Just had lunch at this location for the first time. The service and atmosphere here is amazing! The employees were happy, friendly and interacting with the customers and each other. They actually seemed to enjoy their jobs and coworkers! Will definitely go back just for the atmosphere! So refreshing.

As we walked up to the doors, an employee that was outside (perhaps on break) greeted us with a smile and a “welcome”. Once inside we noticed how clean and orderly the restaurant was. As some of our party started to order on the kiosk, a friendly employee by the name of Nickey offered to take our order: Our food came out super fast and was hot and fresh! I mentioned this to Nickey, who had delivered our food to our table. The food was delicious! Nickey even checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. We really appreciated the delicious food and employees that care about the service they’re providing! We’ll be back!

Let’s me just brag on the best server experience I’ve ever had at a quick service restaurant! Albert at the drive thru is hands down a literal angel. He makes ordering food fun and he’s so kind. He has the whole car laughing, upsold us on deserts and just made our night. I never thought a fast food restaurant would have me so excited to go back and order again and hope he was there. He is so genuine and you can tell he takes this job seriously and really tries to make the customers day. He asked our names and really just made a great impression. Whataburger is beyond lucky to have him working the drive thru!

Our first time. We ordered through the drive through I chose the avocado burger as recommended by the cashier who said, its so good on the burger and he doesn't even like avocado" 🤦🏽‍♀️ I made it a a double and a meal with the apple slices and a Dr Pepper milkshake. My apple slices were soft as though they were going bad the use by date was 7/1/22. That burger was really good and with some type of spice to it. I would order it again. I also ordered triples for the mister and my son. Burgers were huge.

I went there twice it was in walking distance of our hotel. The first night I went the guy that waited on me was exceptionally delightful I wish I knew his name. While waiting for my food I enjoyed the atmosphere which was lively and engaging. The food was okay and I got to try their banana pudding shake after I had inquired about it even though I had ordered a strawberry shake, the prices were good too. I was there on the evening of 7/26 so the guy that was working that evening at the counter Great Job!

This salad was good. I ordered via the drive through and had to pull up after paying in order for the chicken to be prepared for the salad. The container that the salad is in is sturdy and I plan to reuse it

We stopped by here tonight for some burgers🍔 which was good. The chill cheese fries must be eaten while hot, we waited until we got back to the hotel and they got cold. The triple burger was still hot & good. Customer service was nice too. Nice location.💯

Wow! I didn't like the burger I chose (Southern Bacon Double), but I have to give the staff credit. The place was packed. The customers were crazy. The staff got everything handled and done with a smile. The manager had that place humming today, despite the avalanche of people who arrived for Sunday's Lunch Rush. Kudos to the whole staff for some of the people they had to deal with while I was there.

First time going it was ok but prefer Burger King over them burger king has better taste with flame broil burger. No bad words if people choose Whataburger just ok food

I don’t recommend it. I’ve tried twice and both times waited for 20 minutes in line with only 2 cars ahead of me. People were nice though. Just too slow for me to ever return.

I blame myself for not being more observant before placing order on kiosk. There were at least 3 people standing around the unmanned counter waiting for their missing/ misdistributed food and waiting on an employee to help them or acknowledge their existence. Only noticed after ordering on kiosk that it was not printing receipts, which I needed. Employee knew of this issue already and just said I would get a print off with my food. (Not what I needed bc no total cost is listed) We too ended up waiting an extended amount of time for only a portion of our meal to be delivered to us. I let them know to no avail then my husband goes back up there finally getting us the rest of our meal. This restaurant is completely unorganized and mismanaged all the way up. If this is how they operate with a district manager and regular manager and a full kitchen staff present, there is no hope for it. My husband liked his burger and shake, mine was ok.

Waited at the menu in the drive thru for 15 minutes while 4 other customers got their order taken before me. The employees wouldn’t even acknowledge that I was at the menu. So I drove to the window and they said heard me and then menu was working but they were too busy to respond to me. They weren’t too busy to respond to the other customers at the other menu though! They wouldn’t even take my order at the window after I finally drove up and acted like I should just drive back around and wait in line.

Horrendously slow service. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and no response. When looking through the window you could see all workers huddled by the front of the kitchen looking at their phones. This place is not managed well. 10 pm visit 1/26

They give us left over food that setting for ever in there kitchen Beef burger, signature honey BBQ, chicken sandwich, chicken tenders like hard wood and signature honey BBQ like same wood better go to chick-fil-A. We can eat 💯 FRESH FOOD
