Great vegetarian options on the menu. I had the vegetarian paella w/ a side of sauteed spinach. Scrumptious! Good wines available, too. Fair prices, and great service!
Came here last week and was blown away. Just had to come back today and again the food was phenomenal. We've had the ribeye, pork chop, seafood tostadas, and the chile relleno. Both times we've had the white truffle gnocci because they are so delicious. I have to mention that the service here is outstanding. I highly recommend this place.
The food was exceptional. This was my first time here. We got the gnochi for appetizer and it was so good- if you love butter, parmesan cheese and truffle you have to try this! I got the oxtail stew for dinner and it just blew me away. The meat was so tender and the stew was very flavorful and so was the rice. I highly recommend getting this!! My boyfriend got the pork chop and he loved it. The meat was cooked really well and the veggies was delicious as well. We have been really enjoying Stamp. We recently tried their hamburger and it was delicious, the meat was perfectly cooked and the buns were nicely toasted. In my opinion it is much better than the one I had at Johnston Saltbox. TRY IT!! I would highly recommend this place. We are definitely going back!
Delicious!! Look- I won't complain about the prices because it's a fancyish restaurant, what do you expect? All there is to know is that the service is fast and friendly, and the food is spectacular! Split ahi tuna poke and paella, and neither dish disappointed. Tuna was better than any that ive had in California, and the paella reminded me of Spain!! Desserts- mango Panna Cotta and flourless chocolate cake- stole the show!! Pictures below. Great job stamp!!
It was my seven year old kid's idea to grab lunch there the other day. It was my third or fourth time at the restaurant, but that last time was truly special. The swordfish that I had was impeccable. Sooo good. Gentle. Amazing flavor. My kid had rib eye tacos. OMG. Those were to die for. A decent selection of well selected wines complemented the experience quite greatly. It was an incredible lunch experience.
As a local, I’m stunned to have found the BEST oxtail stew in town! You wouldn’t believe how delicious this stew is, it’s absolutely amazing 🤤👍🏻 I also love their fried stuff! This restaurant has made my day 💕 Not to mention that their service is awesome as well ✌🏻😄 very friendly staff, I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone
A pretty good spot. The menu is quite the eclectic mix, and a bit confusing at first. First time there I did the oxtail stew and it was quite tasty. Second time I decided just to go with something that sounded weird to see what would happen: smoked salmon quesadilla. It's probably a bit of a cheat to put truffle oil on a quesadilla, but damn that was a welcome addition. It was an all out brawl in my mouth, in a good way. I just gotta like the place for being different and really doing things that are familiar but odd.
Was greeted by the staff when I arrived. The food was really good. They had just opened up in June so I wanted to give them a try. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed.
We went after the Farmers Market on Sunday. They had a nice Prefix Lunch Special for $19.99. My girlfriend ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese 🍝 with a Cesar salad 🥗, I ordered the Wagyu Beef Sliders 🍔 and the Macaroni and Cheese 🧀 . Everything was delicious and service was great and attentive. Will definitely be back soon 🤩
Finally dining in after restrictions have been lifted! We chanced upon Stamp while walking along looking for a place to get lunch. We were greeted by Steve, shown to our table and he explained the menu in detail! Everything we ordered was excellent - the Colorado lamb riblets dish was juicy and not gamey at all, the oxtail stew very comforting, and the duck was tender and tasty. The risotto with the duck was so good, and enough for two people. We were given a complimentary fruit tart which was really good too. The crust was crispy and light, unlike the traditional hard and heavy ones. We will be back! PS. Look for Steve .... excellent service!

Came in for the first time despite walking by this place several times. I always thought "it's a steakhouse" which I don't really stop by with the kids in tow. However, we were trying to find a place that had an acceptable chocolate dessert for one, and not-a-steak for another. The menu had so many good options, and clearly it's not just a steakhouse. But, it does have some good menu options that are steakhouse-like and lots of other good options for kids and a good selection of drinks. We had the oxtail stew, seafood stew, rigatoni bolognese, flourless chocolate cake, and truffle fries. The service was great and very friendly and the ambience is not too stuffy. It can get loud, but that was ok. Overall, I really liked this place, and will add it to the kid-approved list of Laurel restaurants.
Stamp is an excellent restaurant with delicious food and outstanding service. Our family and friends always enjoys a great meal and atmosphere. Edwin has been our server the last two times we’ve had a meal at Stamp. He has done an outstanding job and gives us just the right amount of attention. The rest of the wait staff does a great job also. I would recommend Stamp to anyone looking for great food, hospitality and atmosphere.
This is our “go to” place for super kind, attentive staff, a good bar with a nice selection of wines by the glass and elegant stemware, and a menu that has expanded to include some really yummy housemade pastas and a seafood paella that is delicious and healthy. Love the fresh bacon in the Caesar, with just the right amount of tasty dressing (not too goopy!) The decor inside is pretty and very comfortable (with sports screens for those who are interested, but easy to ignore if it’s not your thing.) outside sidewalk seating is protected from the wind and the staff are very accommodating with the heaters, thank you!! Some menu items change seasonally (love the protein-rich quinoa salad for summer and we’re hoping the Impossible meat bolognese returns for fall/winter!) Ray and”Moose” always have a friendly smile and their kindness sets a warm and welcoming tone for this neighborhood gem!

Everything was amazing and they were super accommodating to my gluten allergy! Even desserts, loved it here!!

A bit disappointing. The food was bland and our server was disengaged. I do like the fact that the leadership are highly engaged in the operation. I think because the place is relatively new there is a curiosity from the locals but you have to give a great experience to keep them coming back and I was not overly impressed.
Stamp Bar and Grill in San Carlos is a solid go-to spot if you're looking for a lively and versatile dining experience. The ambience strikes a great balance between casual and upscale, with a modern, inviting vibe. Whether you're seated indoors or out on the patio, the setting is comfortable and welcoming — perfect for everything from a casual date night to a group hangout. The menu offers a solid variety of food and drink options, with something for everyone. Their vegan dishes are thoughtfully prepared and flavorful, not just afterthoughts. The drink list is also impressive, featuring local beers, creative cocktails, and a well-curated wine selection. One of the highlights is their outdoor patio, which is spacious and great for sunny days or warm evenings. Inside, multiple screens make it an ideal place to catch a sports game without feeling like you're in a typical sports bar. Service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Expect to spend around $100 or more for two people if you're doing drinks and an appetizer with your meal — a bit on the higher side, but the quality and atmosphere make it worthwhile. Overall, Stamp Bar and Grill delivers a satisfying, well-rounded experience.
There seems to be always reservations available, which is nice! Been eyeing this place and finally got to try it with my parents. Tried Mexican genre this time - ceviche, queso something with mushroom, quesadilla with shrimp (custom order) - all was delicious! Store bought tortilla chips though and the margarita took forever. Next time will come back to try the pastas
GOOD COOKING - Menu has a Mexican twist. Salmon entree was excellent. Tuna poke appetizer was good but small for $18. Kids menu. Need bread service, and fix the lights (dim them). With a few tweaks it could get 5 stars.

This was my first time dining at Stamp. We loved the menu, and my friend said her lasagna was the best she'd ever eaten. (A huge compliment!) I took off stars because the waiter did not pay enough attention to my allergies. He seemed to pay attention and wrote down everything. However, he put a plate down in front of me that clearly had allergens... Several in a sauce. Chef missed it and the waiter didn't even look before serving me. Then, he told me I could have a dessert that I knew had an allergen in it. He seemed to care and try, but his mistake would've been my trip to the ER. I did not feel safe.

Special menu for special day. I think it's a bit expensive than usual. Fettuccine is outstanding. Pork Chop is good. Oxtail Stew Risotto is Not that Risotto... Very disappointed for the desserts, especially Churro.
One of good restaurants this street. Not bad.
