Hi I want to say this is my first time at this location. I really just wanted to relax and eat something good after work. This place is clean and I had a issue with my order and was helped by Alexis thank you for being patient and professional.
Food takes a little longer short on workers. You might be in the drive thru a little longer than expected. Don't go if you have a short lunch break.
When I went there it was understaffed. Took forever to get my burrito and cheeseburger. Not to mentioned that the burger bun was burnt.
Order was incorrect and all of the snack tacos didn't even have a half scoop or meat. It's like 3 pieces of meat. Made me park infront along with 4 other cars.

For this to be a new location, it is being poorly managed. Staff needs additional training. We were told they didn't have carne asada (which is why we even went) so we were forced to think of substitutes. After our order was placed I see a big mound of steak cooking on grill so I asked what was that, "carne asada" is what I was told by a different person. I told him I was told ya'll didn't have it and chose other items that I really didn't want because we were already there. The manager came over and tried to correct the issue by saying she would put the carne on our food but by then everything was totally confusing. Order was still wrong and poorly made! I could've made an extra quesadilla with the amount of cheese on the soft tacos. Had to ask someone to come clean table to sit to eat. A slew of flies everywhere making it annoying to sit there. This put a bad taste in my mouth about Del Taco, never had this type of experience here. Won't be going back to this location!
I’ve eaten Del Taco over 55 years.. Never have I gotten a $4.19 “4 inch egg & cheese burrito”.. I ask the guy is this the burrito or a roll up? He said the burrito 🤣 I’ll avoid this location from now on .. I’ll drive the extra miles to Norco

If you’re in a hurry don’t come here. I ordered food from the Kiosk ( I hate not being able to order from a human) and no one was by the grill working for about 5 minutes after I ordered. Finally they came out of the back to start 2 orders. Probably won’t come here again.
I would like to start off with this del taco is by far the most difficult and disappointing experience that I have encountered by far I had order two strawberry shakes and the number 3 with a small coke and a 8 layer burrito my fries were cold my fish tacos were not prepared right the shake machine was down and they still charged it plus the 8 layer was with meat inside it. I was directed to come the next day so they can help me get a refund for my order as I went back to receive my refund the Manger on sight told me that she could not give me a refund or replacement and she got very rude and call the police on myself and boyfriend saying that we were threatening her and all I wanted was my refund at this point so I spoke with the cops like an adult and still have not received my refund for the items that I said were wrong I'm putting one picture I should have took more because they had refused to give me them back I will never return to another del taco again for this for Alexis the Manger she should know better than to leave her store unattended with employees who can't do the job correctly bad service PERIOD. Do not waste your money the meat on my street tacos was hard and chewy has probably been sitting there all day the tortillas were hard not sure why I sure hope the owner of this establishment fixes the problem the young lady in the drive-up was pleasant but do not waste your money there try to call him to complain and they don't answer

Ordered thru the app arrived in the restaurant just to hear 2 employees arguing with each other about not wanting to work and still waited 40 min for a burger worst customer service ever

I am literally the only customer dinning in and it’s been 30 minutes since I ordered two tacos and still waiting.
Hello owner, if you are reading this I'm a local here and having a del taco close by is the best as it's my favorite fast food. I gave this location a lot of chances whether the food quality, bad service, and long wait times happen I thought it would get better. Today I went around 10am and find out half the menu isn't available because of no gas at your restaurant. Your restaurant should not be Open. You will lose more customers than you already have at this location. I then ordered a bean and cheese burrito and the beans were burned on top of that. I don't blame the employees everything falls on the owner. You have to do better. This is not Del Taco quality standards. You need to hire sufficient employees and properly train them. This location will fail if it isn't already. I've been going here since it's been open. Please consider what i said. Thank you.
@1:55pm 12/18/2025 waited in drive thru lane. 1 vehicle at window, one vehicle at ordering speaker they waited over 5 min to place order. When I got to speaker I was asked to wait. I waited over another 5 min thats a total of 10 min to even order. Person working drive thru was un professional and after waiting 10 minutes and had not even ordered I backed out of drive thru. Lost my business. Young male running drive thru needs further training on how to eitjer multi task or run window in fast food. Poor service
I have a high Gluten / Wheat Allergy. Visiting this location I was standing for 5 minutes waiting for service and then told by an employee that I have to use the Kiosk. I replied: I have some questions before ordering. Are you Nachos and street tacos Gluten free? The guy responded let me check with the manager. The manager said yes. He then told begin explaining our burritos and soft tacos also gluten free, I asked are those flour tortillas. He responded Yes. I explained then they are not gluten free because they contain wheat. The street tacos are in corn tortillas he stated. After eating I began belching badly and feeling bloated. About 35 minutes my stomach started feeling weird, I told my fellow co-workers I felt bad, I told them I think the food was not gluten free. That evening at the hotel my stomach my in waves and I began having diarrhea and feeling like I was going to vomit. This continued through the evening until the next evening. Which I was flying home the next day, needless to say this was a horrible experience. And this held on for 2.5 days. Please Train you employees and management on what Gluten Allergies are, so they don’t kill someone.
This del taco is owned by the same people as the gas station. Chandi empire. Watch out for this truck stop. My card was compromised at one of the two. I bought food and pumped gas. I had a weird feeling at both of these place but I didn’t realize they were both owned by the same people.
They prepared my food and put it on the side and I waited 10-15 minutes for them to give me food but after i asked for my food she said strawberry shake not ready i said atleast give me my food its getting cold even after i finished my food the shake wasn’t ready then i requested to guve me lemonade instead and i got small lemonade paid $4.49 for shake but she choose to guve me small lemonade crazy people
I did a online order ill show up a 10 pm The door was open and the schedule said they closed at 12am they told me that I had to pick up my order by the drivethru the person gave me a bad face I had to wait another 20 min just to pick up my order these people don't help allowed I don't know what's the point of ordering online if you have to wait anyway more than 20 min they need more people with better customer service and better performance the girl need someone to help her ill been diferents location and this one got me disappointed 😒 not sure if she is alone but she really need more help
The cook was just standing around not doing anything, but talking to the girl who was doing all the work. When I asked for my cup, he wouldn't be bothered, and commented rudely that the girl would give it to me. If he's here next time I come (if I come again), I'm going to Jack in the Box instead.

I’m not using a computer to order food while you sit here talking. Kiosk no thanks I can here to interact with a human. It’s not like you were busy doing any work. I’ll never spend money here again
Forever, the drive-through line is more than 10 minutes just to order and another 10 minutes to get my food. My whole lunch was there and my food was cold and the employees don’t know what they’re doing.
Every time I use this drive-through, I’m told to pull forward and park yes that’s right in the drive-through— even when there’s no one behind me. I recently found out it’s because they’re trying to manipulate their service time metrics by clearing the order at the window before the food is actually ready. That’s not good customer service — it’s gaming the system. The whole point of a drive-through is convenience, and this location seems more focused on looking fast than actually being fast.
