Ordered a number 5 burger was small wanted cheese on it ended having no cheese then when I got the cheese was charged for it being in a fry bag lol I'm just saying for $9 a piece for a medium order. And my drink of sweet tea not sweet nor any ice in it. They get a 3 star for not being packed

Wow. What can I say, I've been going to this Burger King for a good while, that is after I found half an acrylic finger nail in my burger from the west Adams BK in Temple. I found this restaurant to be in a split dimension in time due to the fact that it took me around hold on let me check ... 38 minutes to get through the drive through of three cars. Maybe it was more, perhaps less. All I know is by the time I got up to the window to get my three medium fries 8 nuggets and two cheeseburgers I was banging on the car window and crying out like Matthew McConaughey in that movie interstellar. It felt as if we were trapped in eternity. When I got home all my children had gotten taller and more mature. It was crazy.

Restaurant was slow but yet somehow my food was still cold, both fries and burger, and they were also out of ketchup. Not only that but an empty restaurant and almost every table was dirty? I would give them the benefit of the doubt that a lunch rush just happened but I never saw anyone clean the entire time I was eating. After a long drive and so hungry that I'd eat just about anything, I really did regret spending almost $30 for 2 really bad meals. I should've stopped 1 block away for whataburger instead. 😒 Too expensive for the quality they put out. Would not recommend unless you dont care about your taste buds.

if i could put zero stars! I would! this place has awful service and they cant even put in simple Codes for online deals without having repeat to them the codes several times! Manager need to be retrain or demoted. Dont waste your time or Money here!

They didn't have any beef at all just chicken, after waiting in drive thru for 20min then they pull that shit on me. I was pissed 😡 & drove away very disappointed.

Went inside to order during a road trip so I could stretch my legs. Waited several minutes for service, even though employees in the back continued to look my way and no one else was in the restaurant. Someone finally takes my order, after I had to say, “I’d like to place an order please.” No sorry about the wait or even a thank you, just walked back after taking the order. Got my bag, made sure it had my burger and fries, then got on the road and opened it to find NO MEAT ON THE BURGER. I had also asked for no cheese or onions, and my meat-less burger also had plenty of cheese and onions. Would have turned around and gone back but would have had to deal with I-35. Check INSIDE your orders if you go here.

I stopped by here after being disappointed with the BK on 31st all for them to let me place my order, and tell me the broker is down. Like wth?

over the last 3 years every time I order here, the patty is undercooked, the fries are undercooked or old or something but they're just a terrible texture and lukewarm if you're lucky. I usually expect mess ups in these kind of places occasionally and its no big deal, but its been EVERY time, every single time here. Only this location, so if you're craving BK I'd say please go to any other location for a better chance, or just visit any other food joint in the area where you'll at least receive your food cooked properly.

The fries were nasty, probably 3 days old or sitting in the warmer all day. The burger, let’s start with the bun, it was hard, stale, I couldn’t eat it because the bun made it soooo dry, it was just horrible considering that meal cost 29 dollars. The veggies were literally thrown on there and the burgers were just thrown into the bag. They offered me cookies, 2 for 1.00, I got 2. The little I was able to taste were good, but unfortunately out of shape, the chocolate was stuck to the bag, the majority of the cookies went into the trash cause they were stuck on the bag! I ordered the number one and the number 4, with cheese. Surprisingly there was cheese in them. I had not gone to BK in over a year because of the last experience I had there, sadly, I will not be going there anymore. I will just stick with whataburger. . .

Literally can't get anything right... idk why I even go to this burger king... every time it's something. Just close this place down and restart it. No mayo means no mayo... they did both sides with mayo..

One of many poor experiences. Here is my Bacon King. You'll notice it only has one patty too. Four months ago this place ran perfectly, but there has been a noticeable drop in quality and attention to detail. If you want your order done right then it's probably best to go down the road.

Ive been here several times and they are always out of something and the order is always cold. Once it was out coffee in the morning. Ketchup another. Today is was nasty and no napkins with stale cold fries.Which such a nice facility, you would expect better but you would be wrong
