Nice BOBO offer med sub. Ordered in app day in advance. Arrived 1 min prior to scheduled pickup time just as they were bagging up my order. Hot, fresh and delicious with one to share with my son. What's not to love about that? Thanks Firehouse!!!

I think the kindest people in the world happen to all work at this firehouse! They were so friendly as soon as I walked in. We laughed and cut up the whole time until I left. My girl Mckensie is the best! Thank y’all for exceptional service and such kindness!
Just picked up my order, everything was great but the people were so friendly it almost threw me off because these days it’s just not the norm. Thanks to the employees working lunch on May 5th for making my day!
I originally ordered through DoorDash then immediately canceled the ordered. I then ordered the same items with two minor changes (add sauce, bread type) for pick up. I arrived and was directed to Shannon at the register. She had both orders and wanted to know which one I wanted. I apologized to her as I had cancelled the first order. She smiled and said that DoorDash didn’t let them know but that it was okay, they’d take care of it. She was so pleasant despite them having to make the orders twice. She ensured I got the bread and dressing I wanted as well. We need more people like Shannon working with the public. We make mistakes and don’t want to be treated badly for them. Thank you Shannon for your great service!
I online-ordered a large order for our office and the pick-up time was mistakenly set to late in the afternoon. After calling to apologize for the error, even during a lunch rush, on a Saturday, with a full dining room, the crew got my order ready in a snap, were extremely friendly and accommodating to our order modifications, and overall, impressed me with the service, as well as the food. 10/10.

I spoke to the management and I saw her as I was there cleaning and wiping tables the whole time the countertop the stands the seats I thought that was awesome. The food was great they were kind they attended to my needs and I got my food in a timely manner. I told them that I would be coming back because the last time that I was there it was horrendous people were talking and acting a fool and not paying attention to my food or getting it in a timely manner. I will return from this time forward as long as they keep the people in which they have it was awesome.
They gave me tomato and onion when I asked for it without. The amount of meat on this sandwich is half the usual amount. I eat firehouse weekly. Either this is a careless discrepancy by staff or this location is ripping people off. Either way there’s a wingstop next door , skip this location if you want the whole sandwich you paid for
I am totally disappointed with them as a brand, I was not aware of how the point system worked. I went in to get my birthday sub and was unable to because i had not been in recently and spent money, I always get my sub here but I don't always use the app. So when it came time for a birthday reward. Just a lucky situation don't let your points expire 😒😒😒😒
Went to this location on 3/22/24 for dinner and I was not pleased at all with the cleanliness of the restaurant or the employees. I went to place my order at the register y a young Caucasian lady was very polite and sweet but she had very long hair that was NOT in any type of hair restraint. Her hair was freely flowing which could’ve lead to hair being in food. Very unsanitary. The lady proceeds to assist the young black lady in making orders without washing her hands or even putting on gloves. I also noticed the other lady not changing her gloves after scratching the side of her face. Also, that Caucasian lady walked outside to go somewhere and then came back in and started to help the other lady to prepare orders without washing her hands or wearing gloves. With so much sickness going on staff must do better. Take less time talking and more time cleaning and getting orders out quicker.
The food here sucks. There are way better Sub places out there including Jersey Mike’s, Jimmy John’s And even the subs at Publix are better than these. The only place that has worst subs than Firehouse is Subway… Which isn’t saying much. I like to call this restaurant "Firehouse Sucks"
When I went inside the store to pick up my food the young girl that was working on the sandwich said that they were very busy at the moment but she was the only one working and the other workers were sitting around not doing anything. After I received my food I ate it in my car and it was extremely cold as if the meats hadn’t been cooked. I was told that they were understaffed by the girl and yet there were about 3-4 other workers not doing anything at all. Horrible experience. They need better workers and different management.
If I could give zero stars I would. I come to this location to pick up lunch all the time and it’s always great. However when I picked up a sandwich for my wife on the evening of July 4, this was the single worst experience I’ve had here. I’ve never seen employees so apathetic toward a job that’s paying them to be there. Ordered my wife’s sandwich on the app. Went to store to pick up the sandwich (arriving ten minutes after scheduled “ready” time allowing plenty of time to have my order ready). The door was locked despite the store being open and employees inside looking at me hoping I’d give up and go away. They then send a worker from a nearby business who was just hanging out in the locked up “open” restaurant to come and open the door to ask if I was DoorDash or online because “if not I couldn’t do it” (said the manager once I got inside despite the store still being open). I was granted entry due to my order being a mobile one, and then the team finally then began making my wife’s food. This was now 30 minutes post the order being placed. I feel confident had I not demanded entry to the “open” restaurant, not only would I have never gotten my already paid for order, but it would’ve never even been made. Some may say “it’s fast food, it’s not a big deal”. Well, if it’s a job you’re being paid to do, it should matter. If the job doesn’t matter to someone, they shouldn’t have said job. End of rant. Just utterly disappointed in a store I frequent and often tell people they should too. My new line will be “it’s great! ….during lunchtime..” Edit to add: got home and my wife’s sandwich order was not even correct Another edit since the owner seems to only want to respond to positive reviews. Don’t waste your time at this place. Zero care for customers. Zero accountability. If there were a way to tag the owner I would. I’m not the only negative review that happened before a positive one that, you guessed it, happened to get an owner response. Amazing that people these days would rather say forget you to a formerly loyal customer if it means they don’t have to answer for their own ineptitude.
