What here with my cousin fairly laid at night the service was very good and the food was good too. Would recommend their Mac and keys
I like very much this store and restaurant! Delicious decent food. The staff is friendly , attentive and professional very helpful. Food tastes lovely and fresh! Only one thing to fast service not giving me the little relaxation because very popular. Don’t worry that! Parking abundant. lots of good things.
I ordered the maple bacon chicken which is absolutely delicious! My granddaughter ordered the country fried chicken and loved it! We both took home leftovers for lunch the next day. Seating was quick, service was fast and a wonderful waiter who was very pleasant! Definitely love this place!
Stopped in for a quick lunch, quite busy but were seated promptly and the waitress was there in no time. I tried the cheese burger and it was fantastic. Seasoned perfect, fresh roll and cooked to order. Will be back for that one!
At our last visit, our waitress, Alexis, was very attentive, we got our food quickly, and everything was delicious. Cracker Barrel is one of our favorite places to get breakfast. The store also has a great selection of gifts!
Taylor the cheerful waitress is great and attentive. Foods are all good especially the pancakes and French toasts. Thank you so much for letting us having food and vibe so enjoyable.
Great stop traveling from Philadelphia/NJ area to the finger lakes or Cooperstown NY. Right off the highway with quick service and hot food.
It may have just been a quick stop, but lovely country interior.
Always come here at the end of my college semester and am never disappointed; today was no different! This time, we had a new hire as our server and she killed it. I wish I got her name and she said it was only her second day but she was doing great!! I’ve worked in the service industry before so I know how crazy it can get at times, especially on the first few days of the job. I hope she reads this message so she knows just how amazing of a job she’s doing. So attentive, respectful, caring and all around a great person. Cracker Barrel is lucky to have her! The food and cashier who helped me were also superb! 5/5!!
It was a great restaurant experience for children, lovely friendly service, good options (Mac and cheese was a favorite).
When we travel and are on the road, Cracker Barrel is the place to eat! My kids love it, and my wallet likes it as well
Over the past years I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel. The employees have always been friendly and polite. Some are very knowledgeable regarding their menu options meaning that some probably studied the menu and even tasted the foods. This location can get busy with waits for a table but as always its worth the wait. Prices aren't that high for the amount and quality of food. There's a wide range to chose from even the kids menu seems to satisfy the young people. I'll have to say that Cracker Barrel is one of my area favorites to dine at. Not about the store area of the restaurant. I enjoy browsing the merchandice That Cracker Barrel stocks. There's plenty of options to choose from for those special people in your life. The assortment of gifts or gift ideals is plentiful.
I have been coming to Cracker Barrel for about 30 years, since it was first recommended to me by my mother-in-law. I always have a great experience. The food is delicious, there are so many choices, and the price is right! I will keep coming back.
The food was great here but even better than the food was the server. His name is Tucker and in my 29 years of life, I've never had better service. His outgoing, charismatic and positive attitude helped make the experience fantastic. He had great suggestions and very energetic. We even requested him on our return trip. All I know is that after leaving the restaurant I was H-A-P-P-Y.
Lovely server, prompt service, the lemon fish (sole?) and carrots delicious. I wish the carrots servings were larger. Also chocolate was very good. But the people working there, whether serving or behind the shop counter are all so friendly and welcoming it's always a treat to stop at a,Cracker Barrel.
Our waitress and everyone there was great. When we placed our orders we let her know that we only had about 45 minutes until we had to leave. We did order the items that were marked for quick turn around. We got everything quickly and we able to enjoy our meals without having to rush. She went above and beyond.
It's Cracker Barrel....I eat there whenever I travel because they have good homecooked food that is always consistent. Service is usually pretty good and they are almost always located near our hotel or an exit. I can take a bunch of grands with me and it doesn't break the bank either.
The visit was wonderful! Jacob was so special. We have had him as a server before and asked for him. He is the reason we keep returning! I do not do google or facebook. Sorry. I did send this to my son and he may be able to post a review. One more thing, the outside was just stunning! Great job on keeping the grounds so manicured. We also like that everyone has their name on their aprons. Thank you for being all about Jesus! Donna Darling
Went during an odd time of the day, so the place wasnt very busy. Was seated right away of course and our server was very attentive and nice (even dealt with my cranky mother with a smile). I had the lunch chicken and dumplings which was still a HUGE portion for only $5.99 and pretty bloody good. Also, as a side note, I was pretty impressed by their vinyl selection - Cracker Barrel, who knew? 😂
Country fried steak ❤️❤️💕 the waiter was super nice and attentive, great suggestions and substitutions for a couple items that weren't available. We went on a very busy night but it was still pretty fast!
Look no further for the most amazing pit stop on your road trip across New York. Amazing feel-good homestyle cooking like chicken & dumplings, trout, and meatloaf. Almost always easy to get a seat even when busier. And the store!!! So many fun things, especially around the holidays. Grab great gifts and throw a rocking chair in the back.
Everytime I visit here I love it, between the country store and the food it is a delight. Whenever we have an issue with our food the staff is quick to fix it.
The day I went, the entire front parking lot was torn up and impassable .. it was a weekday, and it was probably the best time to replace it, but it was very unusual to enter the store / restaurant from the side emergency exit .. I parked in the back (bus parking) when I realized that they actually were open . Once inside, it was as if the staff was on overdrive trying to make up for any inconvenience their customers may have experienced outside. This is definitely one of the locations where the food is definitely made to specs .. If you have a favorite restaurant chain, you know that sometimes one location can make the food better (or worse) than the others .. Well, the food was hot, tasty, and very quickly served .. a perfect way to start your busy day or get you back on the road if you're traveling through. The biscuits, a Cracker Barrel staple, were slightly dense, and they've been getting smaller over time, but they're still tasty and the perfect complement to their country gravy. •My eggs .. over medium and really perfect .. yolky and not a drop of uncooked white .. actually, it's not easy to get them made properly anymore. •Hash brown casserole .. cheesy, hot, crispy edge bits, .. exactly the way it should be. •Fried chicken breast .. hot, really crispy, crunchy crust, super tasty, and moist meat .. very satisfying. •And again, the country gravy was exactly what I needed to satisfy my cravings that morning. The store was loaded with goodies, and the staff was exceptionally attentive both in the restaurant and store. This location may have had parking issues the day I was there, but I'll definitely will stop in whenever I need a really good Cracker Barrel fix!
Server Sierra was friendly, attentive 10 out of 10 . It was my daughter’s first time at Cracker Barrel the food was delicious and at the table quickly. They even sent over a wonderful dessert of chocolate brownie and ice cream and the manager came over to welcome us for her first dining experience with them. We will definitely be back on our next trip thru Binghamton.
This was by far the BEST Cracker Barrel experience my husband and I have ever had (and we have been to many locations!). The wait was not too bad (about 15 min) on Sunday during lunch. To our amazement, Cracker Barrel now has beer and various drinks on the menu! I had delicious peach mimosa! The wait staff was very fast and very friendly. The food was delicious! Too bad this location is 3 hours from home, but we will be sure to stop there if we are ever back in the area!
What a lovely place to visit. Great food, reasonable prices. Friendly staff. Free refills on drinks. Also a little shop with nostalgic sodas and candy and other cool items
Enjoy eating at our local Cracker Barrel restaurant. The people are pleasant and courteous. The food is always good and we appreciate the charming "old timey" atmosphere. Glad they didn't make any changes to that!
The service was excellent, and the biscuits were one of our favorites. They used to be light and fluffy with a buttery texture, but now they are flat and slightly dry. The atmosphere is bland; it used to have some local photos that represented where it was, but now it is boring
It's Cracker Barrel. Very busy, noisy, and a ton of fun! We didn't come here for an intimate meal; we came for an easy lunch and to have fun buying retro toys & things in the store. I will say our food was absolutely freshly cooked, and the wait staff were all uniformly friendly without being intrusive; that's pretty huge as far as I'm concerned. Don't go for haute cuisine. Go for fun, nostalgia, and friendly faces.
My waitress Kim did a great job this morning. I have not had a bad meal from Cracker Barrel the few times I've eaten here. This morning, I tried the French toast latte. Good flavor. For breakfast, I had the fried apple French toast bake. It had a great flavor, apples cooked perfectly, French toast was well cooked, and the maple syrup brought it all together when added. I usually don't review chain restaurants, but this meal was worth the trip.
Another Vantastic Cracker Barrel. The service was great, food was hot and as ordered and I love the relaxed country vibe. Store and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The parking lots were clean, well maintained, well lit and fairly level. I had 3 bars of Verizon 4G LTE Roaming, no wifi and 17 OTA television channels from perimeter location. As always, I left my area cleaner than when I arrived and made an in store purchase to thank Cracker Barrel for allowing me to overnight.
I'm overjoyed. The freshest, most delicious servings are undisputably huge with incredible value. Many summertime drinks with 🍉. The most recent visit had the 'Southern Shrimp' platter with fried okra and stmteak fries. Friends had the catfish and all day breakfast platters. We each needed boxes to carry out for later. I very highly recommend carry out, sometimes, should they be busy. When dining in, the ambience is bucolic, peaceful, nostalgic, uplifting. Familiar Country Gold plays as background music. Also ordered the take-home fried chicken, and Country Boy breakfast on other occasions. Each staff member engages you, and your party, as if a friend. I have the best confidence in enjoying here.
We stopped in for lunch at this Cracker Barrel. We had the country fried chicken, and it was great. It comes with 2 sides. I chose the mashed potatoes and carrots. Our server was Kat & she was great. Actually, all the staff I interacted with were friendly and knowledgeable. The service was fast and friendly. It is a Cracker Barrel, and it is typical - good stuff!
I know that this is a ubiquitous staple along the interstate system, but this location is hands down worth every star i can through at it. They had great service, the food was prepared speedily, and it had a lot of flavor to it. As I was going down the highway, this was the best option that seemed to come along. I am really glad that I stopped here. I left with a full belly, and the want to return to try other offerings.
These 5 stars are for the service that Bryant provided. He was so cordial and accommodating. Sadly, Cracker Barrel corporate would get less stars for not offering the spicy rubbed catfish at this location anymore and also for discontinuing the kale salad. I'm very disappointed about that.
First experience tasting this restaurant. Atmosphere of the store and restaurant was good. Food was delicious and inexpensive. Service was friendly and quick. Have finally found a much better pit stop for road trips. Was surprised that they even sell Moxie cola and Australian Bundaberg Ginger beer. On our way back to NY we had to stop by again to this place.
It’s great place to have brunch or lunch with family or friends. Their service is pretty decent. I usually try the country boy dish on the breakfast menu. It’s so fresh and delicious. I also love their store, variety items with good quality and reasonable price. Today, one of our dish ( the southern fried chicken) took more time to be ready. The manager came to our table and apologized for the delay which was not really a big deal and also offered complementary dish. It shows their loyalty to their customers. I appreciate their service and kind consideration.

Place was pretty nice. Dimly lit and had a nice camp ambiance. Food was good. Portions were amazing for the price. I wish the biscuits were a little sweeter and with a little more butter. The campfire chicken was a little salty
Food was great. Server was very slow, took forever to bring drinks, I never got the water I asked for. Meal took a long time, but that may have been the kitchen. I asked for a to-go box, and ordered dessert for my grandson, and the container arrived 10 minutes after the dessert. We spent a lot of time waiting. This is not the usual Cracker Barrel experience; we never had a complaint before.
This location was fast and had fantastic waiting staff who constantly made sure we were well tended to during our meal. Definitely recommend for that comfort food warmth with a smile.
I love the old style store and restaurant. I enjoyed the food, Specially the pancakes they were fabulous, so soft and light, the apples are delicious, It brought memories from childhood.
I wish Crackel Barrel would put in some screening or noise dampening walls to keep the kitchen noise to a minimum. The whole restaurant is so open, lofted ceilings and open spaced seating, the kitchen noise carries across the stone floors. The food was good as always, waiting for coffee, and a long super wait for refills, watching other tables get fresh refills and plenty of cream by other servers each time, really knocked the service to a 4. Very clean restaurant, including the bathroom. A bit too busy and super cluttered/crowded for disabled patrons. A bus load of travelers were there before we were seated for dinner. Those patrons were in the gift area, however, on family group had an elderly gentleman whith a can who had a hard time walking through the cluttered gift aisle, another had someone in a wheelchair, same thing only worse. Her elbows kept hitting things on tower like displays, and I heard her say, "I hate this part. I feel like I am being smothered by the displays. I can't even see the doors to get out. " Poor woman. My 2 cents for what it's worth. Every display floor designer for the Cracker Barrel chain should be required to go to an existing store and sit in a wheelchair. Try to navigate from the dining ares area to the front door, the navigate to the bathroom, then have them have someone push them through those same routes BEFORE they design the gift dept.
Service was great and food was delicious. Love their decorations and the country store has plenty of goodies!
I’ve visited this Cracker Barrel location a few times and have always had a good experience. The staff has always been very friendly and service is consistently fast. The food tastes good and the desserts are delicious. It’s also really fun to explore the store at the front as there’s plenty of interesting items for sale.
I like the gift shop and their seasonal beverages are very good, I think the food are mediocre to me, I probably would still go there for breakfast, I preferred breakfast more than dinner. One thing I don’t like is I have to check out my meal in the gift shop, I think the food checkout and gift shop should be separated.
So we happen to be out in Binghamton to watch the new antman and afterwards we go to The Cracker Barrel which we maybe visit one in the nation a year give or take we are generally fans of the locations this cracker barrel was nothing special when it came to service honestly I think the ones down south have more attentive services we asked for the special orange butter twice during our meal and never received it but Andrew still charged us for it, after my wife pointed it out they took it off our bill but then still offered the butter to go for free. I guess if I'm craving cracker barrel I have to go back to NC, and I don't really want to go back to NC. The food was up to par with other ones at least.
Really cheap and fast food. Great for a quick stop on a road trip. Restaurant is big and spacious and the seats aren’t too close together. The servers were nice and the place was really clean and tidy. Store inside is pretty cool with a bunch of Knick knacks and treats. Portions of food are HUGE

Reconfirmed as probably the worst quality breakfast you could get anywhere. Service was ok, typical Cracker Barrel atmosphere.
Worse ever. After seated waiting 15 minutes before seeing manager and asking where are server was. Pancakes were cold and tough as leather. Eggs cold too. Would like follow up.

Disappointed that the pot roast mainly comes with only meat and gravy. I ordered online and expected mashed potatoes would be included based on the picture and common sense, so I didn't get it as a side thinking it would be too much mashed potatoes. There were only 2 small carrot pieces included. It's kind of like only getting spaghetti sauce with no pasta- the main reason I wanted this was for the carrots and mashed potatoes as well, so it kind of defeats the point of calling it a pot roast. Maybe it's on me for trusting the picture too much and not clicking that there's no mashed potatoes listed in the description, but I've never ordered a pot roast anywhere that didn't come with some kind of potato included. Still, the gravy and meat are good. I'm going to have to buy a potato and some carrots to not waste this because just eating gravy and meat is not what I wanted.
Sat down at the table with table was soaking wet. There was two napkins on the table, so we mopped the table with the napkins. The way they finally came over we ordered and he left never gave us any napkins. I guess the ones on the table too for us to use After we got done white on the table. I had lemonade bottomless. And the weighted never came back into the end when we were done I said can I get another lemonade and took forever to get? I’m not really happy with the service I think it’ll be nice that they give you napkins and then stop by the table once in a while to check on if your drink needs to be refilled or maybe give us a bell that we could ring because the wait waiter did not pay attention and then he was sweeping the floor by the round table near the kitchen and I think the manager were eating now and then he came down, sweeping the poor banging, the container that picks up the garbage off the floor and you’re trying to eat, not very professional
Normally I have a great meal and love the Cracker Barrel. I thought I would try something new and ordered the spicy catfish. The fish seemed raw in parts and the mashed potatoes were cold. The cornbread i had was delicious but the biscuit was like biting a rock. I couldn't bite through it. It was so hard and yes, I have all my teeth and they are in great shape and health.
Country cooking for the mass... Good place to get "southern style" fried chicken with green beans and biscuits, or roast beef with gravy and bacon baked beans. Food is average. Food comes out fast and hot. Services are prompt and efficient. It is not a first option for most, but if you are on the road and are hungry, this place would fill the bill.
Our food was served cold, small portions, over cooked.so we didn't have to pay.the server was very nice and accommodating the best she could we made sure we left her a tip.other than that good sales on merchandise, atmosphere was very nice.
I went to many branches of the cracker barrel. But this one lacks in all. We had to wait like one hr to receive our order. Soup came cold. Every item seems cold, doesn’t seem fresh. Table bit stinks. They presented some items differently than what other branches are doing, but it lacks the essence of cracker barrel. Hope they optimize the things for better.
We dined in on Monday, 5/19. Our server was wonderful. Unfortunately, the same could not be said for our food. Our food was placed on plates so chilled, that by the time we received it the chicken was barely warm to the touch, the hash brown casserole side was actually cold on the bottom. We also ordered onion petals, but your sauce...I was expecting a horseradish sauce, but this stuff was so sweet, like an overload of sweet relish. Needless to say, I only ate 4-5 petals plain, not all the appetizing. Our server was kind and took the appetizer off our bill, even though I informed her at the time I commented on the cold food that I was not seeking any compensation, I just wanted the manager to know the issue. I have previously stopped ordering eggs at your restaurant as I always asked for over medium but NEVER received them that way. Most times they had runny white (which just turn my stomach) or they were cooked to the hockey puck stage. I mean, how does an experienced cook not know what "Over medium, white cooked" means? You really need to do better.
very busy at 1:50 on a Sat.quoted 20 min wait only took 10 or less to be called. once seated took 15 min to get drinks ( tea and water) 45 min for food. everything was delicious.our server was in the weeds the whole time. helpful staff in the retail store which was very clean and organized. bathrooms were also very clean.
Disappointing experience. The food did not meet its usual standard. We mentioned it, and the dish was replaced quickly. The service was excellent, and the waitress was very friendly. The portions are very large — for those who eat less, plan on sharing a dish. Overall, it was okay.
Cracker Barrel is an outdated Chain that holds its appeal with large, relatively cheap portions. We visited this Cracker Barrel on a weekend for lunch. The Establishment was very busy. Cracker Barrel is an interesting one to me. While most chain restaurants are struggling to get people in the door, I was very surprised at just how busy this one was at lunch time. We arrived in the middle of a lunch rush and had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. Cracker Barrel hasn't changed their aesthetic, possibly ever, and in 2025 it really feels dated. However, during this visit to a full restaurant, the average age of the patrons was probably in the 50-60 age group, so it's safe to say Cracker Barrel still does just fine with the older generation. Much imof this probably has to do with both the size of the meals, which are huge, and the relative cheapness of the meals considering their size. We were amazed with the amount of food we received, and neither of us were able to finish our meals without a to-go box. Service was good and relatively quick considering how busy the place was, and we did not wait long for our meal to be served. While portion sizes are large, the quality of the food does lose this visit some points. There is nothing particularly wrong with the quality, but it definitely screams average, and there is nothing particularly memorable about the food other than the portion sizes. Overall, Cracker Barrel delivered an okay dining experience with nothing to complain about, and gave us enough food to eat dinner off the leftovers, but doesn't impress enough to make this a regular stop.
Cracker barrel is still an inexpensive meal and a good road trip stop for a meal. However their portions has gotten much smaller. It's also alot less crowded these days and no wait. It won't be t…
Great service. Food was maybe lukewarm warm. Sunday special looks a little worn. See pic. chicken way overdone.
love cracker barrel but getting harder and harder to find one that don't burn the chicken ,so went with the pot roast cannot mess it up wrong was not good,my wife got the meat loaf which was ok

Decided to stop by for breakfast with the family before going to the movies. While the waitress was putting our food on the table she lost her balance with the food tray, she went to grab the tray and threw an entire cup of syrup onto my son, his clothes, arm and leg were covered. Thank god it was just warm syrup and not something hot. This is why they make tray stands instead of trying to show off and balance everything in one hand. The manager came over and apologized, he said he would love to pay for our meal. We said thank you and no problem just glad it wasn’t something hot. At the end of our meal the waitress gave us a check for $68 and stated he just meant my son’s food was paid for. Really $12.99 off to have syrup dumped onto my son, having to wait for his meal to be remade while the rest of us ate and having to drive all the way back home to change his clothes before the movie? Definitely will not be going back.
I've had better service experience at every other cracker barrel I've ever been to
More interested in selling gifts then food. Small portions. No regular hash browns or home fries. The smallest eggs I've ever seen. No jelly served for the toast. It's so cold in there you need to wear a jacket and your food is cold before you can finish. Disappointing.
I have loved Cracker Barrel and have not been there in a while. I went yesterday with a friend, and what a disappointment!! The eggs were watery, I don't know why. The coffee was so weak it was like mildly flavored water. My friend's turkey was too tough, no gravy, portions were small and prices were high. When I used to order a breakfast, my plate was so full. Now you get one side order. I admit I don't go out to eat much anymore, but this was unbelievable. I won't go again.
I must express my disappointment with this specific Cracker Barrel location. The food did not meet the usual standards I have come to anticipate, and the server's attentiveness was lacking. Our beverages remained empty for a significant portion of our visit, with no offers for refills. Furthermore, the servers seemed to be missing from the floor, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. With all the hype in the rebranding this is not a good way to keep customers.
Bad service\nBad food\n\nOur order was incorrect. Food was not very good at all. I would not recommend
