Today was my first time trying cook out. I got a double cheeseburger tray w/ double cajun fries and a large sweet tea. I also ordered a bbq sandwich only. Whoever was working the drive thru started struggling to take my order after I requested just a bbq sandwich only. I'm not sure what the big deal about that was. The food was good, and the sweet tea was perfect. I'd definitely eat here again.

First time at this location. I've only been to locations in Georgia before, who give military discounts. this was the first Cook Out that doesn't extend any discounts. late evening visit, after dark. the drive thru line was wrapped around the building. Inside was only one other customer when I entered. I ordered the chicken fingers tray with Walkin taco and NO SOUR CREAM. everything was good until a couple hours away in the car, sour cream was in it. I hate sour cream so that was a waste of money as it got thrown out. the milk shakes are more like Blizzards at Dairy Queen. you cannot eat/drink it with a straw. they are yummy though. over all the experience was good. the guy who took the order was polite. the only thing that was not good was the sour cream when specifically asked for it to not be on the taco. the bathroom needed some attention though as the garbage can was overflowing, telling me they don't keep an eye on it.

I believe my family found their new fast food spot when on the go. We can now all eat at one spot vs. making multiple stops & eating at home. Cook out has something for everyone! And, aside from the food being really good, the next best part is the fact that it is so affordable (especially considering the quantity you get). This day our order included a double cheese burger with fries (ketchup only) & a soda, 2× 3pc chicken fingers with fries, 2 milkshakes (oreo & reese cup), 4 orders of white cheddar bites, 2 crispy chicken wraps with fries & a soda. It all came to $54 & you can see from the photos that the plates were full.

They were open on the Fourth of July so I had to stop by! The staff was so nice and welcoming. My food was out very quickly. I really just wanted some cheese curds and a hotdog to celebrate the fourth and that’s what I got! You can’t beat the prices at cookout!

There wasn’t too many people here maybe 2 other guests. I ordered the CookOut Tray of Big Double Burger with Bacon and Cheese, side of White Cheddar Cheese Bites and Onion Rings. Then I substituted my drink to an Oreo Shake. Everything was really good here, I think my favorites was the Onion Rings and Oreo Shake. There were a ton of things on the menu that looked good tho, wish I could try them all.

We tried it out for the first time today around 2pm. It had two thru lanes and both were full. It took around 8 minutes from the start of the line until we got the food but wait was mainly due to people reading there very big menu and not due to waiting on food. I did love the choices of options. I would recommend you view their menu online and decide what you want before you get there because you could become overwhelmed by choices if you see it for the first time. We spent around 7 dollars each. I got a drink, burger and dog. The other order was a chicken sandwich, slaw, onion rings and drink. The chicken patty was small and flat compared to other fast food. The slaw was in a small sauce cup and she only received three breaded onion rings. She said the taste was good but the potions small. My burger & dog were ballpark field quality in a good way. The taste was great and they were the perfect size. I also loved being able to customize what I wanted on both. I saw they had a walk up window for orders as well in case you didn't want to wait in the drive thru line. I think if you want a chicken sandwich you may want to go somewhere that focuses on it but if you have people who want different things from Corndogs to BBQ to Shakes then this is the perfect one stop place to make everyone happy.

You get exactly what you paid for. If that's good or bad it depends on you but for $8.79 I got a Cajun chicken sandwich with the thinnest slice of chicken ever, four onion rings of various sizes and a quesadilla that was paper thin. The fullest thing was my drink because I could fill it myself. That being said the food itself tasted fine, if you're looking for something to knock your socks off this isn't the place. Come here if you truly just don't have the money to go elsewhere and didn't pack ur own lunch.

Be mindful when you order for a party from this location. On 4 separate occasions we have ordered 20 quesadillas and found that we were shorted by 4-5 of them. This couldn’t be any more clearly intentional. I can make the excuse that “they’re just busy” or “it was an honest mistake” once or twice. But at this point it’s become routine. The manager quickly corrected the issue after we went back inside. But the last time this happened, the acting staff that night were incredibly combative and disrespectful when asked for the remainder of what we’d paid for. They insinuated we just took the missing food out ourselves. “It’s a lot of food, they’re not going to stop to count it in the drive through”.

Before we noticed, we put the straw given to us in the cup holder and put the shake down and the straw went straight through the bottom of it since the cup was so soggy. November 13 11pm I came through the drive through and ordered a double burger mayo lettuce tomato onions with fries and Cajun fries. The woman didn't understand what I was asking for and seemed really frustrated though I've ordered this before and it seems simple. I didn't get mayo that's fine and I settled for the double Cajun fries fine. But at some point my burger starts tasting like actual feces. I don't know why I'm pregnant it could be a food issue but I know I needed to use the bathroom. It's 11:30 right now. I just wanted to go in to use the bathroom because I didn't want to throw up in the parking lot from how nasty this burger tasted. I get they're frustrated they can't hear me but that doesn't give them the right to mess with a pregnant person's food. Only reason service has 2 stars is because I come here alot. I like to order easy things when they're closing to be mindful of them cleaning up. One time I just got chicken and fries. Person working was an angel. I'm not sure what happened today but I'm pretty frustrated with how I was treated. I walked up to the window to ask to use the bathroom because I felt like I was gonna throw up and got motioned to walk to the front just so they could show me it's locked . Your food made me need to vomit . At least let me use your bathroom. Next time I'll be sure to throw up in your parking lot. There were people inside eating as well. You really need to fire whoever made that burger . I really think they did something to it because the pain my stomach felt and the horrible taste in my mouth has left me traumatized. That's all. I'm in my third trimester and it's not morning so it's not morning sickness. Sorry. But this was an awful experience.

We ended up pulling off took a look at our food and it wasn’t even our food so we went back in The kid working in the drive-through come and got the two plates that he gave us took it back and gave us our plates.
