Had a short lunch today and the service was incredible!! That young lady was so busy but made sure everyone was taken care of and did it well! Thank you, Susana, for taking such good care of me and getting me back to work on time. The food was also really great!

Always our go to Mexican food. Can’ hardly wait till they reopen on HK Dodgen after closing at Temple Mall. The green sauce is to die for, I could drink it. The tamales taste homemade. Priced like most Mexican food places.

I walked into this place not expecting much but honestly I’m very happy with my experience. The manager greeted me and my husband as soon as we walked in and was very friendly. The service was great even though they had waiting time and I got my food sooner than expected. The grilled tacos is a must if you go here.

First of all, the design of the restaurant is so pretty. I thought I had visited one of the Hispanic countries for a second. Our server was very friendly and professional. Our food came out quickly. It was delicious. I recommend their new Tilapia and Short Ribs dishes.

My family and I had a great experience over the weekend, we aren’t usually a huge fan of TexMex restaurants but we were pleasantly surprised with Casa Ole. Our server was very bubbly and prompt with our drinks and chips and salsa. My husband got the Wet Burrito which he said was worth the price. I got the Taco Salad and the shredded chicken was super flavorful. Everyone here seems to work as a team so the atmosphere was great.

My four year old daughter ate everything on her plate. She's a very picky eater. It was very clean. Great service, our waitress was incredible. Make sure you get a side of rice and beans 😁 they are so good you'll want a second or third serving.

My family and I came in earlier this morning and I was pleasantly surprised. We had stop coming because of the poor management a while ago. They seem to have new staff and it’s a lot cleaner inside. They had some Halloween drinks that were well worth the $7.99. My husband had the blood orange margarita and I had the witches brew. Food was fast and good! I’m happy to have this back as a place my family can eat again.

Service was on point tonight! The waitress was amazing her smile was the best! I drive 35 miles just to eat there and it was well worth it just to have great service you need to hire more people like her! Her name is Sofia and she was excellent!

I visited while passing through on my way to Houston. The food was delicious! I had chicken tacos carbon and also white queso with chips. Our server Taylor was super friendly. She made very good menu recommendations and was very attentive. I will make this place a go-to when I pass through for sure.

We ate here during my son's golf tournament earlier this month. We thought it was great and the salsa was addicting. My husband ended up being transferred from our home town to the hospital here. I told my son how good it was, so we went there for dinner. It did not disappoint. This time we got green sauce with the chips and salsa. It too is addicting. Both times we have had great service and great food. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further than Casa Ole! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly smiles. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the fajitas, which were absolutely delicious! What truly set Casa Ole apart was the exceptional service I received from Sara. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my dining experience. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made sure my meal was perfect in every way. It's rare to come across someone who embodies such dedication to customer service. Overall, Casa Ole exceeded my expectations with its incredible food and outstanding service. I can't recommend it highly enough, and I look forward to my next visit!

Great service , good waiter as well as fast timing with food being distributed with it being as busy as it is . First time here but I will definitely be back after this first experience . Picture is meat portion of the fajita olé , comes with flour tortillas as well as rice and beans and shredded cheese as well as tomato and sour cream to put in a taco .

My friend and I came to visit the new location on Thursday. We are so happy they are back open! We immediately saw all the friendly faces we have grown to love. It's not often you see a waitstaff and management team that work together the way they do here. Our server Steven was very busy but the manager came over and made sure we have chips and salsa and a set of drinks until he could make his way over. I loved to see that everyone that was working was helping each other out. I have had a lot of bad experiences with service lately in temple but im happy to say this wasn't one. I can't wait to have a margarita with my food again though!

Casa Ole is my absolute favorite, in the area, for salsa and queso. While I primarily come here for the salsa, the lunches and dinners are great too. We normally get fajitas, and the kids get varying American food. I've never had bad service here, and usually the service is well beyond average.

My daughter-in-law brought me here for my first time along with her mom. The Crawfish Spinach Enchiladas and the Coronarita and Dosarita were great. The green sauce is super tasty. Quick, friendly service. It was a terrific lunch date after a spa day for the girls! We all felt happy and treated. Planning a date here with my husband!

HAPPY ME HAPPY ME HAPPY ME !!! There is still a Casa Ole left and I will go there as often as I ever ever can get to Temple!!! PLEASE SUPPORT THIS WONDERFUL RESTAURANT... They have closed down all over Texas and it is a standing remaining one. You cannot absolutely cannot beat their red and green sauce. Don't even try! Others are good but theirs are BEST. Go ahead and trot on over there and try you some! You'll agree with me... Their food is scrumpshulishus!!!

First time here after 20 years. Still the fine food and service. I will admit that the food was very good (enchiladas) but not enough cheese sauce. Enchiladas we're smaller in comparison to other restaurants. Staff very friendly and again service was faster than I expected due to the large crowd when I was there. I will go back.update: 3 July, '22. Excellent 👍 food, great service. Always will be going back. I recommend this Mexican restaurant. The decor is fabulous. Colorful and festive.  The mural towards the left of the restaurant where the booths are is gorgeous. Music was hip and bouncy but not at all annoying. Service seems a little backed up but because of Covid, no one should complain about that. The Salsa they start you off with is fantastic and the queso is so yummy. We also tried the green avocado sauce (Not guacamole) I get eat that all day everyday We ordered the Nachos Ole and chicken enchiladas. Both were delicious and I absolutely found my new favorite Nachos (sorry Lil Tex). We even ordered queso and chips to go. Excellent service, food and atmosphere.

Awesome experience! Thank you Sara! This waitress was very attentive to our needs. She went above & beyond. She was very sweet. Also we got the two for $18 deal which came with an appetizer, 2 entrees & a dessert. We also took an enchilada plate to go. We got the chili con queso for an appetizer, chicken & steak fajitas for the entrees. They also came with tortillas, rice & beans. We fed three people with left overs for less than $30.00! Thanks for a great meal, and thanks to Sara!!

Chicken tortilla soup is extremely overly salty. also ordered flaming, hot guacamole. I would add a lot more flaming hot Cheetos if you want to make it remotely hot at all. My wife was hotter than a guacamole.lol But as far as the rest of the food goes, the only positive thing was the Mexican hamburger which is very tasty chips and sauces not bad at all. Carol, our server was so friendly and courteous. We enjoyed her being our server.

Went in for lunch and shared the lunch portion of chicken and beef. Fajitas. easily enough to feed my wife and myself. however, it took the waitress quite a while to get to us. And even longer to get drinks. the food was excellent and came out very quickly.

Solid food for a chain. Large portions! My husband and I shared the wet burrito. The green sauce is always a treat. Our server had a large section, but she was very nice and even applied a coupon we didn't ask for. If we are back in the Temple Mall, we will try it again.

The margaritas flight was delicious. The nachos we ordered were ok. They lacked cheese. I also ordered ground beef and jalapeños on the side. The came with fajitas and jalapeños. But ate them anyway.

One thing I like about Mexican food is it can be done up in all sorts of ways. As I understand it, there are slightly different flavors from different Mexican regions, but where Casa Olè fits in, I'm not quite sure. I just know, I NEED THAT SAUCE!

Great dinning experience. I had the big burrito supreme and it filled me.up. The chips were warm and tasty. Menu was overall inexpensive less than $50 for a party of four. I was surprised when they said they did not serve horchatas. Food tastes very good, courteous and prompt service.

Food was really good. My kids like the food they got as well. The best part of the food was the chimichanga cheesecake! I’m biased to that because I love dessert. Service was friendly and pleasant. Atmosphere was interesting. Not a lot of banners and a Mexican atmosphere that I am accustomed to. Nevertheless, it was a good place to eat at.

Service is usually pretty good all day long. Salsa has a strong cilantro taste if you like that kind of thing. Food is real good for the price. Texas Burito and the stuffed avocado are very tasty. Service was great, albeit slow. It felt like the servers were tripping over each other, there didn't seem to be a clear definition of who served where. The food took forever to come out, which isn't normally an issue for me but there was only 3 other tables in the whole place. Once we got our food, it smelled great and tasted just as good, all except the rice which was bland and cold. I can get the same fajita plate elsewhere for cheaper with better sides.

A
Anjee Locklin

The food is always fantastic here. But the atmosphere is so dead. None of the employees in the entire restaurant had a smile on their face. The lady at front that sits you looked like the most miserable person in the world. Our waitress looked like she wanted to go home n go to sleep. She was nice but definitely did not wanna be at work. I was very disappointed. The bar was completely dead.

R
Robert Hunter

We would probably not go back. We did have a large group of 20, but there was nobody else in the restaurant. The waitress said she is new, so we understood not to expect great service. The chips and salsa were very good. Drinks were very hard to get refilled. Once she took the order, some food came out pretty quick, but sadly, most took a very long time and were not what was ordered. Mine and a couple of others finally just took what came out since all in the group were already done with their meals. They did not give any discounts even with the long wait and missed orders. There are much better places.

E

The waiter messed up several of our dinners , charged us for things we did not receive. The waitress from the bar helped him get our food (she was great). The green salsa is delicious !

I used to visit Casa Olé almost every other week at their old location and always looked forward to it. This was my first visit to the new location since moving away, and sadly, it was a letdown. My go-to Sourdough Cheeseburger plate had browning, rancid-tasting lettuce. My oldest daughter had the same meal and agreed it was awful. My oldest son enjoyed his chicken fried steak, and my younger kids were pleased with their kids meals. The $9.50 queso was shockingly skimpy. My husband couldn’t finish his food —I believe he said the ranchero sauce tasted watered down. The staff was friendly and polite, but the food quality just wasn’t there. Unfortunately, after this experience, I doubt we’ll be back.

T
Tim Turner

We have come multiple times in past with no complaints. The waitress is usually polite, we ordered a meal to share as wife is on medication and eats small portions like a child. She automatically acted weird about it. To me she had a judgmental attitude. We are not being cheap, just don't want to waste food. Then the fajitas come out with a ton of grease at the bottom. We asked waitess what is was as it was running our taste for the food. She said it was the vegetables and called the manager as she walking away. Manager approached us and said it was butter. That's cool, but she was so cold about it and didn't bother to get us anything else or to make the situation better. Nobody wants to eat a mouthful of butter.

We were seated quickly during the lunch rush on Saturday. Chips and sauces were delivered quickly. Waitress was prompt in taking our drink order and bringing them out. The food came out hot and in a timely manner. I just found them to not be accommodating to the desired portion sizes.

Wait was long because we were waiting for a server. Restaurant was slow meaning there were hardly anyone eating there. Food was average for Mexican food not very authentic. Salsa (red) and chips were good.

Lee Lastovica

Slowly dying chain of subpar Tex Mex. Used to be good? Was it ever really good or is it just nostalgia? Enchiladas were dry and need more gravy. Salsa was the same and queso was good. Give it 1-2 years and this one will be closed along with all the others.

I have eaten here several times and have always enjoyed the food and service. Last night we were so disappointed. The service was bad. We were there a little over an hour before we got our food. My husband ordered Carne Asada which looked like 2 small steaks fingers. I would have been embarrassed to send that out of my kitchen. I ordered Pollo Gonzalez which was black around the edges. There were only three other tables besides us so they were not busy. Like I said, I have eaten there before when it was busy. I’ve never had to wait that long for food nor for the quality of the food to be so bad. My husband explained our experience with a staff member who said she was sorry. My husband will never go back. I may have to try again. Hopefully have a better experience next time.

p
paul rubel

This is the 2nd visit where it took forever to get your food. Not only us but another table as well. It was lunch time and fortunately in there case they weren't busy or they would have been drowning. Not enough staff yet they did all they could. Once the food finally arrived both my order and my wife's were incorrect. The enchilada had a nasty taste to it as well. And I noticed the gentleman at the other table has an issue with the taste of his as well. Shame how the quality has dropped over the years. Will not return.

J
Jeff Fox

No liquor lic so no margaritas. Place looks real worn. They splashed some paint on a wall or two but that's all I could see. Better places in temple.

D
De Mann

I mean this with all sincerity when I say the best quality item in this place is the toilet paper. Everything, and I do mean everything comes from a cheap quality jar or a can (think Hunt's). Nothing is authentic about this place which upset me because the building itself deceived me into believing that I was about to have some at least decent if not good Mexican food. At best anyone with a microwave could have made these dishes. And even though my server was nice she was a bit lazy. She allowed the dishes and glasses to continue to stack up on the table. She even placed the bill down on the table and still did not take any dish from the table. Then proceeded to go around to the other side of our booth and sit down to wrap up utensils even though there were several booths away from us where she could have done this. I did not complain but another server overheard me speaking about the situation and she informed me that unfortunately their best cooks were not on duty that night. Which is not good considering it was a weekend. I don't like to give bad reviews. I really don't. But when the results are even worse than the little average I was expecting I can't help but to not recommend such a place. As I stated earlier when I went to the bathroom I was quite impressed with the quality of the toilet paper. But if you'd rather save money and just heat up some burritos from 7-Eleven you'll come out better in the end.

L
Lynne Langston

First of all, the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. The food was good. It took a long time to get the check and I didn't look at the items until I got home...totally my fault, but i just wanted to get out of there. We were charged for items we didn't order or receive and not charged for some that we DID order and receive. Overall, I think they came out ahead. I don't know about the rest of my family, but I won't be going back.

C
Carl Maxwell

I was ultimately disappointed the place is very festive and decorated. It seems like an authentic experience...until the food came out tasted old and freezer burned. There was a very distinct chemical taste to the main course. I have the layered enchiladas and I was expecting a plate with beautiful layers of spinach cheese mushrooms and chicken and I got a plate with tepid heated sloppy layers of old food I ate 3 bites and didn't eat anything else. Our bill was 50 and I'm so upset that we had to pay at all.....

A
Alexis Chevalier

Only reason I gave it 2 stats was the waitress we had at least was good. Food was well let's just say rice was bland no flavor. The shredded chicken was mixed with salsa that had huge chucks of onion which wasn't mentioned on the menu. All it said was seasoned shredded chicken . The ground beef had huge chucks of what I believe was green peppers.. they had no flavor the meat was also bland no flavor . The only thing that was good was beans .. and salsa. My kids thankfully liked the Mac n cheese ( can't go wrong there ) and cheese dilla ( also can't go wrong there ) but like I said only goof thing was server beans and we'll the drinks ..

S
Sophia Lopez

The food was honestly pretty disgusting. We couldn’t eat hardly anything except the chips, salsa, and the mediocre cup of tortilla soup. The server was nice but the food (fajitas and taco salad) had a really weird taste and were not even edible. Definitely won’t be returning.

A
Angela Camelbeek Thompson

Not impressed. My party talked it up but I now question their opinions. "Be careful the plate is hot" - nope it wasn't. Neither were the avocados. Deep fried greasy and warmish. My child was unimpressed with the echiladas. 3 waiters sitting around us when we're finished. We got louder and louder about wanting to check out. Not even a thank you when we left. Wish I had photos.

K
Kelli McClain

We LOVED Casa Ole when it was in the mall - we just ate at the new location and it was the worst Mexican food I’ve had in Temple/Belton. The fajita meat was dry and tasteless, they got our order wrong twice, and you couldn’t get a drink refill to save your life. It was definitely not up to par.

J
James Rodriguez

Just took the family for fajitas and thought we try the new location since they've moved into the old little Mexico location and let me tell you for the price we paid which was little over a 100 dollars the fajita plate was literally not even a hand full of meat and was over 20 dollars a plate. Very disappointing and for what we paid should of been full plates and the place inside itself looked depressing. For what we paid we should of just went to longhorn steakhouse.

M
Michael J. Lee

I like to give the benefit of the doubt but I won’t be coming back to this restaurant. It was not a soup/stew. It was as dry as a bone. There was a very little chicken, maybe five pieces of shrimp and the beef was toughand chewy. I left with more beef between my teeth and in my stomach. The only redeeming quality was that the service was good.

O
Outdoor Brenda

Definitely not homemade anything, I ordered the chicken enchiladas it tasted like it came straight out of a can and their salsa was just in bad.

Got a togo order. Food took a very long time. Tasted old and portions are small. My biggest issue was how dirty the place was. Make sure to double check your to go orders they often forget 1 or 2 things every time.

Nathalie Pelarin

We ordered through DoorDash so can’t comment on service and atmosphere, but giving 2 stars cause we were so disappointed when our food arrived!! Besides getting our order wrong ( they sent rice when I specifically clicked ‘ no rice, yes bean’; 2 portions of rice came and no beans), we were disappointed to see how small the portions were ( they look big in the pics, but believe me they were small and we still felt hungry!) I ordered a cup of tortilla soup and soup was cold and def not a cup but a shallow container not worth the $8 I paid for. I also added sides of guacamole for $1.19 each. They were so tiny and in one scoop, they were gone. Food was ok I have to say, but not the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Temple is full of good Mexican restaurants and I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I believe feedback must be given so management can improve.

Kyle Hauk

My wife had the ambassador, it's her go to, & she liked it, as usuall. But management decided to move to smaller chip baskets, I assume to save money, so u now spend your time waiting for server to bring multiple chip baskets, this was a dumb idea. I ordered the beef fajitas, & they were inedible, tougher than beef jerky, no flavor, I changed order to nachos, & they removed the fajitas from the bill. So in another move by management, they no longer make individual nachos, as they now just pile then throw some refried beans on some of the chips, and so now I will no longer get the fajitas or nachos. Wish temple had Lupe tortillas, as they know how to make great beef fajitas. I would recommend you eat elsewhere. So back again may 2023, tried ambassador, refried beans tasted funky, rice ok, cheese enchiladas funky ranchero sauce, the crispy tostado with cheese was good, the tostado had no ground beef. Do yourself a favor & eat somewhere else. I would not have eaten here but family out voted me.

Terrible food plain and simple. The chips were stale. Service took too long to come however the waiter was very nice. He kept our drinks filled but he got my friends order wrong. The food tasted as though a microwave warmed it. The taco was bad and I only took two bites of it. The cheese enchilada was fine but I suspect it is only because it is hard to mess up an enchilada. The rice tasted like it was made three days ago. Salsa and green dip were good. Over 10/10 do not recommend. Go somewhere better.

I ordered Rico's dip. It was so watered down it was like eating a glass of cheese. The waitress was so not at work. When we paid for the check which was $7.58, we were only giving back $2 out a $10. I requested the change and was told that they did not have any quarters. I would not recommend this restaurant. I am hoping that someone can turn this place around. It needs help 👎👎

Very first time to eat here and we were hoping the food would be great. Started off with drinks, chips and salsa. Those were great. Sadly the food, not so much. The beans were too salty, food was too greasy, and what is it about putting cheese on everything? Poor presentation. They may not have staff because some tables still had dirty dishes and food took forever to get to us...we were the only ones there. We were not impressed. We won't be going back.

Went this past Wednesday night and had a very poor food experience. It took over an hour to receive our food. The food came out very cold, not worth the 64$ bill. The server tried, she was great. However, whoever you have cooking could give 2 cares about your business. Your salsa and queso was delicious. Good luck! Hope you can fix the problem.

I’m honestly not convinced anything is made in-house here. The food, to include the chips and salsa, and entrees appear to be prepackaged and straight from the grocery store, much of which is obviously precooked frozen product. They did not properly heat mine up and the meat was still cold when it arrived.

Service was horrific, food was bad as well. Took 45 minutes to get, possibly the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Our first visit to Casa Ole and definitely our last.

Food has gone down hill but the waitress was friendly and quick. The building looked old and had a slight smell to it.

Went there today and the and the food wasn’t good at all. The Mexican pizza was nasty and my enchiladas was cold. The Salas wants as good as it was when they were in the temple mall.

I am only putting 1 star because the green sauce and queso is always great and I can’t tell you much on food since they were out of everything we asked for. We started off ordering a beer and they were out of ultra draft and bottle, so had to settle for coors. Then we tried to order a taco and tamales and as the waitress yelled across the room to another lady- we were told they sold out and had no tamales since last night. We drove from Killeen and will not be returning to this place!

The food y’all just served me is completely unacceptable. I just ordered the spinach enchiladas through Favor. I got the same order a week ago and it was great. Today, it is downright disgusting. I refuse to eat it. It’s tortillas stuffed with way too much spinach, tomatoes, topped with literal sour cream dollops and cheese. Ew! Picture included below. Sad to say I’ll probably never order from here again. It was so good the first time but this is not ok.

Very disappointing visit. I got the Acapulca Ole plate and the guacamole was black. Why would a cook put this in the plate? The lettuce and tomato on the taco and Chalupa were wilted. Very little cheese sprinkled on the taco and a Chalupa. I quit coming to Casa Ole many months ago and said I would never come back. Decided it was time for another chance. Another disappointment.

The green salsa isn't like i used to be.. its extra "avacado-y" and extra thick. My plate wasn't very good. Even the tea wasn't very good, it tasted like it hadnt been made since the morning shift.. the corn tortillas were under cooked. For 17 bucks the rice was dry. The beans were fine. And the crawfish, shrimp, spinach enchiladas are supposed to have that inside, or i think thats at least what the menu said. There was maybe 5 or 6 small shrimps and about 4 or 5 small crawfish on top. Overall the portion on my plate was small. I remember how awesome Casa Ole used to be. The woman who served us though, she was nice. My stomach is not agreeing with my visit :(

Not as good as it used to be. we ordered the beef fajita enchilada and the beef was so burnt you couldn't chew them. The shrimp, crawfish enchilada was overpriced for the little shrimp you get and the shrimp and crawfish had no flavor. The chicken fajita plate was so hot the food stuck to the plate and couldn't be eaten. overpriced for the small and unsatisfactory food.

I happened to be visiting in town and honestly thought I was going to Little Monterey (sign is still up), but was surprised when I realized it was Casa Ole (sign at the door). The last time I had eaten at Casa Ole was probably 7-8 years ago and never had any issues.....but today.....I was sorely disappointed at the drastic decline of the quality of everything. Chips and salsa were definitely not made in house and the $42 fajitas for two.....we're definitely already cooked fajita meat that you can buy from Wal-Mart. The fizzled sizzle and lack of smoke shows the lack effort in the kitchen because the already cooked chicken and beef fajitas were still cold from their refrigerated packaging. Needless to say, I walked that plate back to the waitress and let her know that my husband and I would be paying for the 2 Dr. Pepper's and that we would be leaving. 0 stars for food 1 star for the waitress for her effort in table service 0 stars for atmosphere, because they've been their since November (according to the hostess) and they are still using the Little Monterey set up.

We paid $75 on a small queso appetizer, 2 adult meals and 1 child’s plate. When we saw the pricing on the menu we thought it would be good quality food for the price but instead the fajita meat was burnt in some places and barely cooked on the other side. The $7 small bowl of queso was not flavorful. Just seemed like the microwaved everything to cook it. My child didn’t want to eat her cheeseburger. We didn’t want to complain because our waitress was great. It’s not her fault the restaurant owners decided that there flavorless barely cooked food is worth the amount they are charging. Would not recommend to anybody. You can go next door and get better quality food for less $$

The food was absolutely terrible. The refried beans looked orange, and like they came from a can, they tasted terrible as well. The fajita meat was so tough that you had to eat each piece whole. The food was brought to our table so quickly that it was not cooked fresh, it was already made.

That was the worse food I ever got from there. This was my first time at the new place When I went into the restaurant there was only two groups of people in there and I couldn’t believe it because at the old restaurant in the mall was always full and you always had to wait to get a table I have always gotten good food at the old restaurant. Needless to say I will not go back

Worst food I've had in forever. Tasteless and dripping in grease. Rice and beans tasteless as well. I kept expecting Gordon Ramsay to pop up and tell everyone to stop eating. Avoid at all costs!!!

Prices are that of an upscale good food but food resembles low grade fast food ..low grade mush.. on top of that.. they have limited drink selection and was out of the only choice that was appealing.. then after ordering came back to the table to say they were out of what was ordered.. if that wasn’t enough.. had to get up to find someone to refill the drinks so we could wash the taste out!! There’s a great restaurant next door.. go there and save your hard earned $$$ for real food

I was really looking forward to trying this place for the first time, especially since I love stuffed avocados. Unfortunately, the experience was a big letdown. The avocado in my meal was clearly old—you could even smell it. When I mentioned it, the staff did offer me another dish, which I appreciated. I chose a plate that had a little bit of everything, thinking it might be a safer bet. I ended up taking most of the meal home. An hour later, I tried eating it and found that the tamale was also bad—again, the smell gave it away. It was incredibly disappointing to have two different items in two different meals that were clearly not fresh. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak, and it was obvious that it wasn't homemade. Thinking store bought and fried. Overall, the quality of the food was poor and far from what we expected. Sadly, this will be our first and last visit. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, especially with food freshness and quality.

Case Ole is just not the same anymore, there fajitas they gave me like 4 pieces of beef i even asked for extra beef , i asked for shrimp they said 3$ upcharge i said okay. they gave me 3 shrimp. Just not happy with quantity anymore!! Asked for a coke , and the waitress brought me a coke zero. Not what i asked for and when i asked her for a new drink she said thats a coke zero , i said ma’am i asked for a regular coke. Just disappointed

Not sure what kind of Casa Olé this is? It doesn't even look or feel like all their other locations (Colors, decor, theme, etc). The inside looked unfinished, painted over, ans sparsely decorated. Most importantly, as we all know, Casa Olé has never been considered peak Tex-Mex ... more of a comfort/price option. However this location was neither. Food pricing was unusually high and the food was not even up to their standards! Flavorless and not fresh (including the chips!). Pretty sure my rice was old and reheated, Taco was soggy and completely fell apart and 2 plates in our party had to be reheated because they were under temp. Love Casa Olé for what it is, but not here.

The waiting staff was very nice but we were served a burrito that had ice cold meat in it. Manager was kind and understanding but not a place I’d go back to. Also it smelt weird.

Food was a big disappointment. Got mixed fajitas plate Meat looked frozen and just maybe enough for my chihuahua to eat, but then again turn her nose and leave. Charo beans was a mess and dry rice. Never again. Need new cooks and and fresh food. For the price we paid we, were better off eating at McDonald's.

The bar was spacious but there wasn’t a clean spot to land at so we pushed the dirty dishes and leftover napkins so we could sit down. The customer service was horrible the bar tender mingled with those who spoke her language we felt like a hindrance to her so we avoided contact. The drinks were alright nothing exciting about a basic margarita. Salsa was too spicy for me but the chips were delicious. The appetizer platter is over priced the quesadillas had no meat in them the tortilla was burned but tasty. We asked for BBQ wings and got Buffalo no apology just we’ll have the kitchen remake the wings. Management didn’t come over to check on us which is not normal for me especially when a customer order is wrong. The BBQ wings were the best on the platter. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you speak the language fluently you’ll probably be treated how the employees feel during that shift.
