ķĵjjjbreakfast choices to from. I recommend the bacon avocado melt on onion bage.. mmm mm mm. Delicious!!! And there donuts are always fresavocadoĵems like what everyime you go. I recommend the lemon filled powdered dont mmm omg! And they offer good drinks too, coffee, frozen blended, iced even fresh squeezed oj and lastly they have a super clean dine in area and really good customer service 10 out of 10 winchells!!!!!

Great service, quality taste (raspberry filled and creme filled doughnuts arent artifical, neither is their chocolate, all tastes genuine!!), big size, good low prices, relaxed atmosphere, no line/waiting when i went there, and lots of variety!!! They even offer freshly made juices!!! Absolute godsend, ive been on the hunt for a good place, and this is it!!!! Love that this place kept its old menus/decor, its a nice feel :) not a fan of the modern looks

Excellent customer service. Many options for quick bites. A variety of drinks and donuts. Always fresh. Good amount of chairs and tables to sit inside and out. Always clean and plenty of good lighting. Highly recommend for any time of the day or night since it's open 24/7.

Everyone that works here is amazing! Dulce Lucia and the other workers are amazing friendly and always have a smile. Their breakfast bagels, donuts and coffee are always fresh a delicious.

Nice place but they were a bit busy and when I got my donut holes they were cold. The strawberry smoothie was delicious though there were a lot of chunks of ice that would block my straw.

Service was pretty good. Quick and efficient. A little overpriced in my opinion but everything is these days. Great fresh donuts and pretty good coffee.

I gave it 3 stars because they don't have a true ham & cheese croissant. I was told they had ham and cheese croissants but what I got was a croissant sandwich....not at all the same! If you have an actual ham and cheese croissant you would understand what a big let down receiving a sandwich would be. Aside from that, the service was quick and the cashier was kind.

Horrible service the young man helping me was giving me attitude I ask for two frap and I guess both machines weren't working because he was hitting them but he still try to sale me the cup of just water after this experience I will not be returning.

I asked for a bear claw and he had no idea. I had to go point to one to show him. Then I looked on menu and they make bagels. Croissants. And Mexican tortas. Well I left with my bear claw. Disappointing. The first finger has no filling the second finger has a glimpse of filling. Finally stopped and opened the bear claw, barely any filling in it. Not impressed.

The lady serving us had a bit of a grouchy attitude. Her mask was below her nose. I have social anxiety so confronting people makes me... anxious. I tried pointing to my face / nose in attempt to give social cues saying, “Hey! Your mask is falling down”, but she just sneered at me and began packaging my donuts. When I got home I sprayed Lysol above my donuts. I’m not coming back until they follow the mask mandate.

I don't think anyone would eat this!

A y yayay....at 5:30 pm they offered me coffee that was made at 9 :00am. They can not make it fresh they need to sell all of that first....I tryed a sample. OMG was so heavy and stronge and. Etc. I Didnt buy it ....🤦

Disappointed. They are always out of Cha-Mango and I can never get the drink I want. Whoever does the ordering needs to be retrained on how to properly manage and order supplies… or don’t offer all these items.

If I could give no stars I would don’t go to this place it’s horrible. Rude staff and the always get my order wrong. Better go to donut place across the street way better

The female Mexican manager who had purple eye shadow on, was one of the rudest mangers I've ever encountered. And they like to hide their nametags there.

Ordered a dozen glazed donuts via DoorDash. Only two of the twelve were fresh, the rest were stale and at least a day old or more. Won't be ordering again.

Donuts were not fresh, so I tried their Blue berry muffins it was also very stale,I will never return to the Fontana Winchell's

Just wanna see if this review shows up. This place has some less than five star reviews but they don’t show up on here. Either way, this place deserves bad reviews. They need to step up their game. Service was ok but bagel had almost no cream cheese and they wanted to charge $2 for more. Then, the ham and cheese croissant tasted funky. Hot chocolate was gross. And we had to sit down and wait for our food. This is a donut shop for Pete’s sake. Food should be ready to go.

Went here today expecting it to be like my home town LOS ANGELES and all was good until 1.) they messed up my order and 2.) I saw black bugs crawling around 4 baking sheets... Which I informed them they pulled them out but only the 4 never checked the rest of the trays. Then 3.) I saw them sell the donuts to the next customer after me. DO NOT GO HERE. DIGUSTING. PLACE WAS CLEAN SURPRISINGLY BUT BUGS ON THE DONUTS.

I cannot believe how horrible of an experience we had. The women was beyond rude with so much attitude. Bleached blonde hair and eyelashes needs to be retrained on courtesy and respect. Will never return and DO NOT recommend

I started stopping by this store in Fontana when it first opened and was pleased with the service and the menu items. But lately I haven’t been satisfied with either. Just this morning I bought a jelly filled donut and found there was exactly one small bite that had the filling. I have also gone in and was blasted with music so loud that the associate couldn’t hear my order. You have to ask for napkins because the dispensers are empty. How much effort does it take to refill the dispenser? I see a new Dunkin’ donuts shop nearby will be opening up soon. Guess where I’ll be going in the future.
