En el día de hoy fuimos por primera vez y nos encantó. Nos atendió tanto en la recepción como al traer la comida una chica llamada Sheida y fue muy amable desde el primer momento que le pedí una mesa con buena vista y me llevó a la que ella considera la mejor ubicación, también nos asesoró para pedir nuestro almuerzo y todo fue muy bien. Volveremos !

We've eaten at several Angus restaurants, but in our opinion, the restaurant in Puerto Marina Benalmadena is the best. Steaks, lamb chops, grilled chicken—everything tastes excellent.

Looked after by the fabulous Viktoria who was so welcoming, friendly and chatty. Loved this restaurant. Hoping to get a table for New Years Eve.

Absolutely best steak we have ever had served to us by the lovely Marina. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all items on the menu. We had the sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection. Very nice atmosphere in the marina, great music in the restaurant. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Sorry no pictures of food as we couldn’t wait to start eating.

Beautiful restaurant right at the outstanding Peurto Marina which as far as I know is one of the world’s best. The views are outstanding with incredible architecture, The food is sensational too. I’m stuck between 3 steakhouses we ate at but this is right up there, we started off with Lynn having the Wild King Prawn and avocado which she absolutely loved, I had the beef sliders which were incredible. I had the most amazing Argentinian steak I’ve ever had, I had the Angus. We’d sampler mixed grill which consisted of 3 premium Angus beef cuts 150gr sirloin steak, 100gr fillet steak, and the 150gr ribeye steak with fries and veg outstanding. Lynn st the grilled chicken breast and fries. It was as big as the plate. Absolutely incredible. Amazing service, amazing location, stunning views. Great service.

I absolutely loved this restaurant, the food was truly incredible. Every dish I tried was fresh and packed with a unique flavor, I could tell that every bite had been prepared with care and attention to detail. But what will make this experience stick with me forever is the service. The waitstaff was incredibly kind, their smiles were warm, and they always made sure to check in on me, asking if everything was okay without ever being intrusive or pressuring me at any point. Honestly, everything about this restaurant was special from the quality of the food to the impeccable cleanliness. I left feeling utterly delighted and already know I'll be back very soon. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to eat well and indulge in a truly relaxing, memorable dining experience!

Stunning location overlooking the harbour. I've never seen such a thick steak in all of my life, tasted delicious as well and could cut it with a spoon. Service wasn't the best. Once the meals had arrived no returned asking if we wanted more drinks. I'm not sure if this is a Spanish thing as it seemed to happen everywhere we are, but they could have sold us at least another 2 rounds of drink if they were a bit more attentive. Had to go searching for a waiter for the bill as well. Would definitely recommend though as the steak and atmosphere were stunning

First time visiting today, staff were fantastic and very friendly even giving recommendations. Food was served in great time and was absolutely delicious! Had the bbq ribs which were falling off the bone and very tender. The beef burger was equally good and left you licking your lips. Might be a little more expensive than other areas but the view and the excellent quality food justifies it. Can’t wait to go back

Fantastic steak restaurant located on the first floor of the Benalmádena Marina. Extremely popular so book in advance. Views over the stunning iconic marina make this a must visit. The food is exceptional we tried the mixed steak platter to taste as many steak cuts as possible including fillet and sirloin. We highly recommend this restaurant the service is amazing and tentative. There are lifts in the marina and access from the road side of the marina for wheelchair access. This is a must do if you are in Benalmádena and no doubt we will return ❤️.

Ha cubierto nuestras expectativas de tomar carne después de varios días tomando pescado, pescaito y marisco. La carne exquisita. Tomamos el t-bone y nos gustó mucho, la carne tenía un gran sabor. Las guarniciones perfectas: patatas trufadas, aros de cebolla, junto y salsa a la pimienta. Lo mejor de la cena, el servicio. Nos atendió Sheida, una chica iraní que es un encanto, además de simpática y buena profesional. Me encantó que nos asesoró en todo: la carne a tomar; lis tiempos entre las entradas y el segundo; el vino. Da gusto encontrar a personas que hacen su trabajo tan bien.

El sitio hermoso como siempre. Las cantidades súper pequeñas para el precio... 2 lascas de pollo en una ensalada césar, que tenía como mucho 6 hojas de cogollo. No está mala pero demasiado escasa. El solomillo bueno. Lo que si un espectáculo fue la torrija, una versión que bueno, no sabe a torrija pero estaba delicioso y sí era grande.

Excelente sitio si quieres probar una buena carne. Tienen varias especialidades (lomo alto, bajo, chorizo, entrecote etc…). De entradas aconsejo el tartar (sirven muy poca cantidad y no es barato), el tomate con búfala (también un pelín pasado de precio, 14€), y el carpaccio…. La carne es realmente buena y si optas como yo por el lomo alto de 500 gr, (35€), saldrás muy satisfecho… El servicio bueno y eficiente aunque es verdad que fui un martes y no lo puedo comparar con un fin de semana. La carta de vinos es comedida pero suficiente y oferta varios caldo tanto de ribera como de rioja (no muy conocidos pero aceptables). Sin embargo he de decir que no son nada baratos… El sitio y las vistas son ideales ya que dan a la dársena del puerto y si hace buen tiempo, te apetece y mucho quedarte a disfrutar del momento. Si te puedes permitir una buena comida tienes que preparar unos 70€ por persona…. Tú verás.

Comimos en el restaurante argentino Angus, nos gustó el chorizo criollo y la carne Tomahawk a la brasa. El servicio exquisito, quizás hay que cambiar la parrilla antes porque al final la carne se quedó un poco fría. Pero en general es una buena experiencia. Os animamos a ir!

Fantastic Starters and Exceptional Service at Angus! What a great decision to go "tapas style" at Angus in Benalmádena! After a long day, dining on starters was absolutely perfect and more than enough to satisfy my hunger. Our waitress deserves a perfect 10 points – she was truly excellent, attentive, and made our evening even better!!! Now, for the food: the sliders were good, perhaps just a touch more dressing or sauce could elevate them to a five-star level. The croquettes were phenomenal; it's clear the chef put real thought into making them stand out from the usual, and they tasted close to perfection. But the absolute showstopper and perhaps the best culinary surprise of our trip were the Vietnamese-style Angus rolls. Oh man, these were incredibly tasty! The smooth, delicious Angus beef wrapped in lettuce with just the right amount of spicy sauce was a revelation. I'd genuinely love to shake the chef's hand for that creation – well done, indeed!

Terribly disappointed although some food was excellent (Argentine Pasties) the experience was ruined by one main course being inedible and two having to be sent back twice as they were not cooked properly. The response of staff was pathetic. The bill was astronomical, no allowance was made for the poor service received. Don’t waste your money there are plenty of much better restaurants to be found in Benalmadena.

We had 2 times the chateaubriand (60 euro per plate) and the gourmet burger. The meats were good (although slight doubt if the steak was actually 450 gram) but many mistakes at service. Burger ordered without cheese. Served with cheese so send back. Mushroom sauce and blue cheese sauce ordered with steak. Peper and mushroom received. Peper sauce send back. Got another mushroom sauce instead of blue cheese. Drank first a glass white wine. Second glass red wine was served in the empty white wine glass. So. They try to be a fine dining resto. Certainly with prices. But not quite able to deliver. Waitresses friendly but superstresses. To low on staff i gues. Very crowded environment. They can do better

La comida, no estuvo excelente como otros años pero estuvo bien! El ambiente se mantiene encantador como siempre. Fuimos atendidos por Victoria, lo que arruino por completo la experiencia. Una camarera mal educada, que no queria encargar la carne bien hecha y que para todo tenia una respuesta desagradable o inapropiada Despues de venir todos los años en mostrar vacaciones, por primera vez siento que esta fue la última oportunidad que vendré!. Realmente la pasamos muy mal con el trato recibido por la camarera

Llevo varios años visitando este restaurante y siempre nos hemos ido encantados, pero esta vez nos fuimos muy insatisfechos. La calidad de la comida ha bajado mucho y las cantidades ni te cuento no es normal que un menú degustación para dos personas las raciones sean tan pequeñas que nos fuimos con hambre el precio elevado para lo que nos pusieron , que te cobren 1€ por suplemento en unas patatas para que te echen algo de queso parmesano. Pedimos botella de agua grandes nos dijeron que no había que solo pequeñas y luego al volver a pedir otra más nos trajeron la grande, claramente para elevar el precio final. Fue mi última visita a este restaurante y desde luego no lo recomiendo a no ser que quieran tirar el dinero y salir con hambre.

Was highly recommended this restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed. Wasn't busy for a Sunday evening, took 20 mins to clear the table. Ordered drinks twice at the table and wrong order came. Had to ask for knives and glasses for water. One dish came out just warm so was sent back. Service was slow and no one checked in to see if all was ok. It wasn't even busy. Staff were too busy dancing around than providing a 5 star service. Only positive the steaks were good and the bar staff were helpful. Wouldn't go back.

⚠️ SCAM WARNING – Dishonest Restaurant & Rude Manager at ANGUS Puerto Marina, Málaga Visited on 19 November 2025, our first day in Málaga, celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary. Sadly, this restaurant completely ruined what should have been a joyful night. When we asked the manager politely if there was air conditioning, she rudely replied, “Are you sitting inside or outside?” Only after repeating the question did she say that they would turn it on if we sat indoors. Then, we were forced to order drinks before being allowed to order food — a ridiculous rule never mentioned anywhere on the menu. We didn’t want alcohol, so we reluctantly ordered two cokes and two bottles of water. We ordered a €73 T-bone (1200g) and a €38 ribeye (500g, medium rare). When served, the ribeye was tiny, dry, overcooked, and clearly not 500g. After I questioned this, the kitchen showed me a real 500g ribeye — obviously much larger and thicker. When I asked if they had mistakenly cooked a 300g ribeye, the manager shouted at me, told me to shut up, and even threatened to call the police. Instead of apologizing, she tried to intimidate us! Later, she angrily brought another piece of ribeye — but that was only around 300g, still not close to the total 500g we paid for. No apology, no refund. The manager made a waiter apologize on her behalf and blamed the kitchen, which was disgraceful. This is not a simple mistake — this is cheating. Charging for 500g, serving less than 300g twice, and treating customers with zero respect. To make things worse, the food quality was poor: 🥄 The mushroom starter was extremely salty. 🍟 The “truffle fries” had no truffle taste at all. 💬 Avoid ANGUS Puerto Marina at all costs. They scam tourists, overcharge, and treat customers with shocking arrogance. Lamentablemente, este lugar arruinó completamente nuestra noche. Al preguntar educadamente si había aire acondicionado, la gerente respondió de manera grosera: “¿Vas a sentarte dentro o fuera?”. Solo después de repetir la pregunta, dijo que lo encenderían si nos sentábamos dentro. Luego, nos obligaron a pedir bebidas antes de poder pedir comida, una regla absurda que no aparece en ninguna parte del menú. No queríamos alcohol, así que pedimos dos refrescos y dos botellas de agua. Pedimos un T-bone de 1200g (€73) y un entrecot de 500g (€38, al punto medio). Cuando llegó el plato, el entrecot era pequeño, seco, demasiado cocido y claramente no pesaba 500g. Al preguntar, la cocina nos mostró un verdadero entrecot de 500g — mucho más grande y grueso. Cuando pregunté si habían cocinado un entrecot de 300g por error, la gerente me gritó, me dijo que me callara y amenazó con llamar a la policía. En lugar de disculparse, intentó intimidarnos. Más tarde, trajo otro trozo de carne, pero solo de unos 300g, ni siquiera sumando los dos alcanzaban los 500g pagados. Sin disculpa ni reembolso. La gerente hizo que un camarero se disculpara y culpó a la cocina — vergonzoso. Esto no fue un error, fue una estafa. Cobrar 500g y servir menos de 300g dos veces demuestra una falta total de honestidad. Además, la comida era de mala calidad: 🍄 El entrante de champiñones estaba extremadamente salado. 🍟 Las “patatas con trufa” no tenían sabor a trufa. 💬 Evita ANGUS Puerto Marina a toda costa. Engañan a los turistas, cobran de más y tratan a los clientes con una falta total de respeto. Esta experiencia arruinó nuestra primera noche y nos dejó una pésima impresión de Málaga y de España.

A lo largo de los años, hemos disfrutado de su carne, pero hemos visto una notable disminución en la calidad de su servicio. Antes, el personal era competente y atento, pero en mi última visita, me atendió una encargada que, lamentablemente, no parecía entender ni las solicitudes más básicas. Cuando pedí la carne "a punto menos", su respuesta fue confusa y desconcertante. Además, solicité un "Lomo alto" y lo que recibí fue predominantemente grasa, muy alejado de lo que esperaba. Este error fue llevado a la cocina, donde se produjo un altercado audible entre el personal, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más incómoda. Me entristece ver cómo ha cambiado la atención al cliente en este restaurante. La situación es desafortunada, ya que me encanta su ubicación y solía apreciarlo mucho. No obstante, con el actual nivel de servicio y competencia, lamentablemente, no volveré más. Espero que tomen en cuenta esta crítica constructiva y recompongan el equipo responsable que me atendió hoy. Mi consejo como empresario es cuidar a personas serviciales como una camarera Iraní qué tenéis y los chicos jovenes q son verdaderamente excepcionales y recuerdan a los clientes habituales. Deciros q la chica "delgadita" que seguro os atiende clientea de otros idiomas....cuando no tiene sueño, tienes "malaleche", cuando no es insultante hablar con ella porque exige al cliente, cuando no tiene cara de molesta por servir al cliente, como cuando no le gusta lo que pides o cuando te aconseja lo peor.....Es terrible. Cuando os quitéis a esa chica volveré pero como empresario, le daría vacaciones y la echaría mañana. Perdonad, os está haciendo daño y seguro ni os enteráis. Gracias.

Overpriced disappointment! Paid €214 for steaks that were either raw or burnt. This place used to be great — now it’s just a fancy façade hiding terrible food. Don’t be fooled by the signs and queues; it’s all hype and no quality. (Picture is fillet) "apparently"

I had fond memories of this place from my last visit in 2023, so I came back today with my family. We usually order beef tenderloin/filet, but this time the waitress convinced us to try the Tomahawk steak. I clearly told her that we don’t like fatty cuts and prefer our meat soft and tender. She insisted that the Tomahawk was exactly that – tender and high-quality, and that we should give it a try. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite. The steak was mostly fat and gristle – at best 10% was edible meat. Even that was rubbery and simply not enjoyable. We informed the waitress immediately and explained that we couldn’t eat it. We then asked to speak to the manager. The manager, Ricardo, was dismissive and unhelpful. He made it very clear that we would have to pay for the dish regardless of our complaint and refused any kind of accommodation or solution. I also told him that we had a reservation for eight people for next week, which I have now cancelled as a result of this experience. It’s frustrating to see how much the quality has dropped since 2023. The meat is far worse, yet the prices remain the same. Instead of maintaining quality and adjusting the prices fairly, they’ve lowered the standard just to keep the price point – and it shows. This steak was simply not edible. To the management: please rethink who you entrust with your customer service. Ricardo was uncooperative, unfriendly, and completely lacking in customer orientation. I can no longer recommend this restaurant to anyone – especially if you’re looking for good meat and respectful service.
