seems like they just filled it with hashbrowns and they thought they could get away with giving me barely any bacon or ham and not putting it inside the omelette, I mean how hard is it to throw a few things inside the omelette??
