I always stop here on my train journey. It's a quiet bar, usually not crowded, and serves good coffee. Inside the bar, there's also a tobacconist offering various services, including Mooney card refills and PagoPa services. It's a great place to stop; the dining area is on your right as you enter. I had a coffee cream and was pleasantly surprised by the quantity. Usually, you find it in small glasses, but here they serve it in hot chocolate glasses at a fair price. The staff is always friendly and helpful; it's a blessing to have a refreshment point like this every day.

Buona cucina con dehor estivo. Prezzi nella media. Bar e tabaccheria in stazione ferroviaria di Biella.

Ci vado spesso soprattutto per comprare caffè e sigarette. Ho pranzato un paio di volte, si mangia benissimo e rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Accoglienza ottima, tavoli interni ed esterni, ampio parcheggio ed è sempre aperto. Naturalmente quattro stelle, perché non stiamo parlando di un ristorante di lusso.

Bar Buffet STAZIONE. Come in ogni stazione abbiamo il degrado assoluto. Nulla da dire sul cibo, migliorabile… ma vogliamo parare dei camerieri? Maleducati. Dalla signorina bionda tatuata, alla proprietaria, che maltratta sia i camerieri che i clienti. Pagato il cappuccio a 1,80, neanche a Milano costa così tanto. Vorrei soffermarmi sulla mia perplessità sull’igiene del locale. D’estate questo posto è infestato da mosche in tutta la sala, non oso immaginare la condizione precaria della cucina. Vorrei ricordarvi che le mosche volano e toccano qualsiasi cosa.. Rapporto qualità prezzo? insufficiente Cibo? Sufficiente Caffè? Insufficiente Location: 2!

PARCEL COLLECTION The tobacconist's collection point at No. 31 on Via San Paolo in Biella never shows the "delivered" checkmark, so notifications keep arriving. Furthermore, the blonde woman who handles it always seems rude, as if she's annoyed at offering me this service. After the first time I noticed a package wasn't marked as received, I went to the tobacconist to report it, and they didn't even apologize. Then, a second time, a package was marked as not received. I went to the tobacconist to have it presented, and the owner, instead of listening to me and realizing I was referring to another package, rudely told me that "I've already told you three times," thinking I was still referring to the first package. I advise the "kind" managers to no longer participate in the Poste Italiane parcel collection service if they have no desire or intention to provide the service. Otherwise, since it's a collection point very close to my workplace and therefore convenient for me, I'll continue to have my packages delivered there and if the problem occurs again, I'll bring it to the attention of the owner a fourth, fifth, sixth, and so on.

The place is beautiful, as is the renovation of some of its parts. It's a shame that the owner is rather rude and unprofessional, as are some of the young customers, or rather, I would say too young, who are not very respectful... sometimes a little aggressive, which unfortunately ruins the location.

An absurd experience, never to be repeated... Two sandwiches with a cutlet, water, Coke, and coffee for €20, but the shocking thing is the sandwich (if you can call it that). The cutlet is split lengthwise so as to use it for two sandwiches (if not three), and so you end up with a thin slice of half-cutlet, breaded on one side and brown meat on the other (like a cheap cutlet from a discount store), all topped with tasteless cheese and rock-hard bread. The sandwich itself cost a whopping €7, but if there were €2 worth of ingredients, that's already a lot. In my house, this is called a scam.

The blonde lady at the checkout is rude!! She charges for water from the tap, and when I wanted to buy a bottle, she made me pay for both without my consent! She's really rude!! When she talks to people, she's rude!! I don't recommend her!!

It all started when, instead of two croissants, only one arrived, with freshly squeezed orange juice (paid €5.50) without a teaspoon or any sugar packets. And as I drank the juice, I almost choked on an orange pip in it. This inconvenience scared me badly and ruined my already daring breakfast. I had to leave for a long journey to my homeland, Latvia, and these unpleasantnesses ruined my awakening.
