The girls here are awesome! Best customer service. Red Gummy Bear is our favorite and acai bowls are always good! Thank you Ladies for giving such great customer service.

The only downside here is that they seem (to me) to take double the time of other locations to make orders. The soundtracks that they play are bomb!

This is a convenient location to my home so I frequent it all the time usually going later in the afternoon. Drinks are always good but they tend to get busy and can be very slow! I figured that’s understandable if they have 7+ people in a line with only 2 girls making drinks. Recently my work schedule changed so I wanted to go at an earlier time. They have a posted sign stating operation hours are 7am-8pm Monday- Sunday, I’ve been multiple mornings around 8am and the store is closed. If this is the incorrect hours I think this information should be changed!

Also, the girl in the cashier was not friendly at all. Looked like she had a bad day and was looking mad. I went today by 2:30pm I was having issues paying with a gift card I bought online. And she looked upset about it. They don’t even were badges to know their name.

The girls working there always look upset, I never see them smiling. Never go to a place where the workers are obviously very miserable, they will try to make your day and drinks as miserable as they are.

I was trying to swipe a gift card and got yelled at because I couldn’t find where to swipe it. Not very much professional. Just making a note of that hopefully management takes a note of that. I’m a business owner myself and know that’s not acceptable in the customer service industry.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. My drink was watery and had no flavor—and I thought maybe it was just mine, but my daughter said the same about hers. We ended up spending $22 on drinks we couldn’t even finish. On a positive note, the cashier was friendly and polite. Still, I expected better quality and consistency.
