I went with my Dad after his hospital visit and our visit left us relaxed! The service was quick and on a weekday afternoon there was no wait and the ambiance was relaxed and not too loud. My dad ordered the ribs and I ordered the chicken crispers. Both came out hot and tasted delicious.

Had Chilis for the first time since I was a kid and it was such a a great experience! It was a fairly busy night but we still got seated fairly fast (family of 6). Didn't talk long to get out drinks which turned out fantastic! I went with the Captains Castaway and it was a good mixture of rum and sweetness. The appetizers were fantastic and came out pretty fast and we got close to finishing before our food got there so that was great timing! I went with the Alex's Spicy Burger (I can't remember the name) and it turned out perfect, meat was cooked great, good amount of spice, and just an overall solid experience. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions, they came around enough to help but not too much to where it was annoying, and we left happy. I'll definitely be back!

Lovely service and food and one of the best places you can go on a Friday night. Also try the Mozzarella sticks Appetizer (theyre near hot pocket-sized but plenty nice and cheesy)

A wonderful day at Chili's for a late afternoon lunch. A bowl of chili and a turkey club; see pictures. Both were fantastic. Great atmosphere along with fantastic service makes me want to come back again. Have been to other Chili's and this place stands out superior than the rest. 5 ⭐'s for Temple. Update: Nov 11,2023. I love Chili's! The food is great and the prices are very reasonable. We go there often and I have never been disappointed.

Nice quiet later I'm the evening good service almost empty food was fresh except the queso which was kinda burnt, actually old, I know what cheese dip looks like when it left in a warmer for an extended period of time.... Otherwise it would be a 5 star. The server was ate tive, have plenty of to go boxes because we never eat all of what we get even extra chips, they have to throw away after going to a table and can't be recycled at the end of the day so we got a tone of chips to take with us. Shrimp with the ribs was kinda small. Over all the food and service was great minus the queso. I would definitely return. Out of a hundred of times eating out the wife paid this time and not a question was raised the server didn't automatically expect me to be paying and was very professional. Kinda nice for her to pay for a change.

Be careful at this location. There is a white lady with a hoop nose ring in her mid 20s that will TIP HERSELF. Im quite sure she has done this several times! I visited this place around 9 with my two toddlers and when I was ready to check out she offered to assist me with the tablet to check out. She then let me know how much my check was while I was trying to get everything packed up and told me all I had to do was press pay. Yall when I pressed pay I caught a glimpse of a different amount. She literally tipped herself my plan was to tip her with cash! The way she did it, it was definitely professional 😆 Im glad I caught it though because I was tired and she could see that so she thought she could try me 😆 Yall watch out for this lady!

Chilis Grill and Bar 10-07-25 Nice place for lunch and dinner. Restaurant is clean and plenty of room for various crowds. We had burgers and fries. The burger and fries were served fresh and hot. They had a good flavor. We also tried the huge Cheese Sticks! We did the Nashville Hot flavor. They were ouey, and Gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside! Perfect combination! The hot sauce was good and the homemade ranch was perfect for dipping! The employees were efficient and friendly.

Service was great, but the food didn’t hit the mark. I ordered a steak and unfortunately it was pretty bad — tough and poorly cooked. That said, the server was excellent, very professional, and immediately took care of it by comping the entire meal without any hassle. Mistakes happen, and the way it was handled made the overall experience satisfactory. I appreciated the service and would give them another shot based on that alone.

We go to Chili's once a month or so-- it's one of the few restaurants the whole family agrees with! The food is always reasonably good for the price, and they've never gotten our orders wrong despite several picky eaters. The service is uniformly fast, friendly and efficient. The one sour note is that every single time we go, the manager on duty goes around checking in. I understand that this must be company (or at least location) policy, but the appearance it gives is that of a lack of faith in the servers and food runners you've employed, and a lack of useful tasks the manager could be doing-- as well as a lack of faith in the customer to let you know if there is a problem. It introduces an appearance of weakness in the staff you've hired, as well as the chain of command, rather than a strength of customer care; you would be better served to have the managers at the exit, thanking customers for dining, if they haven't got anything better to do. Other than that, no notes. The atmosphere is always clean and cheerful, and the waitstaff are honestly the best in town for the price point!

Look are deceiving. I will not go into the full shabang of the mishap because I'm trying this on my phone. Had to get our food replaced. My son had wanted half of my bread so I split it and gave it to him. Just so happened that half had hair in it. The waitress offered to get the manager but I know "life happens" so I just requested to have both be remade. I got my food and then found some mystery food in it. (Thats pic 3) I didn't bother complaining. Food overall looked super pretty and tasty. It was edible at most.

YOU WILL GET SICK!! The manager, Adam, forces employees to come in when sick! These people are sneezing on your food and coming in with a stomach bugs!

Staff has issues with attitude. The clearly do not understand what customer service is after the experience I had. I have never been so disrespected by a company I paid with my hard earned money. As a people pleaser the whole experience felt like I wasn’t doing enough for them. Completely blown away by the lack of pride I was shown. I fear for our future as a species if chilis staff is an accurate representation of society. But don’t trust me. Find out for yourself. The girl doing curbside was flat out rude. She was rushing me through my entire order, and then hung up on me as I said something. She wouldn’t even let me tell her I wanted the order in an hour, so, my food was cold. I thought maybe they were busy, considering I was ordering at 5pm. When I got there to pick it up, she was still just as rude and tried to rush me out the door, And getting the card option pulled up, and walked away before I could try to tell her it was some gift card. I was just baffled all around. I got my food, and as stated, was cold, because she wouldn’t let me talk, other than rush me through my order. And the margarita, it’s usually hit and miss, mostly miss. This thing tasted like straight tequila and no flavoring at all. I was just highly disappointed. This chilis is really going down hill.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I walked in, I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged — despite at least six employees walking right past me. The female working the to-go area (I believe her name is Treasure) was extremely rude, unhelpful, and not friendly at all. On top of that, the food quality was terrible. My order was cold, overly salty, and missing several requested items — including utensils, plates, and dipping sauce for my wings. Overall, the lack of customer service combined with poor food quality was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this establishment.
