My mouth is watering just writing this up. I live this place, it's delicious every time! No other burger joint can match except In N Out although I change them up, one day I'll do Habit, the other In N Out. Love the food, and recommend it!

I always get the kids hamburger deal for me adding free tomato & lettuce. It's the perfect size. I pay the 50c upcharge for the green beans instead of fries. Yummo !! 😋 🍔

I loved their burgers! They are so yummy. They've messed up my order a few times (I think because they are always so busy!!) but the one time I mentioned it, they gave me my meal for free. So pretty awesome customer service.

I was in the back seat and ordered a chicken sandwich. Honestly was very good, tasted like chicken. The food took a while to arrive but it was all worth it once I opened the box and saw my chicken sandwich.

I have to applaud this restaurant on their AMAZING customer service! I come here often for the Jalapeno Char Burger. Today I was ordering 3. I had a rollercoaster of a day already starting with some social media drama on top of feeling sick and nauseous.... Then I had a tire blow that I have to replace for the second time in a month. I was getting off work and sat in drive thru to order dinner for my family as I usually would. I didn't realize until I got to the window that I had forgotten my wallet at home. I asked if I could come right back to pay but they were closing at 8pm so that wasnt an option, especially with a ginormous drive thru line already. My battery on my phone was dying and the only other option was apple pay which I didn't have because I have android. I even offered to have my husband venmo the money to an employee inside. After the cashier spoke with her manager, I was blown away that they decided to give me my order anyway & on the house. I am amazed at this great blessing to end my day and will continue to do business at this location and recommend them to others. Thank you so much Habit Burger for making my evening much brighter.

Wish it was cleaner. Service is non-existent. However, the burger is excellent, albeit pricey. It's the only one that could come close to In-N-Out. Of course, you do pay for that, but again, it's excellent!

Excellent Tuna salad!!! Please don't change the way you make it. It's always perfectly grilled. Service was very good. We had to clean our own table before sitting down, but they were busy in the kitchen and had enough staff. We don't mind as long as our food is perfectly cooked and the kitchen and cooking area is clean at all times.

Very friendly staff, tasty burgers, various selection of beers. Plenty of space, unlike other restaurants where it’s almost impossible to walk by without brushing up against someone, but most importantly for me, CLEAN & SANITARY RESTROOMS!

My cashier was the nicest person ever she went above and beyond for me today I hope she didn’t get in trouble for organizing my order for me. I had $160 purchase and I asked kindly if she could separate my burgers for my staff she was so enthusiastic and very helpful and I believe she got in trouble by her manager because her manager said That that was not allowed I hope that she does not get in trouble on my behalf, and I hope the manager can look past whatever she stink and think long-term business wise. I always try to help my local businesses before I travel anywhere else.

OMG! I'd never stopped here although I love hamburgers. Went yesterday, requested a specialty burger not in their list of options and was given a lovely, freshly made, hot, yummy burger and fries. Absolutely divine! Would recommend to anyone who loves charbroiled burgers.

While we enjoy dashing through Habit with some frequency and the food is good, I've not before been asked to comment. So, off the bat, I am pleased to say our order on August 6 was PERFECT! Four of us ordered "customized" combos. Each was delivered to.perfection. I always order the tempura green beans. Never before were they do perfectly prepared and so delicious. The staff members were kind and attentive.. We pulled to the side of the building and enjoyed an in-car picnic right then and there! Can't say enough good things about Vallejo Habit. We'll be back soon.

I love habit grill. We used to always go to in/out burger when we went to CA (because of the hype I'm sure) but I never really cared for them. They are so basic and frankly not very good. But Habit Burger is the absolute BEST when it comes to fast food. We literally never go to in/out anymore (thankfully) and we always go to Habit. Get the Santa Barbara Char. It's amazing!!! I wish I were there right now. They also have Habit in South Florida and we go every time we get that way. They used to have them in Orlando but for some odd reason they closed. Please bring them back to Orlando. Yummy 😋

That new chicken sandwich is pretty damn good. Probably my new favorite option at the Habit. I am not too much of a great fan of the beef options but my mother loves the salad at this place which look really good. Customer service is always fast and efficient with almost no errors. You have a great staff working at this facility and anyone visiting the area should give it a try.

The Habit is really tasty. The burgers are really good and fries are crispy. Tried the new Golden Crispy Chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. The only criticism I can make of the Habit is that the Drive through lines are always long and move very slowly. Not sure it's fair to dock them a star for that since I'm sure the wait is due to the food being fresher than typical fast food.

This is an extremely busy habit location. It's faster to get out and go inside to order your foods and go through the drive through You get it hot and fresh pretty quickly. That service friendly people haven't had any problems with this location.

I purchased the Santa Barbara Cobb Salad. This was a very delicious salad. Loaded with crispy fresh greens, tomatoes, bleu cheese, cubes of chicken, avocado, and eggs.

The Habit rates above In N Out and Five Guys in my book. A double char is fairly large and filling, with fresh ingredients. Wider variety of burgers than some other chains(Teriyaki burger, BBQ bacon burger, along with chicken and fish to round out the selection). Good fries, although the portion is a little small. Although not my cup of tea, the Edamame are a good fried treat. The shakes are pretty decent, although nothing too special. All in all a solid 8/10 burger. Definitely beats out something like Jack in the Box or Carl's Junior.

I guess it's gotten better since the last time I went. And the fries are delicious with the ranch. I prefer the strawberry limeonade drink with the lemon on the side. But it's not cheap and everything is added up. But the service and the people were nice there so I gave them that.

I was happy to receive my free birthday burger from The Habit. It was good and delicious The fries were great a little salty but good. I Only didn't like the Tea Flavors. Tasty burgers, they're not very big but definitely delicious. Lettuce wrap option is great, so is the selection of pickles that is offered in the cutlery section. They offer a wider selection of drinks, fries are also good. Staff is welcoming and friendly if you care about that. Overall a good branch of a successful burger chain.

Taste like every other habit ive been too. Pretty much everything is sold seperate. Burger, fries, and drink. Ends up being about $20-$25 a person. Fries are pretty weak. Onion rings are good. Workers here are usually nice and patient with the costumers

This restaurant is a go to. Great Charburgers, good selectiom of salads, and the tuna sandwich is also tasty. The other nice thing is they don't just have french fries as a side. There are onion rings and tempura green beans, which are my new favorite. Varied selection of iced tea and lemonade, so you don't have to drink soda.

I was very happy with the quality of my burger. Very popular place as they seem to have found a formula that works. Better than other fast food, but at a higher price.

I always order the Ahi tuna. Of the dozen or more times, I don't remember getting the same portions or consistently cooked to order; it has mostly come either too pink, almost raw and still cold - because it was frozen, and/or a smaller or larger portion than the previous order!!! It is a $8:00 order!!!

We waited a very long time. Food was good but they did forget to put an item in our order. We should have checked before we left but not getting the salad we ordered was a bummer.

Burgers and sandwiches are great, but i have literally NEVER had crispy fries from this location. Tonight my fries were literally still raw, not a single fry could stand up on its own. Its honestly as if all habit locations dont even care about the fries, as they always stack the fries on top of eachother, insulating them with wads of napkins so they steam themselves out making it impossible for them to stay crispy. And the messed up part is its not as if the napkins keep the fries warm, so now you just have cold soggy worms that are still so raw that the skin of them almost pops when you bite them... Gross.... And for how much an order of fries cost, youd think theyd try harder.

Very disappointed! Just ordered two grilled chicken sandwich and paid extra for portabella mushrooms and they have put pickles instead. Waste of money, waste of time. Never order online to this location. Gave it two stars because the food was fresh!

We placed our order thru the kiosk and at around 8 o'clock they locked the front door. We were waved down during our meal from people wanting us to open the door for them. The staff kept turning anyone who got it via us or another patron. They would tell them order online or use the drive thru were short staffed. They had 5 people behind the counter at the time. For a $52 meal at a burger place I would have to say I was disappointed.

Good tasting burgers, but mine was not as hot as it should be. Drinks are $3-$4!! and meals start out at around $13! I think I'll stick to In-N-Out next time.

So I did try there drive thru because I was too lazy to get out the car and go inside. Foods cool but the drive thru took a while so if you're in a hurry or hangry don't use the drive thru. Went to this restaurant for the first time. The food unfortunately was average. It took 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. They messed up our order. Had to go inside wait another 15 minutes. Unfortunately they still screwed up the order we were over waiting probably would not go back.

Burgers had a little to much seasoning. They didn’t give any of the 6 of us the correct order. My friend had to use fries as a bun instead of the bread because it was so pilled up with mayonnaise. The Fries were delicious but that’s the only thing that was good. Just go to In N Out. It’s better.

This was last year and I don't want to exaggerate the issue. I am in deep love with your chicken sandwich with coleslaw drench in spicy red pepper sauce. However, there was one day where that same sandwich was served with no coleslaw, no spicy red pepper sauce, just two burnt pieces of toast and a burnt piece of chicken. I understand what it's like to struggle in the workforce at a busy time, but take your time to process what you're making. These people can wait for their food.

First trip ever to Habit. The server was very pleasant, I like to start with the good, and don’t like to leave bad reviews, but: Our two burgers had items we requested be left out (sauce, tomatoes) and the server repeated the order back, so I guess the trouble was in the kitchen. The sweet potato fries were not great, undercooked and soggy, the chicken nuggets were good. My husband has a no-go list and this chain is on it.

Foods good, once you finally get it. Drive thru takes 10+ minutes with only two cars ahead with only one bag going to each. I keep coming back for a "quick" bite hoping it'll be better but each time they just prove how poorly trained they are by how long it takes. Didn't used to be this way. Fries are usually completely soggy for some reason too. Hopefully they'll get it together soon

The past few times I have been here there have been problems with my order. A few times my burger had onions when I specifically asked for none. Today I went and I had no onions except it looks like they scrapped all the cheese off my burger probably because it was already cooked and had onions on it. Also my food was cold so I know it wasn’t fresh. It’s just disappointing considering the high prices and the fact that I work at another burger chain so I know when something isn’t right. I also once asked to order a shake, they told me no but then I seen else someone order one. I asked to order a shake again and I heard the manager yell “I already told her no”. That was very disrespectful and not how you talk to people.

Typical Fast Food place. I tried the Fried Chicken sandwich which looked good, but lacked the flavor. It was mostly salty that i can remember. Their buns seems to fall apart easily whichever kind of sandwich you order. I also ordered their Onion Rings and again all I taste is salt. Will try to avoid this place for awhile.

The staff is friendly. The Habit was our favorite & it had been awhile since we ate there We were shocked that it was $40 for 2 of us. One salad, one ahi tuna sandwich & 2 tempura fries& NO drinks. That is the last time we will be going there. It’s sad, we used to go frequently but now it’s unaffordable & they’ve added the tip line as well.

Im sorry but i wouldnt feed this too my dog. The fries had no taste even with salt and the hamburger was awful. For whay i paid i am so dissappointed this was my first and last time here. I had to come hete cause Buds burgers was closed for Mothers day they are the best and cheaper than this place. This was awful and my fries were cold.

Waited on a long line for drive-thru, informed the cashier that were paying with a coupon. At the counter, the cashier called somebody else to inform us that the coupon is old and asked us to pay in cash. Well next time if you plan to issue something like coupon or voucher, put an expiration date to avoid disappointing your customers. You forgot to provide the customer satisfaction, we went there because we want our visitor from Dubai to try Habit burger even though they have requested for IN and OUT. I guess it’ll be the last time for us coming here.

We came in and asked for two chicken sandwiches with no sauces on them. When they came, they had mayo. I took them back to the counter and explained that I asked for no sauces. They said they would redo our order and bring them to our table. We waited again for our food. They brought us two new chicken sandwiches with mayo.

The veggie burge was great the service sucked. I asked if I could get a shake with strawberry and chocolate ( no big deal right?) and the manager flipped out and had an attitude for no reason. She said “ If I do it for you , I have to deal it for everyone”. I told her I was a customer and I was asking a question and she had no right to raise her voice. It totally ruined the experience. I have never been so disappointed in a habit. They got our meals wrong three times, and on the last time didnt even try to remake it, just added the stuff on and handed it back. The manager was so rude when we asked for our food to be remade, she acted like it was our fault it was wrong. That is just horrible customer service. I do not think we will be coming back to this habit anytime soon.

The messed up our order and wouldn't offer a refund. Noone on location would help, referred to online. We had already driven home and found onions in an order we asked not to have onions. We can't just drive back gas prices have gone up. We wait to have a night to splurge on junk food and it was a let down.

Horrible. The person that took my order assumed I was not paying with cash and sent me to the kiosk, though she took the person's order that was behind me. Was it because I am a person of color? She later took my order when I questioned her. My order was tempura green beans and a BBQ Chicken salad. My tempura green beans sat on the counter for 5 minutes before being placed in the bag and when I got home and started eating my salad I discovered a long strand of hair. Needless to say, I threw my salad in the garbage.

I came at 2:50 PM. About four persons/customers inside. I Ordered 1 #1Charburger COMBO, plus extra garlic fries. Took 10 minutes. I DID NOT get the combo!! 😳 Just 1 Charburger which was limp, soggy & was stale!!😳 It was a little warm like it was just placed in a toaster oven (microwaved?); No regular fries(which was part of the combo) Got only the garlic fries and was soggy, (should be crispy!) 🙄 with a pinch of garlic on top. There was no drink. 🙄 Server, out of courtesy gave me an empty medium cup. I was so disappointed with my order. Seems like not much customers. Whole order was not freshly cooked!!😳WILL NOT COME BACK HERE ANYMORE. NO WONDER you can always see a long line at IN & OUT all day. 🙄

We placed an order for two double char burgers and one single char burger. My husband ordered his with cheese I ordered mine without cheese and but with mushrooms. We got the order got it home unpackaged it and the hamburger was falling apart as we were unpackaging it. All three of them had cheese on it and my husband is the one that had my mushrooms on it. The lettuce was so thick on there that we had to literally take a bunch of it off in order to even be able to taste the beef. It didn't even look appetizing. The total food cost came to $47 and something. We could have gone out to a nice restaurant and had lunch for that price. So anyway I contacted habit Burger like they said to do and that I should be hearing back from somebody real soon well that was 4 days ago and I haven't heard back from anybody yet. That will be the last time I ever eat a habit burger anywhere.

I ordered the double burger and experienced food poisoning soon after. This was an extremely disappointing and concerning experience. I will not be returning.

Every time I come to this Habit in Vallejo, they never give customers what they actually ask for. Tonight I ordered food and specifically asked for ranch and teriyaki sauce. I got three sandwiches… and they handed me ONE ranch cup. No teriyaki at all. How am I supposed to split one tiny ranch between three sandwiches? Now my siblings and I gotta ration sauce like it’s a survival mission. It’s not that hard to read the order and put in the correct sauces. Super disappointing and honestly happens way too often at this location.

Store closes at 11:30pm. Lobby already preparing to close and it's only 9:00pm Only fountain drinks are available. Our favorite lemonade drinks are not available because the cashier sais they had to clean the machine early. For godlike, it's not that hard to clean the dispenser for the drinks. Who ever the manager of this store sucks. They should please customers. I'm very upset with this issue.
