Uno Pizzeria & Grill - Bensalem

We always enjoy our visits here. It's always busy but never noisy or crowded. The food is always excellent and the servers friendly and attentive. It's always clean. The lighting is just right too...not so dark that you can't see your food and not so bright that the gleam of the silverware causes retinal damage. To me, it just feels like an oasis from the hustle and bustle of the outside world where you can relax, talk, enjoy good food and drink, and generally recharge.

This was our first time at Uno Warrington and turned out to be great experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. The server was kind and helpful. We have ordered Farmer’s market and Taco Pizza ( No meat). Also ordered Windy Hurricane (Margarita) which was really tasty. The menu have plenty of Vegetarian 🌱 and Vegan option.

Uno is always a good choice .Variety of good.Great steaks too.

There was 16 of us we just showed up. They sat us quickly and were very pleasant. The service was fast and the waiter was very nice.

The Uno story begins in Chicago in 1943 when Ike Sewell developed deep dish pizza and opened a new type of restaurant at the corner of Ohio & Wabash. It was here that Ike served a pizza unlike any that had been served before. Buttery 'out-of-this-world' crust that had a tall edge like a fruit pie. He created a recipe that combined authentic Italian spices and quality tomatoes with more cheese than people could believe and then baked it for nearly an hour. When people tasted it, they wanted more of the same and the lines have been forming ever since to get into the restaurant. Uno still draws its identity and inspiration from the artisan heritage of the original Pizzeria Uno in Chicago, IL. Each restaurant still makes their deep dish pizza dough fresh every morning, and our Chicago Thin Crust Pizza is jam-packed with bold flavors. Today, we are as passionate about craft beer as we are our pizza. We work with quality brewers to bring you a selection of some of the best national, regional and local craft beers. After all, nothing goes better together than pizza and beer.

My wife, father in law and myself go out for dinner every Friday, we go to a different place each week. It's been a little while since we last ate at UNO PIZZERIA & GRILL. It's definitely on the list to come back to, we started out we Margaritas 🍹 🍹🍹 it was very enjoyable.

Service was great and the food was delicious. I haven't eaten at an Uno's in some time but it definitely didn't disappoint. The French onion soup was probably my favorite close following the pizza. I also got the spinach artichoke dip expecting it to be with tortilla chips but instead it came with baguette kinda chips. Still good but I was just expecting tortilla chips. Highly recommend 😁

The 🍕 was fabulous! Very good drinks as well. Had the veggie pizza and the chocolate 🍰. A must!

I was taken here for my birthday and the staff was very friendly. They were gonna sing to me but I declined it. Pretty affordable for what was purchased and I had the biggest slice of cake that reminded me of the cake from the movie Matilda (showing my age a bit).

We called ahead for a group of 21 people including children. We had great service and the food was fast & tasted great,the manager even accommodated a specific food request for food allergic guests.Good time and great memories made!

It was quite busy when we went, but the host found a seat for us and we really enjoyed our food! Can't wait to go back!

I haven't been to an UNO's in over 30yrs. I wasn't happy with it then. What a surprise I had this time. The gluten-free pizza was amazing. I'll be back.

We had a really good time here, the service was really good (shoutout to our waitress Brinn for her good service) and the food was delicious. We really recommend this restaurant.

We walked in not knowing about their terrific $12 special ☆ food & service were great. We enjoyed a wonderful meal. Matthew, our server, couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. We'll definitely return again soon.

We brought the kids for lunch, had a great experience! Our host and server were superb!

I go here often enough that most servers know/ recognize me, which is a nice touch. Good food, although it's getting expensive ( isn't everything?)

I don’t know what took me so long to write a review as many times as I’ve been there. Each & every time they exceed my expectations. Their delicious Detroit cheese pizza, sweet chili wings, & of course that hot honey on the pizza is always a winning combo. Finishing it all off with a nice cold beer or a soda always hits the spot. The service is always great & the workers know how to have a great time with their customers! Overall a great experience.

The food and service is always A1! The atmosphere not so much🤷🏾‍♂️ The great thing is I go for the food !!!!

Wonderful experience! LeAnn was our server & I must say, her service was phenomenal! Deep dish pizza was out of this world. Coming back, a lot!!!!!

Buffalo quesadilla was amazing, meat market deep dish extremely salty & dough tasted like uncooked pastry dough…. Brownie sundae was good.

The staff were really nice and quick to serve. Well-kept establishment with well-kept employees. Heck, they even opened the entrance door when we came and left. Never had that done for me before. The food was pretty good, though the deep dish wasn't as deep as I'm used to, but regardless, the pizza was great!

I didn't have a good experience eating in but I ordered pizza here for take out & I like their original deep dish pizza. Whenever I have a pizza craving this is the place to go.

Came with hubby to grab a bite and the place was busy, full and loud. Waited a bit long to get a table almost gave up. But staff was friendly so big plus. Pizza for $5 was good. Reasonable price.

Pretty good food and nice atmosphere. Friendly service. They are open for curb side pickup. The steak and burgers are good. The take out has been variable during the pandemic.

Best deep dish pizza I've eaten. But the pizza is hit or miss at times. Consistency is now there. Their chicken parm is also very good.

I’ve always been fairly loyal to Uno, but my most recent visit left me really disappointed. The food arrived only lukewarm, and even worse, we had to wait an extremely long time for our main dishes. This experience has really changed my impression of the restaurant, and we won’t be coming back for a long time.

The food tasted well. We had pizza and steak. But as we walked in the restaurant smelled dump. The steak wasn’t served in a hot dish instead it was cold so steak got colder. Same thing happened for the pizza. The service was slow and not very friendly.

Service was slow even tho the restaurant wasn't crowded. Server forgot drinks, mixed up food, and the children's meals were frozen foods (nuggets and Kraft mac n cheese) which left me unimpressed. Seems to be overpriced for the quality.

Food prices have gone way up and the food quality way down. Asked for a medium rare burger get well done Ordered fries got mushy steak fries. Had an offer for buy one entree get one half off and I had an exclusive free appetizer offer. Neither had disclaimers they couldn't be combined in my email offers. However Manager said they couldn't combine them. I've had enough with them making up rules that aren't posted. This happened my last time here. So this is mylast time here after coming here for years

I saw the post on Facebook about decorating a pumpkin. I called before I went thank God. The gentleman that answered the phone said that they only had enough pumpkins for whoever made reservations. The Facebook post only said it was recommended. Not needed. So now I have a daughter that is upset because she thought she was going to decorate a pumpkin and eat dinner.

I've been coming to this place for years and I am usually satisfied. On this particular occasion, every thing was fine until I ordered the featured fruit shake. Then, both my server and the bartender came to my table to refuse it to me. The reason cited was that I had a few beers and since there was alcohol in the shake, I couldn't have it. I found this behavior very bizarre, since the shakes are also available in non alcohol version. I can't help but feel that my age and gender had a big part to play in this decision. Sadly, I no longer feel the affection I had for this place.

It’s a nice place but the service sucks. They advertised a 2 for $30 meal deal and refused to honor it. We asked about it, and the waitress said she knew nothing about it and doesn’t even study or look at the menu for her own job. She said they do take out deals she doesn’t really know and I said this doesn’t specify that it’s only take out and excludes dine in. She didn’t even make an attempt to ask management about the meal deal and we showed her for the location we were at, it was being advertised online. Pretty shitty if you ask me. If it’s advertised, it needs to be honored and someone should have asked about it. Then we were pretty much ignored all night by her. She walked past us multiple times and tended to multiple tables checking in on them and rarely ever stopped by our table to check in on us.

I ordered yesterday for the first and last time from here. Ordered cheesy sticks french fries and pepperoni slices. I had taken two bites of the cheesy sticks and opening the marinara dip when l noticed this bug in the sauce. There was other ones too but l could barely bring myself to take this picture l immediately threw everything away and felt nauseous the whole day after. Absolutely disgusting never coming here again

A whole $40 Deep dish pizza..literally called a “Imperial Pepperoni- Large” I added 2 topping -which is $4 a piece I add..I get home..and Not one damn pepperoni on this pizza!! Not one.. should that not have been the first step?? Is anyone double checking. Being a Detroit style dish I thought it would be under the cheese (back home that’s how we do it) NOPE NOT one. How do you look at the ticket and not see Pepperoni. I’m low key highly pissed

We were extremely disappointed with our Uno's takeout order tonight. Kids cheeseburgers at $7 each and this is what we got. A slider (not described as a slider in the description) and a handful of fries. The cheese was barely present, and no, it wasn't all stuck on the roll. Complete waste of money and driving time! At least the young guy who brought the food to the car was friendly.

The worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered the deep dish pepperoni for take out. It's about 5 minutes from where I'm staying and when I opened the box, the pizza was luke warm. The crust has an odd taste to it and the toppings are sometimes bland or extremely salty. It's like they just threw salt here and there. It's really disgusting and I'm regretting not getting a pizza from WAWA, because their pics is far superior to the crap pizza I paid over 25 bucks for.

Went to the Bensalem location and was highly disappointed. I ordered a deep dish Chicago pizza it came out and there was not a drop of sauce on the pizza. The waitress came and laughed and said it’s supposed to have sauce and brought a little dish with sauce in it. The boneless wings were rock hard. The food and service were very bad. I know it’s not fine dining however a pizza with no sauce is absolutely unacceptable. Oh and the cook kept coming out of the kitchen and standing in the dining area. Just overall bad experience that makes me never want to go back there.

Been a long time customer, never had an experience like tonight was served brisket that was like eating bacon and then ordered desert which was drowned in choclate sauce. Bill was over $60 and on top of that charged for 2 sodas when I only ordered one. Won't be returning anymore.
