I’m new to the area and have never been to a Milo’s before. I only knew Milo’s from their tea and lemonade sold in stores. I was stopping by with my son to get him a milkshake. Asia is the young lady that served us. In asking her for suggestions on milo’s food, how it compares to other burger places, etc she gave me some great info and got me excited to try the food on return trips. Asia made this brief encounter a great one!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Quick service even though it was lunch time. First time I have ever been to a Milo's but it won't be the last! Enjoyed the food and drinks and the atmosphere.

I had already had some of their breakfast items. Yesterday I tried their lunch, and I wasn't disappointed. I had the chicken tender snack. It was fresh, tender and juicy. It was a large portion size. The tenders weren't overbreaded or fried too hard. I think I actually like their tenders better than chick-fil-a! They asked me what sauce I wanted when I placed my order. I was pleasantly surprised to open my bag and see 2 sauce cups. I most certainly will be back!

Restaurant was clean. Associates were professional and quick taking our orders. The food was delivered quickly and served hot. The burgers were good.

The ice is the most special part of this establishment. The crinkle fries are well seasoned. The special sauce is like a pepped up barbeque sauce. It's worth a trip to Alabama alone.

I stopped by Milo’s with some pals last week. We all went basic and got burgers and fries but we at least got different sauces. I went super basic with honey mustard as a I truly expected someone else to try the “Double O sauce” 😈. Im kinda curious about it now, so I think I’m gonna get the “Double O sauce” next time. We all enjoyed the food, straight up. It’s fast food but it’s not bad fast food, it’s a step above the rest. No cap. Really not a burger type but Milo’s does have the best burgers it’s the sauce that gets me everytime. Today my experience here was good the young lady took my order as I asked ,everything correct I proceeded to drive around to the window. Now it’s a young man taking the money he was very rude he didn’t say how are you he’s talking about I’m not about to flirt with nobody at the window he wasn’t making any eye contact so then after he’s done talking he tell me my total but my phone dies so that I can tap my cards are locked so he goes to say go charge your phone up we will still have your food, huh 🤔 cause you talking to me like we at home and I’m not a customer. I want the food so bad I parked on the other side so that I could go in to use my charger it charge fast. Okay why in there I guess he’s a manager or whatever he keeps asking me the same thing and I keep giving him the same answer my phone died I placed my order in drive thru because that’s the only way I’m paying he continues to ask me this heavy Set man. So let’s get to it the young lady Jessica or jasmine I think was her name she remember i ordered in drive thru as she’s getting my food into a new bag I see them like I’m literally watching them drop fries. You would think I would get some fresh ones no let me tell you I get to the car like i said my ordered was repeated. But baby let me tell you the burger cold fries cold and old I asked for my tender to be fried hard not only wasn’t it fried hard it was old. This here was by far the worst experience ever , the bread on my cheeseburger look like they squeezed it then put my meat and cheese. I honestly wanted that I spent 13.07 and didn’t enjoy not neither any item. Never again

Where did y’all go wrong Milo’s? I knew that when my order came out so fast something wasn’t right. The chicken tenders were not fresh, just terrible! The fries were ok but I was so disappointed in the chicken tenders. I will not be ordering them again. It is worth the drive to Hoover to Zaxby’s for some hot and fresh chicken tenders. Do better Milo’s!!!

Every single time I ordered online for a pickup at THIS location it is NEVER ready when I arrive and I always wait until the given pickup time. I always have 3 or more beverages yet I have to ask for a cup holder. I was asked to pull to the parking lot so I parked and went in. Upon asking an employee at the front why online orders are never ready no matter what time if day it is and she said that she did not know because she just started. When I inquired to speak with a manager who may could answer my question she said she didn't know where he was. When I inquired what his name was she stated Darryl. There was no cordial communication or smiles in the building just now. I am highly disappointed in the service at this location.

I tried to go through the drive thru at this Milo’s location today but the service was so horrible I drove off and told them to forget it! The girl taking my order misunderstood what I was trying to order and instead of trying to help me she kept arguing with me and telling me that is not what I said. I went across to Chick Fil A and totally different experience!! I will not ever go back to Milo’s on Lakeshore Drive!!!

Girls had a attitude upon arriving, I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake and a apple pie, apple pie was good but they got a attitude because the girl claimed she didn’t hear me ask for a milkshake, they added it on at the window…. She had to just dump the cookies in the milkshake and go on about her day I couldn’t even drink it through the straw, in fact threw it out the window ! Don’t waste your $5 and overall the restaurant itself is trash, trash customer service as well. So instead of me going back up there and making their day even worse because I know they’re days sucks working minimum wage, I would rather write this detailed one star review!

When a customer requests lite salt on their French Fries there is usually a medical reason., I.e. Hypertension, High Blood Pressure Diagnosis. After I, the customer tells the window clerk to please hold the salt off the french fries she actually tells her co- associate to hold the salt. Why then I, the customer am hearing the associate at the French fries station saying if she can’t eat salt she shouldn’t be eating here. @ Milo’s Management, the company can be held liable for not adhering to the customer’s dietary requests. I would hate for the next customer to notsue Milo’s for honoring a customer’s dietary requests.
