Cibo ottimo, locale caratteristico e personale cordiale

Il nome una garanzia: una vera e propria osteria vecchio stile. Gestione familiare, cucina "grezza" nel miglior senso del termine, poca raffinatezza e tanta sostanza, un posto dove andare per mangiare bene, e non per farsi vedere mangiare. Andato nel week end con alcuni amici, ottima atmosfera, forse un poco piccolino all'interno, ma appena si comincia ad assaggiare la cucina, ci si dimentica dei piccoli difetti. Personale estremamente cortese, amichevole ma non invadente, rapido e attento. Costo onestissimo, soprattutto viste le porzioni più che generose che servono e la qualità degli ingredienti, assolutamente un posto in cui tornare.

Locale piccolo ben tenuto con possibilità di mangiare all'aperto nella bella stagione, pulito con tavoli ben distanziati, personale attento e gentilissimo, piatti della tradizione ben presentati, cibo ottimamente cucinato, ho mangiato in "ristoranti" che neanche si avvicinano per qualità e prezzo (veramente alla portata di tutti) a questa trattoria. Che altro dire, pochi fronzoli ma tanta sostanza, un plauso a questi ristoratori che mantengono viva la tradizione. Da provare e riprovare assolutamente. Difficile trovare posto senza prenotazione.

È una Trattoria e purtroppo non essendo qualificato, non posso definirlo Ristorante, perché nel campo, per essere.ristorante si devono possedere caratteristiche aziendali specifiche, che la Gallina Fumante non ha.ma vi assicuro che per la serietâ, per la cucina, per la location ed il servizio questa piccola azienda familiare non ha concorrenti. È sempre bene prenotare ma solo perche' I posti sono limitati e l'emergenza.C19 ci ha messo il resto. La proprietaria, carinissima, serve ai tavoli ed il marito e la figlia sono la sua spalla. Bravissimi educati puliti, servono menù fisso molto economico, ma se si vuole solo un secondo o primo è possibile. Rispetto sanitario per il cliente, specie in questo periodo, piccola saletta adibita.anche a piccole cerimonie. Cibo molto buono. Servizio veloce. A pranzo durante la settimana i prezzi sono: Menù primo e contorno: 7€. Menù secondo e contorno: 11€ Menù primo, secondo e contorno: 14€ Bevande escluse. Dolce: 5€. Non ci sono molti parcheggi, se non lungo la strada.

It's an authentic, traditional osteria, of which there are unfortunately fewer and fewer. Located in the countryside about a kilometer from Bereguardo, it's a simple but welcoming place, with efficient and friendly staff. The cuisine is what you'd expect from such a place: traditional, plentiful, and flavorful. The best thing is the excellent value for money. The only drawback is the lack of proper parking. It's a typical place that, if you like this type of restaurant, is highly recommended.

Reservations were made by phone. We were told, to be fair, that there was a €35 fixed menu, including water and coffee. Wine and other alcoholic beverages were not included. This avoids surprises upon arrival, and so, in recognition of the transparency that is rare these days, we accepted. The restaurant is just outside the town of Bereguardo, with views stretching across the surrounding countryside. There is no parking available, but the small road that continues past the restaurant allows you to park on the side of the road. The interior is quaint, rich in detail and uniquely warm. We were welcomed by the very kind staff, who led us into the dining room. The space isn't very large, and perhaps that's why we felt truly at home. An off-menu entrée: delicious mortadella, and, ironically, not greasy or even tasting greasy. An excellent start. The scheduled courses followed, in order of the menu. The quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation made this lunch a memorable and satisfying experience. Not to mention the portions, well-measured and designed to leave you feeling full. The attentive and courteous staff served each course with salt, making sure to check if everything was to our liking. The agreed-upon price was respected without any surprises, and (in our case) an excellent chilled limoncello was offered after settling the bill. Their friendliness and cordiality sealed our visit. Recommended for everyone.
