This restaurant could be SO much better than the experience I had. Although the employees were kind, the food was awful and overpriced. First, the Jumbo Jack cheeseburger was cold and had one instead of two pieces of cheese. Second, I paid extra for curly fries, also cold. However, I returned the fries and the cook made some fresh and was very kind about the replacement request with No ugly attitude.. score!! They did get my soda right. I have included pictures of the actual menu items I ordered to compare to the photos of what I received. Big difference-HUGE!! Come on Jack, for almost $11, y’all can do better than this!!

I frequent this location often. Today was my last time there. The food in this location continues to go downhill. The service needs a lot of help, but the GM of this location is the worst! He has absolutely no customer service skills! If you ask for a refund because your food comes out disgusting and you can't even eat it he will argue with you. Worst experience! I may not visit another JNB for a VERY long time! Get a new GM!

This location is absolutely TERRIBLE. Employees took nearly 10min to acknowledge me then when they did were extremely RUDE. food looked sloppy and food was barely even warm I will NEVERRRR be back. I will tell everyone I come in contact with just how disgraceful this location is. I will be calling corporate over this location. I have been to other restaurants with terrible service but never so bad it made me want to call corporate.

Went through the drive thru and ordered what I wanted. He said he couldn’t do that. When I asked him why, he sounded annoyed and grumpy and said that the light was off for a reason and they were out of something. No manners or even different options. I ended up not ordering anything and drove off.

I ordered one item, value curly fry. I find out after paying I was charged for ranch on the receipt. Wasn't told I was being charged for a dippin sauce that is always given when asked for. On top of that the one item I ordered was freezing cold, no heat to them at all. Like they were made yesterday. Thank y'all for the waste of time, money, and food.

If I could rate it 0 stars i would. This is 3rd time coming to this jack in the box but I now know to drive the few extra miles to the one further into Waco. The overnight lady and Stefan I think his name is, are rude and mad disrespectful. Seriously need an attitude adjustment and definitely need to fix their roach problem.

Stephan J was very unprofessional and rushed everyone over the speaker so much so that a drink I ordered was missed at the order box, not given a total and when asked about the drink just kept saying “huh” “I can’t hear you” with his head out the drive thru window. Really sad.

Server Sharlene C. Was the worst jack in the box worker I have ever dealt with she is very rude. And doesn't know how to talk to customer. If you dont like the food industry maybe you shouldn't be working in food. I will not be going back to that jack in the box ever. She shouldn't be working there with the way she was talking me. She need to learn how to talk to customer. The whole service was the worst if I could give no stars I would. I will definitely be contacting corporate.

Very poor customer service! We were treated very poorly by the lady and manager at this location. Part of our order consisted of a croissant and ham. They were ringing it up incorrectly we told them it was just a side of ham and side of croissant. He got so heated up that told us to go in there and do it our selves and slammed the drive thru window on us. I have worked for fast food restaurant for 4 years and in customer service for 20 years and this is no way to treat anyone! We left to another location were they got the order right but same thing with customer service. Very rude told us to you have to wait! I am also attending drive thru! We get it. There was no one in the restaurant and only one car in drive thru and the rest 4 were cooking 🙄. For who? A customer behind us ended up leaving saying unbelievable. I will definitely will never stop by at these locations or city. My recipe attached were one location Was able to charge me correctly while the other one said they couldn’t. No stars for these locations.

Older female and middle aged guy that walked away during our order was rude. Was an act of god to order food, then fry’s was cold and lady just dropped bag on counter and said here yo food. Burger had 1 piece of bacon on it. Can say I will never eat at this jack in the box again. Solely due to staff and food prep.

Very very slow. Rude service. Gentleman working the drive thru was extremely rude. And not sure why the same item has two different prices……will not be returning. Shouldn’t they two tacos be the same price? My very simple order was wrong. Road tripping and with my bad luck this was were I stopped for :/

Ordered a meal with triple cheese fries, they put tiny tacos instead. I called asked for a refund for just the fries, considering I just drove 25mins home. They refused and told me I will have to come up there and she them the box and my recipe. Even after admitting that they know they made the mistake. Inconsiderate of others.
