Dave's Pizza is real good spot to eat. We were seated very quickly, even though they were kinda busy. Our server was very informative and courteous. The pizza was so delicious, and the kids got a calzone and said it was very delicious as well. We will be back.

The best pizza! And I got the wings for the first time, which were excellent. They were big and meaty with a surprising amount of spice, considering they aren't covered in sauce, just marinated.

We are visiting Birmingham and kids wanted to eat pizza and after reading reviews , decided to go to this place around 4pm , we were only customer and lady server gave us time to decide and we have good place to sit . Pizza was cooked to order veggie and it was of our liking and taste . I presume In the evening and weekend , this place must be filled with customer as it is in dinning and shopping neighborhood.

I was visiting the area for a work trip and decided to try this place out. I ordered myself a small cheese pizza and it was delicious! The staff were also friendly. I recommend!

The “Intl. Man of Mystery”

Dave's has my favorite pie; the Super Dave. Today I skipped my favorite and had a calzone. It was a dang fine, large, and delicious calzone. The crust could've been an appetizer in itself. I snacked on it for a few bites to warm up for the entre. Dave's has tea now!! Follow Dave's Pizza on Facebook. They have live entertainment sometimes and lots of tvs to watch sports. Call ahead and schedule a party there. You can reserve the whole place under the right conditions.

I've only had the Dyno pizza and the garlic cheese bread from there so far but let me tell you it was amazing. The pizza is second to none that I've had. Would definitely recommend. The atmosphere is amazing also with live music on Friday nights and the TV's always have a game on rather it be baseball, basketball, football, or any other just about.

I loved their wings!!!!!! It was spicy and tasted so great. Went with colleagues and it was so loud but understandably so because it had kids from a cheer team dining at the time. Loved the chicken!!!!

Very eclectic visually, interesting. Loud(fans?) The pizza was pretty good. Rated "best pizza in Homewood" I think I saw. I was just in town for work, if I come back, I'd try another restaurant for variety, but if you want pizza, try it out. My really fussy reasons for not giving 5 stars, all just personal preferences, pizza unevenly sliced, toppings the same way and not evenly distributed, the olives(that I was told they didn't even have)were whole(!) Greek olives, which seemed strange. Obviously OCD kicked in. 😂

Went to Dave’s last night late Oct ‘23. Enjoyed the outside covered dining area. The weather was perfect. Ordered a large Tuscan pizza. The pizza was great, the crust was nice and crunchy. Overall very pleased but I thought $35 for a large pizza was a little pricey. Recommended!

We were looking forward to going to Dave’s and it is in a great location and has a very open feel to it with good TVs. The pizza was good, breadsticks ok, and the Coke Zero tasted strange. They did give us an extra pizza because the one we ordered had a few pepperonis and they did that without asking so kudos to being aware.

Not sure how this is considered a Medium sized pizza and is $30 each. Water bottle is for size reference.

Ordered Da Veggie Jumbo Pizza for $44 and there were little portions of vegetables. My friends however had generous amounts of toppings on their pizza. Like my friend got pepperoni that covered most of the entire pizza. Not sure what happened with mine.

We have been to Dave’s many times as we enjoy the courtyard on a nice day. We sat down and ordered (2) draft beers by the glass, and then my husband asked if they sell them by the pitcher. The server advised they do sell draft beer by the pitcher. We ended up ordering a second pitcher, which we didn’t receive cold glasses with, along with our food. When we received the bill, we were shocked to see the pitchers of domestic beer were $24 each. When we asked the server the cost per glass, after receiving the bill, he said the cost per glass was $3 each. Considering a pitcher is approximately 5 single glasses of beer, we were fleeced out of around $20. Not to mention, we would have had cold glasses and cold beer for every glass. Needless to say, we feel as though we have been taken advantage of. The food is mediocre at best and we have only gone for the atmosphere. We will not return. Also to mention, I am a business owner and have never written a negative review.
