The best Mexican food in the temple area, and trust me I've tried A LOT. the food is always so hot and fresh with generous portion sizes. I love their asada tortas, enchiladas, tacos, salsa... literally have never been disappointed. We always pick up through the drive thru and they're quick and never get it wrong. We LOVE this place.

Oh man .. it's good . Me and my son had beef chicken shrimp . Severed in a stone bowl . Beeing a native of Chicago and moving to Florida. And visiting Texas. This food was the best I had in 3 years ... lots to eat we had to take some home . 3 people can eat for 34 bucks . And we are full grown men .. it's good

Great service and great food, I've only gone for breakfast i had the chilaquiles rojos with fajita and for my truck driver friends they have truck parking just passing the hotel and convenience store you can't miss it

I was thrilled. Looked like a fast food place from the exterior, but I was pleasantly surprised once I went inside. Great chips, salsa, and bean dip to start. My abuelitas plate was awesome. I'll be back next time I'm driving through the area.

Walked so welcoming you seat yourself I like that. The waitress was very friendly and took our order and it came out in less then 10 min. What a surprise the food was fresh and the menudo could of been hotter . But my buddy still and ate beans and potatoes and bacon for tortillas were fresh and hot. It’s a must try . And the price was reasonable and I have to say the prices are very reasonable .

You HAVE to stop and eat here if you are anywhere near Temple. Some of the BEST Mexican food I’ve had in Texas. Everything was delicious! Tacos were piled high with meat, their salsas were amazing and the micheladas were on point! Ate there every night for a week. You will not be disappointed! Very friendly staff as well!

We have been coming to this restaurant for over15 years, and that is because the have the BEST Fajitas in the World! We have the craving of eating them and we get in the van and travel from Austin to Temple, Texas just to eat them. We went again last night, and the flavor was incredible! The servings are generous, and the price is totally affordable. The staff welcomes you with a smile, and with kindness. Truly excellent, and humble place!

We just order some quesadillas and it took like 20 min for it to come ..and when it came it was cold. The ground beef wasnt that great either. We had to wait a long time as well for our check.

This place used to be decent, drive thru has gotten worse through the years. Asking for the cheapest ingredients beans, potatoes and bacon and still get tacos with mostly potatoes. Quit raising the prices and still half serve what folks ask for.

The food was really good, and that’s honestly the only reason I’m giving more than one star. Unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. When my husband and I arrived, we were told to seat ourselves, which was fine. A few minutes later, someone came to the table and asked what we wanted to drink without introducing themselves. Then another server came and asked us again for our drink order. Eventually a third server brought the drinks and took our food order. After our food was delivered, no one checked on us at all. We weren’t asked if everything was okay, if we needed refills, or if we wanted anything else. We had to ask for our check ourselves, and by the time someone finally asked if I needed a refill, we had already been given the check and were clearly leaving. What made the experience worse was noticing that the group of men seated behind us received much more attentive and friendly service, which was very uncomfortable and hard to ignore. I’m usually a very generous tipper. I'm a waitress myself and I know how hard it can be at time, but the lack of service left me no choice not to tip. Great food alone doesn’t make up for poor and inattentive service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this place could be much better with consistent and respectful service for ALL guest!
