My family is from NYC and moved to various southern states decades ago. My father lived here near this fine restaurant. So when he got Salvatore's pizza years ago (and their other great food), we were both happily surprised by how much like home it was, both take out and dine in, also pizza by the slice. Salvatore's became a tradition when I came to see him ever since. He passed away this winter and I stopped in one last time to have pizza and feel like he was with me, say goodbye again. I probably won't ever be back thisaway again, no other of our people here. Food was awesome, staff was great, all as usual, and it also helped me through a tough time, tough last day in town. Thanks folks - for all the good food over all the years!

First experience here and I can't complain. It was slightly busy but I was in and out. Not sure of the guy's name who waited on me but he was very nice and kept letting me know that my order was coming and he hadn't forgotten about me, even tho I was there less than 10 minutes. I ordered Fettuccine Chicken Pesto Alfredo which I've never had in life and it was good. The price was 16.00; however, I would eat here again if my funds allow me.

My friend and I went there as a fall-back and the road was too busy to try to go anywhere else. We both had salad. They were fresh, ample, and reasonable for the price. Service was very fast. Setting was basic, music wasn't our style and to loud.

I got the garden veggie calzone, and it was delicious. Not super hot in the middle but the taste was wonderful. Their marinaras dipping sauce is chunky and flavorful like I like it!

This is now our favorite date night pizza place. The pizza is awesome, especially the crust, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The price is right and the atmosphere is comfortable. I love having the self-serve Coke fountain. We're treated with great care and appreciation. Just a great place with affordable food!

Saw some good reviews about this place so we gave it a try. I believe it's the best pizza on 280. We got a large pizza, garlic bread and 4 drinks for under 40 bucks, that's my kind of family dinner.

This weekend I was in the area this Salvador Pizza. I was a regular customer to the one in Trussville which is now closed. It might be just me but,It doesn’t seem as good as the one in Trussville. The server was pleasant and helpful The place was nice and clean, just the pizza didn’t taste the same. My next stop is the one in Vestavia.

This place used to be great. Pretty mediocre now. Never in my life seen so much water in an order of spaghetti. Speaking of water, if you get any from the drink machine it is obvious they don't clean it because it tastes like pure mildew.

Just don’t order!!!!! Absolutely a rip off Our pizza that was a combo had one slice of pepperoni and nothing else. The cheese looked fake and the slice app they they partnered with delivered it to the parking lot of our hotel by a concrete pole. The front doors are unlocked .. what!!?? The feta salad was a joke DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Buy a DiJourno frozen pizza from Publix!!!!! Horrible

I just ordered a 16" Salvatores Soriano for $45 delivered ($26 pizza with two fees and a $10 tip) and this tiny pizza is what I received. I called Salvatore and they said their system was down and that I needed to take it up with delivery service. I told her I ordered from Salvadores directly online through their link. She (the manager/owner) said it's not their responsibility to make it right. I asked for them to deliver me the 16" like I ordered she said "no" and told me to go ahead and post a negative review and to not ever come back to Salvatores and that she was "evicting" me as a customer. Unbelievable. I can't believe she treated me this rudely when all I did was patronize their business. I am in disbelief. That is the size pizza I received for my $45.
