Papa Murphy's

Benicia and Vallejo really need this place. There is no other establishment that provide take-n-bake. The salads are pretty good too. Prices are very reasonable. The management, staff and service are always great.

Quick and friendly. Quality pizza and there's always a good deal to be had. Everyone at the store is friendly and welcoming. Thank you and I'll be back soon!!

We pulled the boat out of the water at the public launch ramp after a long day of fishing, and gave our fish away to a family that was there trying to hard to catch food for dinner. For a lot of folks it's hard these days to make ends meet, but when you have to sacrifice food to pay bills ..that's a whole other matter. We gave them enough for 4 dinners, and went straight to the Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza...It's always a 5 star experience, and today was no exception! ☆☆☆☆☆

What a delicious pizza. The Tuscan grilled chicken and sausage was fresh, zesty, and light. The crust was thinneethan expected for original crust. The staff were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They offered instructions that were easy to following we got home...great movie night dinner. No more take out pizzas for me.

I've only ordered online and picked up at this location. It's never busy Inside, im usually in and out in 5 minutes every time.

Love the take and bake. Tasty pizzas. Friendly staff. Great value when compared to the price of baked pizzas. Always a coupon or deal available.

The paper platter under the uncooked pizza is almost impossible to get out from under. The quality is good. Nice people who work there.

Love Benicia Papa Murpheys, but have to ask if the management has changed...Last 3 pizzas weren't the same quality. We get pizza there every week

Our family have a pizza day each week and we always get our pizza from here. It's nice to have fresh ready to bake pizza and bake it at home when everyone ready to eat. No kore cold pizza. Our favorite is the Murphy Combo and Cowboy thin crust pizza. You can also buy salad and cookie dough. You'll always get more coupon after your purchase 😉 haha

Location is good, right off the freeway, but the parking is hit or miss in the evenings. Sometimes there are no spots, even though they have 2 reserved spots for their store. Last time I went, I believed there was a show at the local martial arts studio, so there was no parking.

Always liked this pizza but there prices are getting very high abd pizza doesn't taste the same no sure whats different.

Why is it that everytime I order extra toppings or like today I ordered the cinnamon monkey bread with a extra frosting 75 cents more and I didn't get my frosting! This has happened everytime I've ordered extra toppings and I took a chance and I'll be Damn if it happened again. I won't order it again and I probably won't be back for some time now either.

I ordered for delivery. The employees sent the wrong order via Doordash. When I called, I was told that it could not be re-delivered and I needed to cancel the charge through my bank and reorder. And that they had no way of contacting Doordash, who they use to deliver. Unacceptable.

Got my order wrong on the first pizza, didnt even have my 2nd pizza ready. Told me 20 minutes, I was there after 30. As soon as I walked in, it smelled like a cat litter box. I'll go to Vallejo next time.

Underwhelming. I was hoping it would be closer to fresh restaurant pizza than getting store bought frozen pizza. Taste and consistency-wise it was closer to getting a frozen pizza's I had gotten in the past. Also as other reviewer mentioned, hard to separate from the paper, actually literally was unable to. The cooking tips do suggest you should take it off the plate after certain time in oven, then put it back directly on rack, which I have not done, did not to go through the hassle fumbling hot dish in 425 degrees risking burns and mess. Pros: Online order and pick up went without a hitch.

Two stars. Placed an order online and it was done quickly, before the estimated pick up time. Too bad we got food poisoning. Picked up three pizzas. A custom pizza, a $10 pepperoni, and a chicken artichoke pizza. Realized that they gave us the wrong pizza, a pepperoni and sausage (instead of pepperoni only). The chicken in the chicken artichoke tasted "off". Decided not to eat it. Had the pepperoni and sausage which gave us food poisoning (we know because we had it as leftovers the next night as well). Very disappointed with the old ingredients and wrong order.

Benicia, CA, Papa Murphy's I walk in Papa Murphy's 11/17 looking to grab a salad there is one salad which is a Garden Salad, which is not the salad I am not looking to purchase. I approach the counter 5 feet away looking at the menu. Nothing interest me, I start walking out the store. The cashier wearing a red shirt says "Thanks have a nice day" as I am already outside the store. I walk back inside the store and tell the cashier "I didn't purchase anything so be quiet". He said "Okay". Right after, I am walking out the store another employee named Hunter says "Thanks have a good day". Now its evident to me there not striving on customer service. Now I am upset, walk back inside tell them to "Shut up, your acting like a bunch of kids." Papa Murphy's has great quality ingredients, with reasonable price. A possible 4-5 star review turned into a 2 stars review based upon there customer service.

I called to place an order for pickup and this lady answered being super rude. She said food will be ready in 30 min. When I asked her if I can pay over phone she said they don't do that anymore in a super rude voice and hung up on me. When I went to go pick up my order, my order wasn't even ready I still had to wait another 20 minutes. Never again will I go to this location

Blandest pizza dough that's ever existed. First, and last time. The taste of the actual bread/crust should define a good pizza, and this experience was by far the worst outcome.

Ordered a pizza there last night and it made me terribly ill. I cooked it thoughroughly and properly and hadn’t eaten anything else in hours so I know without a doubt it was the pizza that made me so sick. I’m 32w pregnant and I’m extremely upset by this experience- it’s bad enough getting food poisoning but getting it while hugely pregnant just adds insult to injury. The pizza was the chicken bacon artichoke delite- I’m throwing the rest of it away- total waste of money. FAIL, Papa Murphy’s!
