The employees were not friendly the young man in the window was very rude the girl taking the order got the orders wrong but he was speaking to us like we didn’t know what we ordered. They should have some taking drive thru orders that understand and speak English. I don’t mind spending my money but treat me with respect.

Aight, I’m gonna be as fair as possible. First off, one of the plates I ordered didn’t even arrive. Peach drink and fish were top tier, no complaints there. Now the rest of that “food” was bottom of the barrel straight out of Davey Jones’s locker. The coleslaw tasted like it had been fermenting in Larry Bird’s socks since ‘86. The fries could’ve been decent if they had a hint of any seasoning, should’ve just bit straight out of some spuds at that point. Overall 3/10, shell station got better food.

So sick of paying for stuff and not getting it then when you call it's no answer ....the girl was so busy on her cellphone she didn't put my paid stuff in my bag even after looking me dead in the face saying "I got cha " the service people now are getting younger and more incompetent .My order was suppose to be 1 2 PC catfish fried soft and 1 2pc catfish fried crispy with ranch cheese fries and 3 whole wings ..luckily she didn't charge for the ranch cheese then I asked for extra tarter they only give 1 per order and she charged 4 but I only got the 2 one that came with each meal I mean I waited in line was the only car at that time so I don't see how she would have messed it up but they continously and so casually do i guess a habit i do reviews but sometimes I want to say how satisfied I was with the service and food but here lately it's just been meh .I have the receipt on hand

I ask for a 10pieces but I only receive 9wings who ever is cooking is going to fast and need to slow down last time I order fish to and ask to be fried hard and the fish was still soft and falling apart when picked up in hand so get better

I called an an order and went to pick it up, they didn't even put it in. It was an whole hour. Then when I called to ask for the manager, they hung up in my face and blocked me. I called from a co worker phone and they put the phone down left me on hold for 30 minutes. They are un professional, ignorant, and rude. Do not order from them because they will waste you time.

I have ordered fish sandwich from the other boston fish and it was all right. This is my first time ordering from this location and it was very salty abnormally I don't recommend this place at all.

Bad experience, the whole whiting fish was soft and mushy(a bad catch) and the wings was old and reheated. Prior time chicken was freshly cooked and very delicious. WOW! what happened?

Ordered Cajun ranch fries and only got Cajun fries. Was charged 1$ for cheese on grilled chicken salad. They use iceberg lettuce, chicken has no flavor even the ranch. It’s very lite. I had more chicken than I had lettuce. I did mix the food before I took a photo so my apologies however I wouldn’t recommend a picture of this food to anyone! 6pc hot with lp sprinkle was not worth the price. The only thing that had a taste were the lance captain wafers and the soda .. also customer service was below the American standard. I’m sure he over charge many customers due to lack of understanding!
