I always stop by after picking up essentials at Sam's. We love to get the whole rotisserie chicken family meal on the go, but today we stopped inside and tried other menu items. I had the #10 and husband had #7, both were DELICIOUS! Pleeenty of fries and leftovers! Pollo Regio also has the best Agua Horchata 😋 HIGHLY recommend 👌

The cashier Gio was friendly and helpful. Gio made sure my order was accurate before bringing it to the table and asked if everything was alright. The food was hot, and the ingredients were fresh. The restaurant was clean, well-stocked, and the restroom was clean. Overall, a good visit and the customer service was spot on.

Stopped by for a quick break and dinner while charging my car at the Supercharger in the same parking lot. It was a Sunday evening, so it wasn't crowded. Walked in and staff behind the counter was very friendly and immediately greeted me. Only had about 30 minutes, so ordered a grilled chicken salad and tortilla soup since they would be ready quickly. As expected, both were ready within 5 minutes. Although fast, both were very good. The salad was very large and had a generous amount of toppings. Will try other menu items next time I'm stopping by for a charge. Friendly staff and good food.

I haven't come before as it's about 15 minutes from my house and I didn't want to carry it home. I like having it for the first time as they serve it. I wasn't disappointed. It was delicious. The chicken fell off the bones. The beans were flavorful without being too hot. The rice was even good. The corn tortillas were generic. But they often are. They have a salsa bar, but I could only try the mild salsa. That's my limitation. For those who can eat hot foods, I'm sure it's a treat. I was afraid that the chicken would be too spicy. It wasn't. Lots of spices, but not hot. I even tried to get a picture of the spices to show how amazing. There were big pieces of salt pork. I mean I could tell it was the skin of a pig. Not a turn off to me at all! My only disappointment was the pineapple empeñadas. I just don't like the crust. This is food I can see being served in Mexico. It was so very good. Did I mention how good the chicken is? I will definitely be ordering again. Perhaps through delivery since I know what to expect now. I can get a whole chicken and eat on it a couple of days.

Not bad place. Food is pretty decent but prices could be a bit better. I got two tacos al pastor and a 4 piece asada combo with a side of fries and charro beans. I'll start with the tacos. I think these are the prize of the restaurant, surprisingly since it's named after chicken. The chicken was their limited asada flavor. It was good, however it was pretty dry. I really wanted to like it but who knows how long this had been sitting there. The fries were excellent. Nice and crispy and didn't need anything added. The beans were sadly not as good. I added some salt for extra flavor but the beans were hard which mean they were undercooked. Overall I'll give the place a 3.5/5 but bumped it up to a 4 since the rating system doesn't allow it.

The entire dining room needs a thorough cleaning. Sweeping the floors, wiping down the counters, cleaning the trash cans and tables would make the restaurant more inviting. The pickled onion and habanero were delicious.

I been wanting a tostada siberiana for the longest since we havent been able to go to Mty. Finally got to go today, very dissapointed. Who puts onion on the aguacate on a siberiana. Nooooo!!! The worst part I almost chocked on a bone that was in my shredded chicken. I was so mad, honestly I should of asked for refund. I begged so much to go to this place that my husband was upset for wasting his money on that. Never again!! Sad they even call it Pollo REGIO....

BEWARE!!THEY WILL SERVE YOU FOOD OFF THE FLOOR!!!!!!!! Upon reviewing the attached video footage, at approximately minute 1:07, it clearly shows an employee, identified as Vicky B., grabbing fries from my bag to replace them with new ones. This action appeared to be taken only after she realized that I had begun recording. Prior to this, the employee had picked up fries that had fallen onto the floor and placed them back into my bag to be served to me at the drive-thru window. It was only after she noticed the recording that she took corrective action and replaced the fries. This situation raises serious food safety and hygiene concerns, as my children could have consumed fries that had been contaminated by contact with the floor. This behavior is extremely concerning and unsanitary. Handling food that has fallen on the floor and then serving it to a customer is unacceptable and violates basic food safety standards. I expect that this matter will be addressed promptly, including appropriate corrective action and retraining of staff to ensure this does not happen again.

02/13 I went with my brother to eat the trash in the dining room was not taken out. When I received my food a worker just tossed my food. But when my brother received his food they were flirting with him. 1. No trash was taking out 2. No spoon or fork 3. Dirty table

I wish I could give it a 0 star, me and my husband visited recently which we've done alot and this last visit tipped us over the edge we came around 730-8 for dinner and ordered the whole grilled chicken with 2 sides... When we got the chicken we noticed it was cooked more then normal it looked like the carnitas chicken which we do not like and like I've mentioned we've been here plenty of times to know the difference so we mentioned it to just get lied to and say no it's the original ((which it wasn't)) so we asked them to replace it with what we ordered which they agreed but simply just walked in the back and back out with the same damn chicken! We was fed up at this point just wanted to eat and leave so we had to not only eat the chicken we did not order but it was dry and burnt!!! On top of the chicken being the way it was the beans wasn't even fully cooked, they was hard! So long story short unless you want to pay alot for very crappy food stay clear they recently got new management and went down hill horribly!!!

This morning I went to buy chicken for my lunch. It was almost alive and the cashier who helped me at the drive thru had a bad face as if she didn't like her job or didn't feel like going. They should do something, because they are going to be left without customers since it's not the first time and one needs to feel welcome. And it seems that we still have to put up with bad attitudes when one buys their food. I come because I like the food, can you please take a look of this chicken
