If i could give them 10 stars I would. Our waiter was awesome. Very professional. Very funny. Very sweet. Checked on us often. Refilled drinks. The food was phenomenal. The poke bowls were huge. The Boba tea was yummy. We had a great experience and can't wait to go back.

I loved everything about this place from walking in to walking out. The waiter was beyond nice and helpful. The food was delicious and my food came out right away. I had the chicken wing appetizer. That sauce was so good. And the sushi rolls are reasonably priced with the amount they give you. And the miso soup was the best I've had with big pieces of tofu in it. I was satisfied with everything I ordered. I will definitely come back the next time I am here. I highly recommend coming here and trying it yourself.

I had a great experience at Ikko Japanese Ramen! The service was fast and friendly from the moment I walked in. I ordered the chicken ramen bowl, edamame appetizer, and tried the chicken wings — everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. My waiter was so kind and made sure I was well taken care of. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this spot for delicious ramen and great service! 🍜

We brought our eldest daughter for her 17th birthday. The atmosphere was great and clean, the staff was excellent, very attentive. Our youngest daughter accidentally dropped her glass on the ground, shattering it, they quickly came and cleaned it up with a smile. We apologized and they said not to worry. I felt so bad! We ate plenty and the portions were HUGE, more than enough food for all of us. Prices were well within reason for the quality of food. We’re definitely going again soon, I’d like to try their whole menu. 5/5 experience!

This is a fun place. My daughter brought me a few times when she lived near UAB, so recently when I realized my husband had never had actual ramen, we had to go! The service is absolutely top notch. Nicest people ever. The food is really good, too. This time, I got salmon sushi and miso ramen. Hubs had Japanese egg rolls and chicken ramen. Mine was too much, I brought most of the ramen home. Looking forward to having the rest for dinner. I also got the Japanese milk tea, but I'd taken several sips before I remembered to photograph. It's absolutely amazing. Will definitely go again.

The food and teas are good. The slushy drinks are too sweet, but kids love them. Service is good if it’s not crowded. It can seem hectic at busier times because there is not much space at the register. The atmosphere is OK if you’re just looking to stop and eat lunch quickly or can tune out noise. My tip: After 3pm, place your order online, have someone else drive while you go in and grab your food.

Okay WHY are the servers here so rude? They were impatient while we were ordering and we got rushed out. We came in long before it closed... anyways. I was really excited but every item we had was a solid 3/5. The sushi burrito, boba, hibachi, and soup. It was all meh. And it tasted even worse once they started rushing us. I'll stick with Wasabi Juan's if I crave another sushi burrito. They did it way better.
