The chicken alfredo, which was really, really good. The tomatoes and spinach added a pleasant twist to it. 10/10 hands down. Now honestly the food was really pricey but it was worth the price. Benny, thank you for your amazing customer service. God is TRULY working thru you, bruh. Continue to receive your blessings.

Our first experience dining at yo chef was amazing! We can't say enough about the delicious glazed Lamb chops, Oxtails, BBQ Short ribs and sides. All was cooked to perfection! The presentation of our food was fabulous...made us excited to taste it! The exceptional customer service we received from the entire staff once inside the beautiful restaurant's setting was everything! Definitely going back!

Came in for lunch on a Tuesday and was immediately greeted and seated by a friendly face. Vibes are upbeat and the atmosphere is very trendy. I ordered the OG burger with Cajun fries and my friend ordered the Fried Pork chops with mashed potatoes and corn. Everything was cooked to perfection, seasoned well, and tasted fantastic. The food was fresh and presented very well. They have a very diverse menu and I will be coming back to sample more of it!

Nice vibe and food was good. Pork chops, lamp chops and rib bye were the things that we ordered. The sides were seasoned, but a little salty, but they didn't mind changing out the side. Our waitress Kay was exceptionally great!!! Would recommend

I took a group from the senior ministry to Yo Chef Surf and Turf Smokehouse for the first time. I must say, all the food was remarkable; I couldn't believe that everything we ordered was exceptional. It was so good that we even ordered food to go, just so we could enjoy it tomorrow. The fried pound cake was simply delicious. The senior ministry has decided to establish it as a permanent go-to restaurant. The waitress and staff cultivated a 5-star restaurant-like atmosphere, meticulously attending to every detail for your satisfaction and enjoyment. We went to this location today for a girl day out. Red was our waitress. She was pretty good. We did have to keep reminding her about refills or to bring drinks period, and some missing food. I had the chicken and waffles and a side of their smack n cheese. The waffle was a little hard, and the chicken tenders were well-seasoned and tasted really good. The smack n cheese (Mac n cheese) was really good as well. We also had the herb chicken spinach dip. It was 👎🏾 a no for me. I was expecting spinach dip (with the normal sour cream, cream cheese, consistency mixture). Instead, it was just cut-up chicken and spinach in queso dip 🫤. One of the ladies had the red snapper and rice she stated it was very delicious. Another had the shrimp rasta pasta, and she stated it was very flavourful and delicious. Also, they stated the collard greens are not actual collards but have other things mixed in...the atmosphere was ok music is way too loud for you to have a conversation with your party. Overall, it was nice. I would probably try it again

First off let me say I expected good food based on the reviews. My husband & Niece ordered the ribs and they were dry, tasteless and had texture like they had been parboiled. Secondly everyone said the greens & Mac cheese was too salty. The fried lobster tail was overcooked and so was the Salmon. My chicken barely made it. The baked beans were good but the yams were extremely sweet. Now the Shrimp & Grits were off the chain good. The quality of the food should always outweigh the cost. The food here is way over priced for the quality of the food received. I have eaten better food for less. Trust me I’m from Atlanta and trust me this will not be my go to place to eat

I don’t typically leave low ratings, but I believe in providing honest feedback. Unfortunately, my experience fell short in several areas. The restaurant was quite cold inside, and many patrons, including myself kept their coats on throughout the meal. The service was friendly; however, the use of terms of endearment such as “sweetie,” “hon,” and “love” may not be comfortable for all guests, particularly those who prefer a more professional tone. As for the food, the lamb chops were cold, tough, and heavily covered in jerk sauce, which overpowered the flavor of the meat. I had to remove much of the sauce just to taste it. The asparagus was overcooked, limp, and also served cold though the seasoning itself was good. The ribs were tough, the baked beans were hot, but the Cajun ranch fries were disappointing as well. Overall, the atmosphere is clearly geared toward the cultural, casual dining experience. Hence, the quality of the pictures. There’s nothing wrong with that, but this is not a fine dining environment, and expectations should be set accordingly.

My fried Catfish and Grits was great, my coworker loved her fried lobster, but my coworker that ordered the Oxtails wasn’t happy because her oxtails was hot, even though her orders came out after our food came out. Both of my coworkers ordered drinks from the bar and they were done eating before the drinks arrived to the table, one of my coworkers had to nothing to drink while eating her food. Our server couldn’t take care of us properly because she also had to work the drive thru, but other that that she was very sweet and had a great personality, definitely would love to have her as my server again in the future.

The food is good if you are eating in. I was picking up food for my mom and had to wait almost an hour in the drive thru. There is no point in having it. Ox tails have to be cooked a head of time so what would the wait be for???? Someone needs to rethink the process bc it isn't cheap. I don't mind paying money for food thats worth it.

It took long for the food and drinks to come (restaurant was not packed. Should’ve been a sign) when we got the drinks we had to send 3 sprites back 3 times and decided to switch the drink to a coke and it was still gross. Food had an awful taste, pork chops was thin like a sheet of paper, shrimp pasta was super nasty , the shrimp was the only thing good about the shrimp pasta, burger was a bacon burger it had barbecue sauce but no bacon ( manager came back at the end and apologized and took the burger off our ticket), the ribs were burnt and black almost to a crisp. I hate to leave a bad review on a black owned business bc they did fix a few things, but the food was still nasty… Almost everyone food at the table was sent back and there was 10 of us. Some of us decided not to send the food back just to keep from bugging the cook crew.

FOOD PRESENTATION WAS PRETTY, HOWEVER THEY TELL U , u GET FREE OXTAILS (WHICH WERE IN A TUB OF LARD WITH RICE.) LAMB CHOPS WERE TOUGH AND NOT BIGGER THAN MY PINKY FINGER. This place should b ASHAMED FOR BEING OPEN.CHARGED $86 dollars for 6 wings plate,4 wing plate. And $20 for a salads D A SALMON PLATE WHICH TASTED LIKE IT CAME OUT OF A BUCKET OF MOPWATER.. WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL.HAD NO CUSTOMERS BUT MY MOM , AND MY SON AND I.ALSO BWARE THEY CHARGED US A EXTRA $10 FOR NOTHING. WE COULD HAVE GONE TO GOLDEN CORRAL AND ATE WAYY MORE FOOD FOR HALF THE PRICE. And they also charged a 15% GRATUITY ON TOP OF THE TIP WE LEFT. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE. MY MOM WENT HOME AND COOKED SMOTHERED CHICKEN HOMEMADE BISCUITS AND RICE.. SHOULD HAVE JUST ATE AT HOME.#LESSON LEARNED.#THIS IS NOT TOP CHEF FOOD
