Just had to write a review becase the guy who helped me here yesterday at around 10 am was so friendly and efficient i was amazed. At a time when customer service is going out the window i take time out of my day to write a review when an associate goes above and beyond to provide customer service.

Subway is very widespread sandwich shop so you know what you’re going to get when you go. The sandwiches are good, fast, and predictable. Nothing fantastic but nothing bad. This particular subway is especially small so there’s only very limited seating but other than that, it’s a standard subway.

Compared to other local subways around here, the quality of this place relatively low. The sandwiches made here are not folded well and the dressings and veggies tend to fall out. The general staff attitude is so-so, and they do not handle customer situations very well (for this is a downtown area and circumstances do arise often).

I've eaten there for years, although last I attended I got severe food poisoning. when I returned to inform the restaurant of the food poisoning, I watched the person handling the in a unsanitary manner such as you seen her cell phone before returning to food handling. while talking to the manager, she was more concerned apologizing rather than listening to the details of what happened.

Standard subway, stingy on the meat I would say. They put more veggies than meat. Sandwhich zone is nearby and way better than this. Cheaper too.

Nice people and clean shop but the man who made my meatball sub doesn’t know how to make this sandwich and just put plain meatballs on the bread without so much as a tablespoon of the marinara sauce.

Ok, so this is my first time here and the food was good but Just on the fact that I had a coupon for buy 6 inch sub and get one for free of charge, but got one regular 6 inch sub then 2 is ridiculous. Hope it's better next time.

Not so good but cheap... They used too much paper to package my meal and convince me to take much that I have initially planned... Definitely not environmentally efficient.

I didn't like it so much. They don't have a lot of sitting place and there is a long lines during lunch time. I also didn't like the stuff attitude.

I can honestly say I hope this place gets shutdown. The manager was rude when I told her that I was gonna return the sandwich, she told me that it’s no return and got offended. Sandwich was dry, flat, with barely anything on it tasteless and disappointing. I called to speak with someone hoping to be able to get a refund or bring my sandwich back and she was defensive telling me it’s nothing wrong with the sandwich when I asked for a loaded sandwich, cheese and extra veggies, but she talked over me telling me it was the correct portion size. I upset smh

I literally just had the worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Have you no shame?! Terrible, Awful, Nasty!! I would never ever return. You guys are honestly disgusting and need to shut those doors for good. It was supposed to be a Meatball Marinara Sandwich. They prepared worse than if it was for a wild beast it was a to go and I had to head back to work, I later grabbed it out of the trash (in the car) for this lovely photo. This is truly sad.

I ordered the great garlic sub for pickup. I made a few modifications through the app, but nothing extreme. When I picked it up, it was just the ingredients added, nothing from the base great garlic sub. Very disappointing, and frankly, a waste of money.

This place doesn’t accept coupons, the store send me coupons to my home but when you go there they don’t want to get it and want you pay for the full price.
